I went here thinking I needed the charging port replaced on my IPhone 8 +, the store owner properly diagnosed my issue and found it was simply my cords at home. He saved me money when he could have chosen to do the work I requested. I dont leave reviews often because I am not impressed very often, but these guys are good! Thank you.

Initially referred to Chris for a phone charger.Chris has proven to be quite the asset! His intellect sets him apart from your average repair shop. Living in Rochester NH its very handy to have a shop of this caliber in your back pocket. Beats going to Best Buy. My phone problem was solved in around 20 minutes, where I had previously spent over an hour with customer service for Straight Talk.Thanks again!

This guy is awesome. I worked on my phone for 3-4 hours trying to get my Google Pixel 2 XL Fired Up. It was in some form of hibernation. walked in and after all day of trying to get this to reset he had it up in 5 minutes. Great customer service I would not hesitate to f=go back again. Samsung did an upgrade and messed my phone up. Spent my whole lunch at work trying to get Best Buy to answer their phone to see if the Geaks could fix it. Not a single department would answer. Googled repairs and found this place. I was told no appointment needed and took it in. With a bit of Chris wit and humor he got fixed and did not charge me nearly enough for it. Chris also has a shop in Dover on Main St. And I highly recommend taking your phones and computers to either location.

Came in with a shattered screen and sad crumpled thing thinking this would be the end of my iPhone when they fixed it right up! New screen, camera, screensaver and case for a fantastic price! Not to mention they had it done in less than an hour. My iPhone and I are better now than we were before!I didnt think to take a before picture, but this is definitely an improvement!

Just visited myMobile at 123 S Main St. Rochester, NH and it is the BEST experience I have every had with a phone and computer repair company! Thought I needed repair on my Galaxy S5 cellphone port which could have been pricey but after they checked it out in seconds, they said it was my cord jack that was making a loose connection. So for $20 it was fixed. I knew I needed a new battery and had been quoted $84 elsewhere. myMobile tech installed a new battery for $25 and handed me back my old one to keep in case of energency. They answered many questions I had about my pc and printer while also assisting the UPS driver who was dropping off deliveries for other customers for safekeeping instead of leaving outside their homes for hours. They also answered a phone call and took care of another customer at the same time. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable, to say the least! I was in and out of there in minutes with my phone all fixed I HIGHLY recommend them ... and will be a loyal customer forever. We are lucky to have this excellent new business in Rochester! My LG G5 phone had a shattered screen after it hit the concrete floor at work. Took it in to Chris and after getting the right part, fixed it in 20 mins. I am very thankful for his service! Will definitely recommend to other people.

Would have been five stars but for snafus in getting my replacement screen. Quick turn around, 45 minutes to replace it once the screen came in. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Id go back.

Chris at myMobileLLC in Rochester is FANTASTIC! He replaced the charging port on my beloved S4 phone for half the price of other places. It took 20 minutes and he was a blast to talk too the entire time. Excellent customer service and fantastic value. My phone had been broken for months and everywhere was 120+ to get it fixed. This guy did it in a half hour and it was only 75 for an iPhone 6! On top of that I was missing the SIM card cartridge thing and after I made the mistake of just shoving that in he helped me find a new cartridge and put my SIM card in. They were a lot of help!
