I had called Meineke to repair my headlight, but they didnt answer their phone 20 minutes before closing. They lost my business. I went to Monroe where I was helped with quick and courteous service.

Classic bait-and-switch. Wouldnt honor a valid coupon!On the Meineke website, for store #482, there was a coupon for a fully synthetic oil change package for $49.95. But I ended up paying $74.58, because they wouldnt honor it.I showed the coupon to the counter guy, listed with his specific store on the website. He said they dont accept the coupon, but then okay with the discount and fees its going to be $75. I reluctantly accepted, because they had already taken my car into the garage, thinking that I would get a breakdown of the fees before I paid, and could then argue about the coupon. But when it came time to pay, he couldnt print out the typical pre-payment invoice you get at the mechanics... shady at best.He then argued with me that if he accepted the coupon he wouldnt be able to make any money. Not my problem! Dont be part of Meineke if you cant take their coupons!Im looking at my post-payment invoice and the amount of taxes and disposal fee is $7 total. So at most it should have come to around $57.Miscellaneously, the inside of the store is cluttered and slightly gross. Also theyre not part of the Meineke computer system, so I had to spend five minutes giving him all my info again.I called corporate and they said the location should have taken the coupon, and they apologized.Giving a bonus star because the man was polite, the service was somewhat speedy (although I dont think they did their multi-point inspection), and they didnt try to up-sell me.Ive had good experiences with other Meinekes, but never going back to this one.

I was happy with the service. I thought I needed an alternator but luckily for me he said the battery needed to be replaced. He could’ve taken me for the ride of a more expensive part but did not. My car is running great now. Thank you!

Ive trusted this service station for years. The owner is friendly, fair, professional, and quick. Everything has always come out just right at the quoted price with no upselling. I initially picked this place because it was nearby, but even though Ive since moved, I still go there.

He basically shouted from repair area of the shop that I am too busy go somewhere else! Ask them to fix the problem, I am busy

I made an appointment ahead of time for my cars inspection. I showed up on the date and time of my inspection and they dont have an appointment for me. Next available time they could get me in was the following week.

Even tho the guy was super busy he got my sons car done same day with brake lines.

The math being done on a calculator at this place does not match their final invoice amounts. There is a difference of 26% between my final invoice and what was charged to my credit card. 8% is the combined tax rate for New York State and Monroe County.I’ve tried to figure out how taxes alone could increase the cost by another $194 and nothing makes sense. Do not pay without confirming how the number charged was reached as they seem to charge first before the paperwork is ready.

I was in a pinch when my car battery died as I was leaving work to get lunch. I had a jump available to start my car, but needed a shop to install a new one for me. I spoke with the owner & he had me come right over. I was right back on my way soon after arriving. Thanks, Meineke!

I waited less than 10 minutes for my repair and it was the best price in town. I will definitely be returning for future vehicle services.

Excellent service.We appreciated Zafar’s help in having brakes for our van replaced by new ones at a very short notice. We were going to be out of town and needed the brakes work done immediately.This Meineke location is our most preferred choice for all our vehicles repairs and regular maintenance.Zafar has an excellent customer care attitude, very friendly and supportive.

Quick and reasonably priced service. I bring my van there more often than Id like to admit and I always feel confident on the service I receive.

My experience was great! I went Saturday morning to get my car inspected with no wait. I was out of there within 30-40 minutes

They took care of us immediately on a Saturday without an appointment and without giving us a hard time about it. No playing games or sticking us with services and parts that werent needed. Took care of our brakes with new pads and rotors in 2 hours. Wouldnt pass us for inspection because of shocks and suggested that we fix it ourselves instead of paying them $250 to do it, then bring it back. Very honest and upfront. Will definitely return!

To start off, this place is disgusting. There are plastic bags covering the front window and when you walk in there are mountains of paper and books all stained yellow. He had a hard time finding the appointment I booked online and then refused to do a synthetic blend oil change with my recommended oil. This is a service I have had done before at a different meineke and received wonderful service from. However, this location I cannot say the same for.

This place is overly priced. They charge more than they should and they try to convince you that you got the good deal. You will still get your car back with a lack of wash fluid warning light on while you just paid hundred bucks fixing a minor issue. The good thing is they are always not busy so you can get them start working on your car without waiting. Not recommended.

Not such a great job on my brakes. I went around town and got a few different quotes for a brake job on my truck and most shops were pretty pricey ($700-800 - ish). Took it in to Meineke and the counter asked me the year and make and said he would do it parts and labor under $500. Had the truck for the better part of nine hours. I finally called in when they didnt notify me and they said it was ready to go. The gave the truck back with an ABS indicator on but said I should be happy b/c I got the deal of the century b/c they had to disassemble the hubs to put new rotors on. Said it was b/c of rust and that I would have to buy new hubs to fix it. Went back a few times to try to get them to find another solution but they wouldnt. Guess it wasnt their typical brake job and they werent willing to do any more problem solving. Probably wont go back again. Macs II seems more reputable.

Place got the job done. Although I had to wait over an hour just for the main mechanic to arrive, even though I was parked there since they opened.

Every time i come here my car has been so loud that my neighbors hate me. And i come in. Wait an hour if that and drive away like a silencer was put on my car. This time it was a flex pipe and only cost me 60 plus tax. I will keep coming back because everyone else tries to make that extra Buck and charge unnecessary things. Here they fix the problem and tell the truth. They dont screw you over if they see you dont know anything about cars. 5 stars

Can I give this place 0 stars? Because thats what it deserves. First off, the place is dirty and disorganized. The waiting area looks like a Mexican brothel. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. And when they gave me a quote to replace my muffler, they charged $150 more than Monro Muffler right down the street. Avoid this place unless you like getting scammed.

Very fair service and fast to boot. Had a slight brake problem that turned out to be an entire drum brake mechanism failure. They didnt anticipate this and called me to confirm a price increase. The quoted price at the phone call was actually lower than they found out the work to be. Even though the parts cost them more than my quoted price, let alone labor, the manager gave me a *discount* to keep it at the quoted price. This hands down will make me come back next time I need some servicing.

Went in for a simple front brake replacement. Left with expensive and completely unnecessary high performance brakes on my 15yr old neon and a power steering problem. Do not recommend.

If I could give a lower star than 1, I would. I made an appointment on October 4th, 2017 at 1:30pm for 5:30pm that day. I got an e-mail confirming this appointment. I chose this location because I am a grubhub driver & we get discounts for oil changes through this company, so I figured I would give it a shot. I arrived at the location at 5:15 which was across town to begin with. The location was closed. it was dark, no lights were on, and no one was there. The sign with the location hours on the door said they would be open until 6pm - again, no one was there. There was no sign on the door explaining why they were closed. SO I called corporate customer service who told me they would look into it and get back to me within 48 hours. I never reiceved a call back, so I called the next day to discuss the matter. I was hung up on **** 6 TIMES WHEN ASKING FOR A SUPERVISOR **** AND I AM NOT EXAGGERATING 6 TIMES I WAS HUNG UP ON. Then I finally spoke to a supervisor named mark who listened to my concerns and finally told me that he would call the locations owner and I would get a call back within 10 minutes. Never got a call back. Then today, October 12th, I get a call from a woman named Kathryn at Corporate who states she is following up on my complaint - 7 WHOLE DAYS LATER ????????????????????? Who also was rude and said there was nothing she could do for me. Which leaves me to give such a horrid review.Ive worked in customer service for almost 10 years and I have never ever EVER experienced anything like this. The service I received from this company was terrible and I dont recommend anyone using this location. I never even received a call from the owner to discuss my concerns and was told that the location had closed early on October 4th due to an emergency and that the location is having problems with their online appointments not notifying them correctly - why does that become my problem ???? I will never be using this company again. So unprofessional, rude, and altogether BAD BUSINESS !!!!!

They get the work done very quick, do an excellent job, and have great prices. The place is a little dirty but they really make up for it with the quality of work

Called and they couldnt help me with a shield under my car. Said I had to get part from Dealer.
