Wonderful job by Greg and his team. Given these very challenging times in the home improvement space, Greg always kept us in the loop with the manufacturing delays and equipment issues. He was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend.

Greg is a con artist. He dug 3 holes in my yard and never returned to finish the job. He does not answer his phone or return my messages. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

We are pretty disappointed in our dealings with Greg the owner of Lilac Awning. We are a high end boutique hotel in the Arts District and initially we were excited that Greg was up to the challenge of building an extravagant awning for our entrance. He was quite chatty and responsive until we gave him a $2000 deposit check. Installation was to begin two weeks later. That was February. To this date, there has been no movement nor any communication attempt by Greg. Weve called and texted him countless times and hes only responded twice (by text) in the past 4 months. Once he said he was hard at work on the awning and there was going to be a slight delay because he wanted it to be perfect. That was early March. He also wrote me in April and said Not ignoring you, been oot a lot (think that was suppose to be out) Anyway, we are disappointed and out $2000 and a lot of wasted time.
