Amazing service and selection. We worked with an extremely talented kitchen designer and because of the extensive showroom were able to see in person examples of the cabinets and fixtures we we choosing. They have everything covered with cabinets, plumbing, fixtures, lighting and home entertainment and automation.

Came in yesterday with a really difficult problem trying to find an older purchase from Maynards; it really was going nowhere but Val refused to give up so that she then took me out into the showroom so that I might be able to recognize and identify the product. When I couldnt find it, Val then patiently had me look through the catalog until I finally recognized it; she was able to search in her system and located the purchase record.Through her amazing patience, knowledge and professionalism, Val single-handedly and effectively solved this problem so that I could work directly with the factory to resolve our issue.She was also very thoughtful and one could tell that she GENUINELY cared about helping me.

I will never go anywhere else for a new kitchen or bathroom. My kitchen is gorgeous! Thank you Louis and Jack, Daniele, Shauna and Wayne were great from start to finish! I love my dream kitchen! I admire it daily. I love to cook in it, drink my tea or just sit in the beauty. I wish I could post pics. VP has fantastic professionals to help you through your design and installation. I highly recommend them.

Showroom staff are excellent and updated showroom has tons of great products on display. VP is where I send my customers for fixture, lighting and cabinetry selections for all of our remodeling projects. Go there first, you wont be disappointed.

Went farmsink shopping there. The sales girl I worked with seemed like she really didn’t want to be bothered, never leaving her desk, and stopping to be silly with someone who was just walking through, and constantly responding to a phone conversation another salesperson was having. She gave me incorrect information on some items that even contradicted what I could see on her computer screen AND what was in the showroo. When I pointed those contradictions out, she simply said, “Oh, I didn’t notice that.” I certainly won’t consider returning to shop there.
