We were told that the awning we ordered would take 5-6 weeks. It took 10 weeks which was most of the summer. Since our deck can only be accessed by going through our house, we expressed our concerns to the salesman when we placed the order because of the Covid 19 epidemic. He assured us that those installing the awning would be wearing masks. They did not and made many trips through our house in the 4 hours that it took to install the awning. We are 79 and concerned about possible exposure.

After waiting 2 weeks to get an appointment scheduled for an estimate and no call-back, I should have been concerned. After ordering the awning, 4 weeks became 6 weeks, and I should have been more concerned. After getting the awning installed and finding grease on the awning and then finding out the side solar curtain was never ordered, I should have been greatly concerned. Now after another month we still have no side curtain (which is already paid for), and calling the office got me a let me check around and call you back. I would recommend the brand - NOT the dealer. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND LOOKING FOR A PARTIAL REFUND
