They were great! My wife and I made an appointment just come do an application, I got approved as soon as we were done. They let me take my time and test drive all the cars I wanted before I made a decision. They helped ALOT with the payment arrangements, etc. they were very polite, patient, etc. coming from someone who doesn’t have the best credit, it feels good knowing I’m comfortable from where my car came from!

I’ve had my vehicle for a year now. The buying process was easy and stress free, everyone has always been super helpful and friendly, and the warranty was a lifesaver when I needed work done on my vehicle. They also offer $10 oil changes which has been super helpful and convenient as well as a payment plan when needing work done. They work closely with Heartland Tires who were also super helpful and amazing. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing a vehicle.

I would leave ten stars if I could. Ive had two cars through cars n credit in Rochester, Mn. The first car I had never had any problems. However, after having my car for a long time, a flood completely totaled my car. My insurance paid everything I owed on it, the value and damage of the car was equal. I than bought another car through them. I had this car for a while and just normal wear and tear as with any vehicle, came to haunt me. (Something not covered in their actually really good warranty). Cars and credit paid the auto repair shop to fix my vehicle, and gave me a very affordable payment plan. This is something that really benefits me as could so many others that cannot afford a large repair bill. My car is like brand new now, and didnt really make a huge difference in what I already pay for in monthly payments on my vehicle.

It was super easy to get approved and everyone there was so nice and helpful. We got a great car for a good price and their financing is awesome. Everyone wore a mask and made sure to practice social distancing. 10/10 would recommend.

Very easy process, couldnt go inside of course because of the virus but super easy to do through the phone. They bright the car I loved from Winona to Rochester which was super amazing! I was able to take it for an extended test drive the another town to have a friend look it over and Im so so so in love with this car. They went against an agreement we made and told me to pay more than what I was already paying. I had to pay for replacements cause they refused to. Honestly albert lea cars n credit is 100 times better than Rochester.

It is a great place to get a car at if you have less then steller credit. They were willing to work with me to afford the payments on a vehicle I purchased. The only thing I wish they would do is report to the credit bureau so a person could have some proof that they purchased a car and made payments on time, ultimately helping myself and others improve their credit

Worst staff. Loves to take your car if you’re late $200 on an overpriced vehicle already. Not flexible at all, Chris is the worst manager I’ve ever witnessed. Get some new management and staff and drop your prices you might just have a decent dealership. Would’ve returned my car and dropped the contract the second day I had it if it was possible and had I known the drama that was going to arise with this company. Wouldn’t have given any stars if it were an option.

Absolutely will not work with customers and are very rude. All they care about is money. There warranty is garbage it covers nothing stay away from here they sell junk.

I personally dont like this dealership. Its good if you have little to no credit, however, be prepared to spend A LOT more than the car Is worth. Ive spent roughly 8k-9k (not sure the exact amount its been over a year) on a car thats worth not even 5k.The window tint was scratched, with in the next 6 months my driver side window cracked from the bottom up, (no idea how it got there, Im gentle with my vehicles) the lock button on the drivers side doesnt work, the unlock button on the passenger side doesnt work. The speaker wiring is broken, meaning theyll switch between which speaker plays and which dont, (left side and back side. Then right side and left side but no back speakers.)Overall I would NOT reccomend this place, their products are not worth the hassle of the incredibly high interest rates, and poor products.

I would like a better way to check out inventory and how its updated.

I wouldnt even put a star down Ive had four cars from them less then a year the first car the motor stoped working the gave us another crappy car which that car kept locking my kids into the car and they never fixed it ever the third car I got from them the engine never worked right the alignments was off couldnt get it right when I stopped at a stop sign it would die never fixed it four car motor stopped working again they are crappy ppl crappy cars they also do things illegally when they take the cars back willingly there not suppose to report it as I bought it but as I gave it back which they didnt and never give you things to file in your taxes for them which is also illegal dont buy a car from them Ive been talking to lawyers if I dont get the paperwork I need from them then I get to sue them for both cars and the struggle I am going through with this problem dont do it back away and go to zumbrota ford best place ever

Almost had my Pontiac for 3 years, paid way too much! $19,000 some dollars for a vehicle that isnt worth $3000. RIP off. You can have your car back. Lol.
