My Galaxy s10 was run over buy a car in the front and black glass had shattered along with a bend across my phone and the volume controls. It looked to me as though there is no way this can be repaired. I spoke with Roanoke cellphone repair they were very confident they could fix it. When I call there around other repair places they were very skeptical and not very helpful. I was told by a large chain repair store that my phone had to be overnighted to their “corporate” to be fixed and no other cell phone repair in the Roanoke Valley would be able to fix it! Saved my Google Pixel 3! It was incredibly difficult to find anyone that would even touch my cracked Pixel 3. Another store quoted me for over double what this store did. The technician and owner were both kind, welcoming, and helpful. My phone now looks like new and everything works perfectly. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and talked me through a series of systems checks afterward to make sure all was well (test phone call, camera check, etc.).

Im so happy with service I received today. I had questions about a cell phone and a computer, and Buddy spent so much time with me, answering my questions. It turns out he didnt need to service anything for me today, but I didnt know that until he thoroughly answered all my questions! Im not at all surprised that this business is a success. I had a Galaxy S8 with an expanding battery and a back that was peeling off. Not only was the repair relatively cheap, but it was done quickly, in about half an hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful

I broke my phone when I tripped and apparently used it to break my fall. They were same day repair which was nice. Their pricing is terrible though. Apple will replace the screen for nearly the same price and it’s the correct screen. They clearly use “copy” screens which are cheap knockoffs with lower quality. First of all, my phone was not even fixed correctly the first time. The home button was stuck and constantly activating. Fortunately, when the phone was returned back to them they were willing to fix it immediately free of charge. The screen is not as vibrant and I can clearly see lines in the screen. It is not worth the money if you are able to go to a certified repair shop or to someone who offers Apple certified screens. They had been working on my computer overnight conviently at the same time. They made zero progress on the computer. They are extremely nice though so I can not complain about the customer service.

I called this store after my daughters iPhone screen shattered when dropped on a wooden floor. It was in an Otter Box, but we found out that they only cover the case, not the phone. I was not impressed with Otter. The gentleman from this store said he could fix it, just to bring it in, and gave me a much more reasonable price than iPhone wanted. We took it in the next day, and I will be honest, the place looked a tad sketchy. We were a little nervous about leaving the phone. However the lady in the store was very helpful. She quoted a different price than the gentleman on the phone, but when I told her what he had said, she called him to confirm, and gave me the lower price. We left, and within a couple of hours she called us. The phone was fixed perfectly, and the lady gave us advice about gorilla glass which proved to be very valuable. I recommend this place for phone repairs without hesitation.

These folks are amazing! I have a Galaxy S9 that locked up 2 weeks before the warranty was up and Sprint refused to help and when I shipped it to Samsung they refused to do the warranty work unless I paid an extra $700 to do another repair they claimed it needed. I took it to Buddy at Roanoke cell phone repair and in less than an hour he had my phone completely fixed! I even got back all my apps and information. The service is amazing and the price was very reasonable. I wish I had gone to them first! They will be my first stop anytime I need anything cell phone related. Just awesome and thank you so much!

Great place! I walked in to get the microphone repaired on my Galaxy S5. The technician figured out the microphone was clogged and fixed it in 30 seconds. He could have kept the phone, asked me to come back later, and charged me for doing labor-intensive repair. Instead, he was honest and didnt charge me anything, and my phone works great now! I gave a small tip as a thank you, but otherwise--free repair!

The I-6 phone screen was cracked and took it for repair. The screen was replaced but it did not fit into the housing like it should. Three weeks later phone stopped working and went back because of the warranty listed on receipt. They refused to fix it and said phone was dropped. Said it could be repaired but for an additional $160.00. The phone was not dropped. Took it to another repair place, and they determined the wires were not hooked back up properly when the screen was replaced. Phone is now junk. My advice is take it to the corporate store (ntelos, etc.) and have it done right the first time. It will save you money and heartache in the long run. Good scam though on not fixing them right and force you to pay again for what they should have fixed in the first place. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Great service! Even though the cell phone repair was more labor-intensive than anticipated, we werent charged any extra.

I Called around Roanoke for a Google Pixel 2 XL Screen Repair and spoke with Buddy. Buddys qoute was not the cheapest nor most expensive, but he was extremely knowledgeable and said he could have my screen in 48 hours. Unfortunately the screen did not arrive in 48 hours due to a Winter storm hitting the area, but, once the screen came in, Buddy had my phone up and running flawlessly in less than an hour. We went through some brief testing before they let me leave, and now my phone is running flawlessly like the day I first took it out of the box. I Couldnt be happier with the repair and would recommend this place to anyone that made the mistake of not purchasing a protection plan on a smartphone.

Had to get Buddy to replace the charging port in my wifes phone. The parts were bad. He changed suppliers for better quality parts and got us going on the 3rd time. Never even mentioned needing to charge more.

This place is great! After getting nowhere with tech no-support at Consumer Cellular, Samsung, and Google, I called Roanoke Cell Phone repair, and they told me to bring my new Galaxy 8 on over. I was sure this was not fixable (I kept being blocked from downloading internet apps), but Buddy took the phone and had my problem solved within minutes. He and Roger also gave me a number of helpful hints and some quick lessons on various features of the phone. Then they told me there would be no charge for their assistance! Needless to say, I gave them a tip anyway because I was so grateful that this problem was finally solved. And I now know where to go if the technical going gets tough again!

I visited the store a few weeks ago and I will not go anywhere else! The employees there are wonderful and are people of their word! The price is incredibly reasonable and the staff truly cares about solving your issue. I bugged them a few times by calling (I was treated badly at a different store) and they were nothing but patient and assured me they would call about my issue as soon as any progress was made. Unfortunately due to the mishap at the other store, Roanoke Cell Phone Repair was not able to fix my cell phone (again not their fault, the other store damaged my phone pretty badly). Because they could not solve my issue, they did not even charge me a penny, even after all the labor they added! I was thoroughly pleased and will most definitely visit again if I have another issue with my phone!

My iPhone 6s speaker stopped working and Google told me that Roanoke Cell Phone Repair was nearby, so I stopped. Excellent customer service when I walked in. Was told that it would be a half an hour wait and my issue would be repaired at a fair cost. When I returned to pickup my phone, the speaker had been replaced and worked at the beginning, but had another problem. Roanoke Cell Phone Repair diagnosed the problem the second time and found that I had a tear in my charging port that was preventing the speaker from working. Roanoke Cell Phone Repair replaced the piece that had been the problem and my phone was back in perfect working condition. Bottom line: Excellent customer service, honest and fair price for labor/materials, and very knowledgeable staff in troubleshooting and diagnostics for all carriers and cellular devices. I would highly recommend Roanoke Cell Phone Repair for anyone else, as well as, my future business as a patron. Thank yall!

The owner is a nice and honest man. I went there with a cracked screen phone and a water damaged phone. I planned to let him use the screen from water damaged phone to replace the cracked screen. He quoted me a reasonable price. When I got there, he tested the water damaged phone first and found out it was still working. So ended up no need to fix the crack screen any more. He did NOT charge a dime. Talked to him a little bit, he also gave me some tips on the phones. For that crack screen phone, he suggested me not try to fix it because the money spend on fixing vs. the value of phone is not worth it. For my case, he really thinks for me rather than fix my cracked screen and take my money. Last but not least, the lady works there is friendly and efficient. She also spent some time explaining things to me. Ill definitely come back when I need the service. And definitely recommend him to anyone in needs. One of my friend already saved his info. for future needs. Hope his business is doing better and better.

This place was PHENOMENAL. Saved my phone. I was traveling all the way from Las Vegas and didnt think I would find a legit phone repair service in this small town, but the owner & employees here were extremely professional, honest, and with prices that cant be beat for the quality.
