For context, I am writing this review 9 months into the covid-19 pandemic.This Mobil gas station provided me with one of the most simple and enjoyable experiences I’ve had in a long time. I work across the street and wanted a drink. I entered the store and started to assess the drinks in the coolers. They had enough choices where I had options but not so many that it just felt ridiculous. I chose a can of Pepsi and brought it to the counter. The man said 1 dollar, I paid him a single dollar bill, we wished each other well, and I left. I was left with overwhelming joy from how simple the transaction was. The cashier was pleasant, the product was reasonably priced, the government didn’t have to get involved claiming their $.08 forcing me to break another bill, and I left feeling so much value for this gas station that I had to share it. Nothing we do in life is nearly that simple anymore. It was refreshing. I will be retuning to that establishment!

I am very pleased with the customer respect and service I received. The owner is very friendly and good natured. I would recommend him highly!

If this review is for the location that is actually on Scottsville Rd they are great. You talk with Harry from start to finish and I love a garage that will walk you through every step and even show you the part that went bad when you pick up your vehicle

Ive been taking my vehicles to Sam for 12 years. Hes always been honest, fair, and prompt. He does quality work and will never fix anything that isnt broken. Hes 4arned my loyalty. Highly recommended!

Small garage with fast service at a reasonable price. I drop my car off here for oil change and he is usually done in less than an hour! Can’t complain!

I called this mechanic looking to bring my car in on Saturday. After explaining to me that he couldnt order parts on the weekend, I tried to ask if he could look at it Saturday to order the parts for a job on Monday and he hung up on me. I couldnt believe it so I called back to finish my question and he told me, it wasnt a big deal and that he already told you theres nothing I can do today. Just wow. In no universe can I imagine a business hanging up on a customer for trying to make an appointment with them. But if thats the experience youre looking for, heres your guy. Hard to imagine they take customers concerns about HOW their vehicle is treated any more seriously.

This guy has some serious customer service issues. Obviously I go to get my car checked out at a reliable establishment and they tell me exactly what I need to be done. I stop in because hes close to where I live and open on Saturday and of course like a good mechanic even though I tell him exactly what needs to be done, no no I have to check myself come back Monday in a very rude and assertive tone as he sits there staring behind the counter. The gas prices too, he can be as high as 20-30 cents higher than anywhere else! I cannot believe I see people pumping gas there. As a mechanic he will always have business, but the customer service, I cant type the words :(

I have been taking my car here for years and have introduced many people to the shop as well. The staff is honest and I never feel as if I am paying for something I should not be. Always good, fast service.

I just pulled into this gas station to grab gas after I quickly ran into magnolias to grab a Togo order that was ready. Took me about 30 seconds to grab the order. On my way into magnolias the owner of this establishment ran out to my car yelling at me as I tried to tell him, “I will be 2 seconds and then I’m getting gas”. When I came outside the OWNER came to my car, came in my window and SPIT in my car. This establishment is disgusting I have never come across a grown man who acts so unprofessional and childish.

Friendly staff and convenient location plus beverages and snacks for sale while you wait.

They are very knowledgeable and can fix just about anything. Chuck is a wonderful mechanic and Sam is super friendly and helpful.

He has been doing my family and my parents family cars for many many years he is always honest and we always get a great price. He also does the minimal amount of work and never tries to upsell you on repairs that dont need it.

No idea why the negatives around here. Yes the guy has a pretty thick accent, but he is incredibly nice. Does fantastic work on my cars. And has saved me buckets of money by repairing parts that others have insisted on replacing. The place is not shiney or new but the prices arent bad and the gas pps quickly unlike those new pumps that play commercials and pump slower. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and HONEST people. Best mechanic ever!

Stopped to get gas there only because my gas light was on. Started pumping, pumped stopped @ $3, printed out a receipt. The person working walked out, hit something on the gas pump and it started pumping again. I went to get my second reciept nothing came out. I usually don’t do receipts so I got in my car and the guy came out to my car and told me the card didn’t go through and their pumps are not prepay. No postings On the pumps that I saw, he said nothing when he came out and restarted the pump and my card did work for the first $3 of pumping until it stopped, So, I went in and paid. Today I checked my card statement and there are two charges on my card for this station more than what I spent on gas. I definitely will avoid getting gas here from now on and hope I can get my money back.

The owner of this shop went above and beyond to make sure that my car was in great condition to drive in the upcoming snow storm. He was fair, trustworthy and considerate (:

Terrible Experience,Where to begin I tried to give them my business because their such a small small garage.Theres probably many reasons why they are so small and they can stay that way.The arab foreign guy that seems like he runs the place is a joke, Terrible customer service, this guy needs to learn how to talk to people, Otherwise and hopefully he will not be in business much longer, Also its very hard to understand his thick accent which didnt help either. This is getting long so to make a long story short, waste of time waste of money my car is worse nowthanks
