After several years of consistently excellent service from Seasonall my most recent visit added another reason to appreciate these guys.I had brought my wife’s car in for an inspection and to address a couple of weird sounds. When Chris called me he told me of how they had discovered the ball joints were clearly on their way out. This was a surprise but, naturally, I was just grateful that they had caught this as it could have ended in my wife losing control of the car and possibly her life.Was I thrilled that this visit was going to be more expensive than I had hoped? Of course not, but I have come to completely trust Chris, Doug and their crew and was confident I was getting an important repair done by skilled mechanics for a price that, as always, was more than reasonable. Seasonall is going to get my business until I’m to old to drive or they retire and move to Hawaii. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I love this place! Getting your car repaired can be stressful but I very feel comfortable dropping my car off and knowing I will get the best service and they will not rip me off. I trust them. The owner is fully involved in all aspects of the process, from the office to the car repairs. If you want honest quality and service, Seasonall is the place to go!!!!

They messed up my car interior don’t know what they were doing in there. My service was not related to anything interior but now I have scratches and dents inside my car. Don’t know how they have all these positive reviews because my experience was very different. And the prices are VERY HIGH too. I don’t know why it’s too hard to find a shop that one can trust. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent service! I dont know the gentlemans name but he went above and beyond by teaching me something new that I didnt know about my van. Definitely bringing the van back there whenever service is needed. Thank you!

Depends what your getting done might take a while but that because with out a doubt my car fully Being looked over so it works and safe.

I have done business with Seasonall for years. Im an older woman who knows nothing about cars. I want my car to run and I dont want to worry about anything. Seasonall accomplishes this for me. Before I bought my IQ( great car by the way) I drove a Neon for over 12 years and then gave it to my granddaughter. I was able to do this because of Seasonall. You can trust them and besides being extremely nice, they are honest.

The team are attentive and gracious. They are quite comfortable with older cars. They were quick to diagnose the problem with my starting system from my explanations. They performed all the repairs and replacements by early the following morning. Easy five stars.

I needed a car repair so I asked my old mechanic (no longer doing big repairs) and he recommended Seasonall Automotive. They were very easy to deal with got something scheduled right away. I got prices around the area and they had a good price as well. I will continue to work with these guys in the future.

Two experiences to add: Last year I called to have my car inspected. I was hoping to have it inspected that day and the gentleman gave me a bit of attitude on the phone but said he would see what he could do it I dropped the car off-no guarantees. I left it there for the day (8am-2pm)...I appreciated them getting the inspection done that day, as I know it was last minute. I again called them today, willing to leave my car there for the day and if possible have it inspected before the days end. After asking if they could help, I was told, not here. I said okay...he suggested I go to Valvoline. They were able to help me, and in under 35 minutes for an inspection and oil change. I wont try my luck with Seasonall again.

Went in for new tires and got more than I bargained for. They managed to cross thread a lugnut, so I had to take it back. The manager who admitted to installing the tires himself didnt notice 1 of the 4 lug nuts wasnt even close to being fully seated. The same manager told me that they had to pull the hub out of the knuckle to replace the stripped lug.Prior to having the stripped lug replaced, the car actually drove straight, the wheel was centered, and there was no vibration. After the second trip to have the lug replaced, there is now a very distinct vibration, the wheel is not centered, and the car pulled left as soon as I got it up to highway speeds, despite the print out from the alignment machine showing its in spec. This is coming from a guy whos been turning wrenches on cars and bikes for 20 years. I only bring it in if I cant do it myself. I went here because of all the good reviews, but I will not be going back and would not recommend them, but thats just my experience. Hopefully yours is better.

We have been using Seasonall for several years (at least 15). We buy new cars and as soon as the warranty is over (or if the dealer is not available as happened recently) and the repair cannot be done under the warranty, we take our cars exclusively to Seasonall. It has always been our experience that they have lower costs than the dealer for repairs (usually about 30% less) and that the work is always done correctly. They always explain what is wrong and have never suggested work that has not needed to be done. Our relatives also hae used Seasonall with the same experience. Keep up the good work!!

Ive taken all 3 of our cars to Seasonall for the past 10-15 years. Good communication, fair pricing, and above all, quality work. I recommend them to my friends all the time. I see a wide mix of cars in for service there - including BMWs, Acuras, Mercedes. That says a great deal about their capabilities and cost.

Always wary of auto repair shops but these guys have remained on the up & up. I had a greivance and they made it up to me, they were very calm and respectful.

My car blew the engine in January this year. Chris work on the problem, first to find us a good replacement and then installing it. He gave us a quote and completed the work.The car is running problem free and the quote was spot on. Thank you Chris and Doug for experience work and a needed place in Rochester for car repair. I have been coming here since I first got my license and I would drive cross country to have them fix my vehicles if I wasnt local. I have brought them some pretty rough cars, silly cars and everything in between. They always fix it, fix it right and only do what is needed.I have brought repair manuals and tell them exactly whats wrong and thats what they fix, and if something else is wrong they let me verify it first.Everyone has had a bad experience and no place is perfect, but do not let bad reviews keep you away. Seasonall is not like other mechanics, they stand behind their work and do right by their customers.HIGHLY recommend.

My AC wasn’t working in our van. I went to see Chris and I didn’t have an appointment but he looked at my van within an hour or so and fixed it as well as gave me a very detailed action plan on what I can do if it fails again etc. and the price for the whole recharge and diagnosis etc was very fair ! Ive been going to Seasonall for years and I wouldnt go any where else. They took care of my 1998 Neon until I got a new car in 2012. I have recommended them to friends who are also pleased. Have them work on your car; you wont be sorry.

It might not look as glossy as other tire places from the street, but it is clean and roomy inside with free wifi, and I got superb same-day service at a fair price. I will go back again.

Took our car in for an inspection and ended up also getting an oil change, and a minor repair. When we came to pick it up, the attendant casually mentioned they had left the keys in the ignition and the battery running for hours during the repair and caused the battery to die. This resulted in the electronic system resetting making them unable to complete the inspection until the car was driven 25 - 50 miles. No compensation was offered for this significant inconvenience, which Im hoping does not result in the receipt of a ticket for an overdue inspection. When asked about a possible discount, the attendant was visibly annoyed and refunded the $21 for the inspection.Needless to say, we will not be returning. Integrity Auto down the road is fantastic and fairly priced - highly recommend it as an alternative to avoid this manner of incompetence.

I originally took my truck to Dorschel Totota to diagnose a vibration problem. They had the truck all day just to tell me that it was the rear brakes and that it would take two days to get the parts and to bring it back in two days. When I brought it back the service advisor tells me that someone cancelled my appointment and that all the parts werent in anyway. So he obviously just forgot to call and tell me not to bring it in and lied about it instead. I went right over to seasonall and Chris said he could get the truck fixed that day with no appointment. No more vibration and it was cheaper than Dorschel quoted me. If you want someone who cares to work on your vehicle then take it to Seasonall.Thanks,Alan

They wont rip you off! Know their stuff.

I do most of my work on my own vehicle, so I knew what the problem was when I took my car in. I simply did not have the time to do the repair.First off, they lied to me about the parts required for a certain repair. (Replacing the intake manifold gaskets *DO NOT* require you to purchase a new intake manifold).Secondly, I asked them how much it would cost for a new intake manifold and replace it. They quoted it at $1100. Thats insane. You can pick up and entire engine for $1300 or so. They told me the IM was going to be $700. I told them there are ones online for ~$200, they said that if *I* found one then they could mark it up and order it. Yes, they told me they were going to charge me *more* for finding a cheaper price elsewhere online. They wanted to charge me $300 for a Dorman IM. This is a $230 Autozone replacement. They wanted me to pay a $70 markup on a $230 part! So I told them Id order it and they could install it. They claimed that unless they ordered the part, they could not install it.All in all, your typical mechanics. Overcharge you, and claim you need things. Not pleased and now Ill have to take a day off from work to fix it.On top of this, their labor hour is $95. Only rivaling the dealerships themselves.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
