Went in to look at a vehicle and asked a salesperson about the vehicle I seen online. I was given a smart remark like...we have a lot of vehicles and had to find it online instead of trying to sell a vehicle and showing me whats available. After I showed him the truck I was passed on to another salesperson, even though I was the only person there. Just felt disrespected. I wasnt worth his time.The new salesperson brought me to the truck, showed it to me said the prices is what it is. This is fine, I understand its dorschell policy but there were 6 other similar trucks right next to it, maybe you guys could try to sell me one of those. Instead, didnt ask my name, if he could find me something else, just said it is what it is and I walked out. I want to spend a good amount of money but they didnt want to bother doing any work. Worst sales department have I have ever seen. They want you to find the car, accept their price, and write a check. Lost my business and anyone else I can let know.
This was my first car buying experience and everything was real new for me. Reece R. is an amazing sales person and he made everything real smooth and we came together on a perfect fit for me. Dude is awesome and I would definitely recommend him!! Awesome service

My wife and I bought a used 2012 Honda Odyssey. We had a major transmission fluid leak took the van back in to get fixed. Not only they fix our vehicle they also took my wife home back and forth. The next day they inspected everything again to make sure nothing else was wrong. Everyone did an awesome job and wonderful service. The process of getting the car was great. But, after getting the car and contacting my sales rep (Reece) about the car needing an oil change is not so great. I contacted Reese to let him know that not even having or driving the car 1000 miles my dash board says change oil soon. But, I have not heard a word from Reese about bringing the car back to get it serviced.And, because Im getting ready to take the car out of town, I will have to pay to get the oil changed and because this was not done before, I probably need to get it tuned up as well.

Bad service. I went inside and sat in the waiting area and it took 15 mins. (give or take) for someone to help me AND thats after my mom decided to wave one of the representatives down. I also like to add that 2 of them walked by us and went straight into their office, even WITHOUT a greeting. Moving on, the guy we waved down lied to my mom about the the rust on the breaks, saying it is because it was sitting in one (1) spot for a period of time. Can you believe that liar? I dont know much about cars but even I knew that was a complete lie. He just seemed uninterested in helping us so I just took my check and left. Gave it to someone that was happy to help me. I guess I can say I dont recommend anyone that is or look like an African-American to go because most places dont expect for us to have the money to pay. I am in no way saying that they are/or seemed racist by the way. Youre welcome.

I bought a car about a week and a half ago, the sales rep I worked with was very enthusiastic and helpful. He didn’t force me to buy the car, I just wish the other reps who were not working with me would have acknowledged and greeted me instead of acting like I was invisible, I also very much dislike the car I bought so far, but that’s my fault not there’s.
I didnt actually purchase a vehicle from this facility but I considered them as an option. I worked with Ivan and he was very helpful with helping me understand the purchasing process. I never felt pushed into trying to buy the car I was looking at.
Had a great experience so far good, honest vehicles and our sales rep, Robert, was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Not pushy..which would have sent me away.
Would never buy a car here. Salesman was rude, continously cut me off while I was talking, condescending and treated me as if a female couldnt know anything about cars so why bother wasting his time, filled with a lot of what you see is what you get attitude.
Not a fan of the we dont negotiate moto! They ask the moon for a used truck and want to give you nothing for yours....too many other places
Service Department has yet to refund me as stated and now when I call I get rude customer service and have to leave a message. So I am out $$ and more time.
