Great dealership I have had my awesome Audi for about a month now! Zero issues!!! I received a great deal and great service.

They were professional and also really friendly. They explained clearly what work needed to be done, without pushing. My battery was ok, but they gave me a sensible time estimate for when it would likely need replacing (I replaced it right then, but didnt feel pressured to). They did great work, and prices are competitive. They have a fantastic waiting area with fast wi-fi, and one thing that I noticed is how well they all get along.

We were in town visiting family (drove cross-country) and Universal was recommended by neighbors and friends. Very friendly and helpful staff. They performed routine maintenance on our Audi Q7, but just before we were supposed to drive back to the west coast, got a huge set of windshield cracks. They fit us in last minute, and had the windshield replaced and sensor calibration done. When I picked up the car a bunch of warning lights were on, and unfortunately we didnt have time to get it resolved. When we got back to Oregon Universal still helped facilitate getting everything taken care of. Highly recommended, because how they dealt with the problem speaks volumes about their commitment to customers.

Since 2012 when I started going to Universal Imports for servicing of my 99 Mercedes E320 wagon, I have only positive comments. I have always received courteous, professional treatment, and any work being performed has always produced satisfactory results.In February 2020, I decided to give up my 21 year old wagon. Mark offered me a beautiful 2017 Audi Q5, and I purchased it - my first SUV and first used car. The paperwork, transitioning from my old wagon to the Audi was taken care of by Mark and Erin.The handling and ride of the Audi were extremely comfortable. By January 2021, I had acquired another giant breed puppy, and as he has grown, having to lift him up into the cargo area and help him down was becoming difficult for me.I asked Mark if he could locate a Mercedes wagon in great condition with relatively low mileage. Between his efforts and Erins, another 2017 vehicle was located. I liked the appearance on line and the description and agreed to their acquiring it.I am now back to a Mercedes wagon E400 with low mileage and in almost excellent condition. For me, a wagon is a lot easier with a very large dog. This factor is the only reason I changed from the Audi, which had been very enjoyable to drive.I expect to continue as a very satisfied customer; I like the location, the staff and the eight years of good servicing that I have received. Universal Imports was able to schedule me for a BMW oil and filter change on very short notice. Their service staff was very friendly and well-informed. The full synthetic oil change was done swiftly and the pricing was great. The experience was very straightforward and pleasant. For me, that is a huge improvement versus other local shops I have dealt with in the past. I will definitely return to Universal for my future BMW service needs.

My husband and I went to universal Import on 4/23/2021 we walked around for about 5 minutes looking at there inventory and no one came out. We proceed to go inside this young man ask what did we need, I said is there any one that could help us, he said yes he would get someone. He came back gave us the person name he said she was wrapping up a call and she would be right with us. Another person came looked at us never ask if he could help us, we told him we were waiting. Then there were a third person.Make a long story short we stood there for 10 to 15 minutes and no one came out. Have to wonder was it because of the color of our skin .Or did they think we couldn’t afford the product.

I took my 2004 Jaguar XJR to Universal for a 100K mile preventative maintenance checkup. I had them change the plugs, replace the serpentine belt and the supercharger belt. I also ask them to go over the car and check all hoses and rubber. During the course of the work it was discovered that one of the fuel pumps needed to be replaced. All of this was not an easy operation, but Conner was my service point man and he kept me informed along the way. Tom was the technician that did the work and he did an excellent job. I bought this car new in 04 and now its ready for another 100K miles. Thanks guys.

Mark was a great help finding my new car. I was shopping for a 2017 Audi A4 locally, and couldnt find one within my budget. While looking around the lot at Universal one Saturday, Jason suggested I come back on Monday and talk to Mark - the owner.Mark suggested finding one at Audis Silver Car auction. Within one week I had a lightly used car with 1.5 years of manufacturers warranty left on it for about $2500 less than two comparable vehicles available locally. WOW! 20 Plus years of great service. Universal has been servicing our VWs and Audis for over 20 years and we have purchased many cars from them. Now what other dealership would one travel 900 miles to buy a new car? After moving to NC we still buy all our cars from Universal because they stand behind every car we have ever bought, they find what we want every time and the buying experience is just a total pleasure. Our son also moved to NC and just recently his girlfriend gave up finding an A3 convertible is this area that she liked. One call to Mark and whamo, the car was found and she loves it! Last year my TT need a rear window fixed in the soft top. No one around here would repair it without replacing the entire top. So, I drove to Rochester and Universal fixed the window - perfectly! A year and a half later it is still perfect and it was a fraction of the cost even with the commuting expense. I just cannot say enough GREAT things about the Universal brand and family. I will never buy a car any where else. I just wish there was a Universal in Charlotte, NC because there is no one here that comes close to their quality and level of service, care and friendship.

Id like to give the service dept. a big thumbs up for noticing a brake light had gone out on my 911 and getting it replaced asap. Ive had a couple issues in the past with these guys getting back to me in a timely manner with estimates for work that I wanted to done but came thru on this day. I say this because I had the pleasure of getting followed by NYs finest for more than a few miles on the way home and if noticed surely would have cost me more than replacing the bulb. I would never bring my vehicle to this shop again my spoiler was damaged and they refuse to repair or replace it. They charged me for a diagnostic but never preformed one. I had my battery installed and when I came to pick the vehicle up I had car parts in the backseat never put back in the vehicle I will be taking them to court for damages to my vehicle they were very rude Derrick as well as the manager

Okay, so I was having the worst day - I had driven up to Rochester from Florida and had gotten a flat tire. Of course, I had to put on the spare and was calling around for someone to either fix it or repair it for me. I went into Universal and they were fast and very friendly. I dealt with a tall guy (I forgot his name) but he must have seen what a rough day I was having. I wasnt very nice, but they sure were. They seemed really busy and still got me in and out with a new tire very fast. Would definitely recommend them to folks that need fast, friendly, and knowledgeable help.

Have to give a shoutout to Mike over at Universal Imports. While we weren’t able to perform repairs on my older Mercedes wagon due to technical difficulties, he did go out of his way to investigate my issue and research the repairs I needed. He got back to me right away and was very helpful.

The Universal Imports service far exceeded my expectations. I took my vehicle in for service as I had a check engine light come on. The service guys were able to address my problems as well as take care of the problem in a timely fashion. I couldnt have asked for better service, and thats why I take my cars to Universal Imports.

We have been customers at Universal since 1984, when my husband imported a SAAB from Europe and needed a local mechanic. Since then, we have purchased 3 Audis and been loyal, happy customers. Recently, our A6 broke down, on the highway, on a trip to Andover, MA. We struggled for 7 days with an Authorized Audi Dealer in Burlington, MA trying to get our car towed and repaired. After 5 days we were forced to rent a car and return home without our vehicle. While driving home, we felt there had to be a better solution, than leaving our car In MA with no idea when it would be fixed and how much it would ultimately cost. Wed already spent over $300. out-of-pocket to deal with the breakdown, and still had no car! In desperation and with great concern, we contacted Mark Fuerbacher to discuss options. He immediately assured us our car could be flat bedded back to Rochester and they would do the repairs. 3 days later they had or car, two days after that they had it fixed. They have always gone above and beyond for their customers. This time, they went way above and about 400 miles beyond to help us. Our thanks to Mike Cusack & Erin Kain for all they did, as well. I told Mark as we were driving home, tired and frustrated, he would be my Knight in shining armor if he made this happen, and he really was!Update 7/2018 - Just had some discretionary body and paint work done on our 12 year old Audi A6. Universal Imports did a fantastic job matching color and blending red metallic paint. You cannot even see where the old paint stops and the new begins. Very professional and excellent service. Wonderful overall experience. Universal Imports never disappoints! Great Business!

This place took advantage of my daughter horribly. Dont go to this place if youre not familiar with cars. Especially if you are a women. Way over priced and they will gouge you on parts
