We are extremely satisfied with our Marsh cabinets and our quartz countertops from Five Lakes Kitchen and Bath.We started out shopping for cabinets at a big box store because we thought the price would be right for us. My wife reached out to the owners, Paul and Michelle, and we were pleasantly surprised to find they could offer better quality and top notch installation for comparable pricing to the mega chain stores.At every step in our process from ordering to final installation, Paul and Michelle were available to answer our questions and keep us informed. Its worth noting that Paul works with the same installers and contractors from job to job. They work well together and our finished project could not have looked better without their teamwork. We worked with Five Lakes to finish our basement. Paul and his team installed cabinets in the bar area, built a beautiful bar from scratch, coffered ceiling, and built a concession for the theater. They were easy to work with and they did a wonderful job. They adapted when we made changes mid-project and they went above and beyond to make it all work. Paul is a great guy and I will definitely use Five Lakes again in the future.

Hired Five Lakes (Paul) to do a major remodel on our Kitchen, Half Bath, Laundry Room & Butler Pantry.Paul was great & so was his crew! They handled removal of old stuff, wall tear outs, electrical & tile (Back splash) + install on new cabinets. Even with the COVID pandemic going on and a few delays due to suppliers, he did an amazing job! We would for sure hire him again in a second.His cost was competitive and no surprise up charges - IF your budget can handle it, I strongly recommend the Crystal cabinet line.Update: 3/17/2021Added pictures of completed work & we still keep in contact with Paul & Michelle and look forward to using them again on our next project (Master Bath) sometime next year.

Paul, and the Five Lakes crew did an outstanding job on my kitchen. With a confined footprint, Paul was able to maximize our space and provide way more usable space then we thought was possible. The detail that went into installing the cabinetry and shiplap was impeccable, which is what you get when finished carpenters do the work. From design to end, I couldnt be more happier with the end results.

Michelle and Paul helped me with a massive kitchen remodel. We were gutting the original kitchen, moving walls, plumbing etc. They were very patient through this process. We had to change the layout several times and Paul made several trips out to my house until it was perfect! The cabinets were delivered on time and in flawless condition. By the end of the process I felt like we were friends and that they genuinely cared about my project and satisfaction. My uncle hired paul to remodel his basement, I liked how it turned out so I hired him to do our kitchen. I liked that he took his time and wasn’t rushing to get done. Sold the house 2 months later and believe it or not I think the kitchen sold the house. Every person that toured the house during the open house was impressed how good it looked. I just remodeled my kitchen and had a great experience with Five Lakes. After doing a lot of research on cabinets, I went with Crystal and love them! Their quality is amazing, and Five Lakes helped to make this possible with my budget. Paul’s enthusiasm for quality wood working was a huge selling point. I understand that we didnt have a large budget, but to not provide a quote after one was promised was not right. How do you know the next job wouldnt have been larger? You could have had lots of business from us as well as family and friends. I guess not now.
