The best shop I’ve ever been too! Gina is amazing I’ve been there 3 times for body work and never been more happier! The guys that work on the car does a great job also and moves fast. Gina’s costumer service is amazing! And she updates you every day on the progress of your vehicle. You’ll never feel left out or wondering what’s going on. She tries her hardest to make sure you’re vehicle is perfect. And tries her best to get it back to you quickly also with quality work. I’ve never had a issue ever there. She’s very caring and understanding and does over and beyond every time my car goes to them. I’ll never go anywhere else but to them thank you so much Gina!

This is the second time I have used Emerson for body work on my car and I couldnt be more pleased. Both times, Emerson exceeded my expectations and handled everything required to get my car repaired, including working with the insurance company and rental car. My 10 yr old car looks brand new. I did business with Emerson years ago and was pleased with their work. Recently, my sons 9 year old Jeep needed some work on the lift-gate so I went straight there. Gina gave me an accurate estimate within two hours. . She located a used OEM part in great shape. They cleaned it up, painted it to match, and mounted it on the Jeep. They then finished the job by waxing the entire vehicle and cleaning the inside. We needed the vehicle back within a few days and they came through for us - even finishing a few hours earlier than expected. It was a tight time-line and I really appreciated their extra effort to finish the job. Great friendly customer service. Gina texted me work updates and pictures! My thanks to everyone there. I cant recommend them more highly. One of the best contractors I have ever used for anything!

I brought my truck here after being totaled. Gina was very accommodating to make sure any questions I had were answered, and even went as far as to message me personally to make sure everything worked out with my vehicle. Emerson collision was recommended to me by a family member and my experience solidifies that recommendation. Theres a lot of shops that will take advantage of you if given the chance, after working with this shop, I know this isnt one of them.

This collision center is incredible. Not only are the people friendly and super knowledgeable they try to get things done quickly and well. They dont cut corners and work very well with the insurance company to make it so you have to do as little as possible. Gina was also a sweetheart that gave updates daily and actually cares about the customers. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do they will always be my first choice.

The quality of their work is excellent, very discerning regarding the condition of the parts they will use. The customer service is EXCELLENT! UPDATED Review: I had to bring another car in because I was involved in a rear fender bender. I needed the vehicle back ASAP so I could make a long trip for work. They once again came through for me and worked with my insurance, so I had no out of pocket cost. Just like last time they kept me informed and got my car back to me days before I was scheduled to leave. The customer service up front is awesome and the craftsmanship makes you feel better because you know its being done right. Thanks again.The staff there is very courteous and professional. I took my wifes car in to have the bumper painted because of some shotty work another place did. The paint was peeling and needed to be redone. There was zero effort on my part. They handled everything through my insurance company.Gina sent me updates through text about once a day. Perfect because I didnt have to worry about calling. Just said thanks. Awesome job.

Amazing service. Gina kept me informed through the entire process and did all the communication with the insurance and rental companies. She made everything SO easy. When I picked up the car, the employees went above and beyond by helping remove my child seat from the rental car to my car. Not to mention, my car looked great inside and out. They repaired the body of the car, but also cleaned and vacuumed the inside...which was not an easy task! I am so impressed by everyone there. Thank you!

No words can describe how GREAT Emerson Collision is; we smashed our Lincoln last month and it couldnt have come at a more terrible time. Gina was always in contact, friendly and incredibly understanding. Perfect example of great customer service, she couldnt have exemplified it any better. She also went the extra mile and sent pictures regularly, called our insurance company to inquire about our deductible being waived(and it was), and never once seemed bothered. Aside from their excellent customer service, their craft is impeccable; we received our vehicle back in beautiful condition and incredibly clean- looked just as good, if not better than when we bought it.If youre looking for collision repair I HIGHLY recommend them, they are incredible at what they do and take the stress out of a stressful situation.

My experience with Emerson Collision was fantastic. The customer service was exceptional and refreshing. I got a text every day with an explanation of the work accomplished for the day including pictures of the process. I had a tree branch that fell on my 2015 Chevy Silverado with a lot of damage that even required a new roof. The craftsmanship of the work was impeccable. These folks are truly artist of their trade. I hit the bumper of another vehicle which was my fault. So the woman I hit and I decided to take care of the matter by not going through insurance and I would pay out of pocket. I dealt with Gina (Emerson Collision) for the most part throughout the process. She could not have been any more helpful and genuine. The cost of the damage was very reasonable and the customer service was nothing but the best. Went to the shop on Ridgeway Ave, passed by this place so many times, looking for estimates for body work on a car, in office felt as if I was there to rob them, customer service was not in any way as the reviews before mine, when looking at the car really quick response no better try a competitor, gave me a outrageous ball park figure as must have been thinking that would make me leave! I had my son with me an drove around Rochester Ny looking to show him how a collision shop normally interacts with a perspective client, an it was night an day response! I would not refer my worst enemy to this business, very shocked but now I know 😉

I had a really negative experience at Emerson. I went to get a repair quote. They refused to give me a quote. They said that my insurance company would ignore their quote, so writing one would be a waste of their time (other local repair shops did not have this problem). Somehow they had enough time to lecture me about hard it was to work with my particular insurance company (other local repair shops did not have this problem). They said that they would probably not be able to get OEM parts for the repair (other repair shops did not have this problem). They instilled no confidence in me that they had the skills or quality control to bring my car back to 100%.

Allstate does their own estimates through their mobile app. Tony was willing to write an estimate for my information, even though it was essentially a waste of his time. The other shop I visited wouldnt even look at it. Their loss, Emersons gain.Had to wait two weeks to get in, but thats probably not unusual. Gina texted updates with pictures every evening, something I wouldnt have even thought to ask for.They replaced bumper cover and fender from deer hit, and the van looks perfect. Very nice job and great people to work with.

I have never been treated better by a business!I somehow screwed up the Monday I was supposed to show up for my repairs. I came one week early, my mistake.Emerson could have turned me away, they would have been Justified. Their customer service staff someshow figured out a way to fit my car in. They even figured out how to get me a rental.At the end of everything the car came out looking like it did before the damage.Emerson has my business for any automotive body repair in the future.

I have a specialized custom car and there was no problem with Emerson repairing my vehicle which I originally thought there would be complications.I have been informed of the progress the entire way. Friendly and curteous front desk staff even recognized me from only one visit. They go far beyond what a typical collision service facility would do. Customer service top notch.Even though my insurance is covering the cost they have exhibited cost saving measures which to me means if one would use them without insurance they are not out to stiff you by purchasing expensive parts and passing the bill. It seems they first try to save cost before using the more expensive alternatives. Craftsmanship is top rate. No complaints what-so-ever, highly recommend them!

The front end of my car was destroyed and in repair for almost 2 months. The people at Emerson were helpful and in constant contact with me. They went out of their way to pick up and deliver the vehicle to my residence while I was at work. You walk in the door and the friendly greetings make you feel very comfortable, validating that you have made the right choice. Thanks to some idiot on the Interloop, I find myself needing their services once again. I did not hesitate when I told the insurance company who I was taking it to. : )

Just got my car back yesterday after needing some body work done after an accident, and I could not be happier with the results. As soon as I brought my car in everything was coordinated with my insurance company, so my repairs could be made while I was away for the week. While I was gone they updated me everyday with pictures and explanations of the repair in progress, which I greatly appreciated. The girl at the office, Gina, was readily available to answer any and all of my questions via text which was super convenient. As for the repair work itself I had a dented and rusted quarter panel which they fixed to mint condition! I honestly cannot even tell where the repair was made. Ive worked with other repair shops before, and did not receive such a high level of attention and great customer service.My repair was done faster than they had initially anticipated, which is yet another reason I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs! In the event I need any further work done on my civic, my first choice would be to go to Emerson.
