This location was able to get me in right away when another location had put me off for 6 weeks.Kate was great! She took care of everything including working with my insurance company and arranging for a rental. She also kept me up to date through daily text messages.Everyone was exceptionally nice and made this experience outstanding. Highly recommended!

I had a misadventure with my car in mid November. It was towed into Bob Johnson Chevrolet, it was evaluated by estimator Kyle Proctor for Gerber. He called me with an initial evaluation with the caveat that there probably was more damage that would have to be evaluated once it went into the shop, sadly his prediction was spot on. As I was paying the bill he did everything he could to keep costs down.The estimated time for the repair was 2 weeks, which would have been after Thanksgiving. I figured that was about right. To my amazement I got a call that the car was ready a week early. Im here to tell you they did such a great job youd never know that there had been any damages.I highly recommend their work and their service. Especially, Kyle who made a very difficult situation a lot easier to handle because of his demeanor and professionalism. If you have a misadventure like I did take your car to Gerber, you wont be sorry.Thanks Kyle and the Gerber team at Lyell Ave. Youre the best..

My car was repaired in the fall of 2019. They were friendly and helpful, and communicated with me regularly with updates on the status of the repair.A year and a half later I had a concern about a small issue. They immediately took care of it, as well as some unrelated problems at no charge. The car was returned to me looking like new inside and out. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I went to the Gerber Collision shop on Monroe Ave in Rochester. The customer service was great. The quality of their work was superior. They communicated update throughout and did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop.

These people are way overpriced on the estimate. They were very nice to want all of the money they were gouging to get, but I found a respectable family business that will do the same work for only a fraction of what they were going to charge me. Never again, not affordable.

Gerber Collision is an excellent and easy company to work with. They do an amazing job every time!!!! Theres a Gerber Collision near you no matter where you live. My go-to location is GATES. I had my Highlander fixed August 2019 and two weeks ago Gerber Collision in Gates also fixed my husband’s Tundra. Both vehicles were returned to us looking brand new. I personally deal with Gerber Collision Gates, conveniently located within a mile from my house. Chris Pfeiffer handled our claim from beginning to end. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and promised vehicle would be delivered on time as promised. To my surprise, vehicle was delivered a day early and it was detailed inside and out. Chris, Stephanie, Jacob and the rest of the staff at Gerber Collision GATES are courteous and fun to deal with. From the initial call to the store to the delivery of our vehicles it was an experience beyond expected. You guys ROCK!!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY!!!!

No other body shop was willing to take on the work I asked for until I was referred here at Gerber Collision on Monroe Ave. Staff and manager were pleasant, polite, and were dedicated to earning my business. Did an excellent job on my vehicle and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely do business here again!

I had a great experience. They were professional and dealt directly with the insurance and rental car company. All I had to do was drop my car off and then pick it up a well later. I would definitely use them again.

I would take my 10 speed if I had one to this location for repairs. Not only did they do the insurance work that was necessary but they gave me a good price on all the scratches my students had put on my car due to their bad grades.

I wouldnt recommend the Monroe Ave shop. Bad management of the front end staff.I stopped in at 8 am Friday to get my rear-ended vehicle fixed, and the receptionist was not interested in providing service.She should have shared how they currently dont have anyone free to offer a quote. But they could schedule me for an appointment at ... time to get me a quote.And, that if I could either pay out of pocket to start, or they could connect me with a short term bank loan.

My car was hit by my neighbor so their insurance covered the work done at NuLook. The whole process was seamless and the work they did was quality. I worked with Kate and not only does she know her stuff she is very congenial as well. Thanks guys!

Nu-look collision is an untrustworthy place of business, where the employees have sticky fingers. Valuable items were missing from my vehicle upon return from NuLooks care. The items costing in excess of $400. I can not recommend going back, regardless of the work done.

The office greeter at the location on Lehigh Station Rd in Henrietta was both snooty, rude, and full of herself. No time to have someone even glance at our vehicle while we were there; 4 days out for an appointment to obtain an estimate. Yup, not exactly how NuLook built up their solid reputation. If this is Gerbers business model, suggest you look/go elsewhere for better customer-oriented service when your vehicles need bodywork.

Took excellent care of my vehicle!!

Perfect service- will only be going to this garage in the future. I was in an accident in late July, but with various holdups from insurance I didnt get my car back until late August. They kept me informed all the way through and were very courteous, kind, and understanding.After finishing working on my car I continued having issues with the insurance company- they would not grant me rental days while my car was still being worked on and were trying to get me to pay out of pocket. This is where I think Gerber really shined and fought with the insurance company to get me those extra rental days.A whole month after my car being fixed by them and they were still willing to fight with the insurance company when I got nowhere with them. It saved me so much stress and I am truly grateful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Again, perfect service :)

I expected them to have my car for 7 days because of the nature of the damage, allowing them time to get parts, etc. It was ready to be picked up in the middle of day 5. Washed, detailed, great paint job. You cant tell there was any damage. It looks like I just rolled it off the dealers lot. Very professional and friendly staff!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Nu-look collision center downtown for the first time, and my overall experience was well above my expectations. The staff members we friendly and kindly, Especially OSCAR who handled my car with professional manner, They were on time and I was able to receive service updates via phone and voicemails. When they found my car need extra care, They over me free rent car and they made a typically annoying process very easy.

I had work done on my vehicles numerous times with both Rochester locations and each time has been wonderful. The costs are competitive and overall customer service, and quality of the repairs have always been top notch.

I brought my car here for the first time ever & had the absolute best experience from getting & estimate too picking my car up when it was finish they made it an easy process for me & was very helpful with dealing with the insurance company my car was dirty in the inside and outside lol which they cleaned & the inside rubber was coming off my door which they glued back & they really didn’t have too so I definitely appreciated that too you guys have gained an customer coutinue being great!!🙂
