Terrible. Verizon set up an appointment for me, and I was directed to this store, and it seemed as if these employees had already made up their mind before I arrived. As they probably read the notes provided, they refused to allow me into the store, and figured there was no money for them because I was only returning a phone. With the ropes up, they acted like it was an exclusive nightclub, not a retail store. Two of the three employees had their feet up in the back part of the store when I arrived and didnt seem hard at work. Without a true explanation on why they wouldnt take my return, they proceeded to blame COVID, then another employee came over and was extraordinarily rude and confrontational.It was only when I came to write this review that it all made sense. With friends in the industry, I was told Authorized Dealers do not like to take returns because they are responsible for lost items or other mishaps that can occur. Also, theres no profit incentive. Im not sure if that is true to this scenario, however, there is no explanation for how I was treated.I provided all of this to Verizon Corporate. I hope they end the authorized dealer partnerships. They are nothing but unnecessary middlemen without tact or proper customer service. Each representative I spoke to on the phone at Verizon has been more than wonderful. The lazy kids working at this store, who lack social graces or even the ability to lie convincingly, should be fired. They give Verizon a bad name.Make sure you go to a corporate store and stay away from these dealers, if possible. Especially this store.
By far one of the easiest, quick, and friendly customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I managed retail for 10+years and I wish I had employees who were as helpful and friendly willing to assist the customers like they were. I expected to be waiting for a period of time as I’ve had poor experiences with previous cell companies in store and was in and out in 25 minutes new phone and plan included. This surpassed every experience I’ve had with ANY and all retail experiences. I highly recommend this store and will be recommending to friends in the future.
I had a wonderful experience with CJ and Bupe and one other young man and I didnt get his name at Verizon in Greece Ridge Mall. They didnt try to sell they helped me with my device that I need for my job and also showed me something else that would benefit my way of life. I felt like I was dealing with true friends! They need their own store (I told them that!) I felt great when I left and not like I made a purchase that I would regret later! Thank you u gentlemen...it was truly a pleasure!!!

Jeffery Williams just needed to let all future customers know the current staff are amazing. They go out there way to try and save you money and give you the best experience. They all talk to you as a person and not just a dollar sign and they are greatly appreciated!
Bupe was super helpful during the process of changing my plan and helping me get a new phone. He was very honest and made the situation easily understandable by his incredible communication skills. I am very pleased with my experience! Thank you Bupe and all other staff!

I worked with Jess, and another guy (sorry, cant remember his name) at the Greece Ridge store, and all went smoothly. Bought a phone, they transferred the data, answered my questions, and I left happy, just like I usually do at this location. Ive worked with Jess before, when I got my previous phone, and the experience was similar then too.
The customer service agent Jessica was very nice and helpful. I bought an otter box defender box for my iPhone 12 max pro from this Verizon store. It was blue and at first I didn’t want it and I wanted to switch it to black, she was very nice and helpful and didn’t have a problem at all. I will be returning for any future help!

I was trying to migrate information from one cell to my new cell. Ash had to try numerous times to get my old phone to sync to my new phone, but he didnt give up and eventually he was able to make the transfer. Great job!

Service is always friendly, however there is definitely a communication disconnect between what is conveyed at the stores and what is reflected on your bill. Had repeated issues with phones and the only options for resolution is upgrade to a new phone. Satisfied with the in-store service but not Verizon in general.

Went into store to return phones. They refused to return them since account was inactive. I wasnt even with them for 14 days.
Was not given my discount of 25% off accessories. Called and was informed I would have to come to store to take care of this. I dont live around the corner, and think it could be handled over the phone. Told I had to talk to manager who was out of town (that was yesterday). Today I called and he was not in. I left my number to be called back. If manager calls back and resolves this issue, Ill redo my review!I called Monday 7/22/19 and asked for the manager. The girl spoke to someone and I heard ask what its about. I told her (she was the one I initially talked to when the manager was out). He finally got on the phone, took the information (which I had already given to the other employee) and said he would get back to me. On 7/25/19 I talked to corporate about this and to this day, 7/29/19, nothing. Really???!!!

Recently purchased 2 new cells at Verizon in Greece Ridge Mall assisted by CJ. Our experience was better than Excellent. CJ spent a lot of time with us making the experience very enjoyable & relaxed. Would highly recommend.

Had to wait for awhile to buy a charger for my phone because the 2 guys that were working there had to both wait on the only other person in the store..I never complained but was annoyed ...Then I got a text from them asking about my satisfaction and I would receive a $10.00 gift card.I gave them the second highest rating them pushed send and it came back saying the gift card expired.Dont know how that could be since I havent even got the gift card.. .I wont be returning to that store again there is a Verizon on Every corner

I have had the worst customer service at the Greece Ridge Mall location. On May 10th my husband got a smart phone. The sales women Emma told us about a deal going on. We could get his phone for .99 because,we was going from basic to a smart phone. We paid all the taxes and fees got the phone and left. When we received our first new bill there was a charge for 24 months for this new device. When i called the store and spoke with Emma she said it takes up to three months for the deal show on bills. We have now received three bills and when I called to ask about it, I got informed Emma no longer worked there and they dont see any promotions in the computer. I asked to speak with the manager and he assured me he would contact corporate and see what could be done. He told me he would call back in two days. After 1 week I never heard back. I called again a girl took the message and said he would call me back. Once again never did. I finally spoke to him again this past Monday. He assured me he would hear back get back to me by the 15th. Well today is the 15th and nothing still.
Warning this is Victra an authorized dealer, not a Verizon corporate store. My wife and I bought two devices from this store and unfortunately we have had nothing but trouble with the phone since we got it. We bought the phone before going out of town and was not able to get it back in time before the 14 day store policy, even though we were told we had 30 days. When I did bring it back, i was told there was nothing they could do. Apparently this place is for sales and not customer service. I did right an email to victra, the authorized dealer and no one got back to me. Also there is set up charges and overpriced Accessories you have to watch out for. We also found out that the 2018 ( old stock) tablet we got has a two year contract, that we were never told about.

Terrible customer service. Dave provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So bad that I feel the need to review. My cell is less than 2 weeks old and he blatently lied stating this is a common issue with this phone and he could do nothing. I told him that consumer reports states otherwise, which it does. My take on Dave is that he is lazy, feels entitled, and does not have the capacity to fulfill his duties.
Bought new Pixel3a today, but feel the sales person could have explained the operation of the phone A lot better !!!!

Wasn’t happy to find out after I bought the phone that they are an “authorized dealer” but didn’t want to tell me that. Plus they charged us a $20 “set up and go” fee. Just skip this place and go to a real Verizon dealer.
