US cellular was a breeze today. While paying my bill l found some accessories that is very helpful to my phone. A wireless car kit holds my phone with adjustable sides and bottom and hangs securely to my truck air, heat vent for observation of GPS and holds firmly so l can talk on speaker phone with no distraction. And as a very valuable plus the holder charges my phone whether l have it in use or not. It is extremely affordable and a must for on the go people like me. If you are thinking you might need something for your phone give US cellular a call or drop by and shop. You may be as delightfully surprised as l was.

Recently went to price switching companies due to the sprint t-mobile merger causing severe issue with service...ended up switching not only due to better coverage but the atmosphere and customer service was outta this world. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am very satisfied and happy with the switch so far even tho I had to down grade devices it was still worth it.
I just had mouth surgery yesterday and talking is very difficult. I came in because my prepaid phone needed to be refilled. Jason at the counter read my note and helped me pay my bill even though I couldnt talk, and he was super friendly even with it being an odd situation. love the phone service and the customer service at this location is always great and accomodating

Needed help with sons insured newer iPhone that is not working...busted screen. Only help received was being told a claim needs filed, and some literature with info to DIY. Expected some assistance with getting the process started, instead we are figuring it out on our own. NOT IMPRESSED.....NOT VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN....which seems to be what they want.
It has been my pleasure to work with these guys and lady. We had some issues with our phones and Cory went above and beyond to help us. Great team to deal with.

Cory at the Valley View store was fantastic. Customer service was just above and beyond. Honestly, I am pretty tech savey and a stickler for details. Agents at this store were pretty humble and while they could not answer most my questions off the top of their head, they did reach out to the manager or other stores to address my concerns. The bill break down was appreciated as was the attention to detail in putting on my screen protector. It looks perfect. I am normally not one to leave a review but this experience was just so different than what I have had in Roanoke at Sprint, Verizon and AT&T. Ive gone through each one and finally tried USC and am so glad I did. Customer service seems to be the culture at this store. This experience certainly made my switch from Sprint effortless. Thank you again

They call my wife and convince her that they have this great new unlimited plan and its cheaper than our original. We get the bill and its over 40 dollars higher and its a garbage plan compared to what we had. We go to this store to straighten things out and they tell us were out of luck. Talk about shady practices. Not only did they go up on our bill but they gave us a worse plan than we had and wont give us back our old one. Needless to say we wont be doing business hear anymore. The worst part is weve been customers for almost 10 years
Bill jumps up and down. Service is terrible. Services are being disconnected during a nationwide pandemic. People have to survive, if a week or two can’t be tolerated in order for your customers to have adequate funds to pay with .... Theres serious issues.

Do NOT deal with Lindsay Akers. She allowed someone to make thousands of dollars of purchases on our account TWICE without account holder approval and the sales manager, Michael, doesnt want to do anything about it. I have filed a formal complaint but Lindsay should be terminated for fraud.ETA:I spoke with the store manager, Justin Boles, who opened a formal complaint to look into the fraud committed by Ms. Akers. He said that a 3rd party would investigate and follow up with us. He called me the following morning and claimed that the 3rd party investigated and found that no fraud had occurred. Oh, really? How did they investigate without speaking with the two witnesses? Filing a compliant with BBB, not that it will do any good. We are switching both of our businesses to another provider (15+ phones) as well as our personal accounts. US Cellular has been our provider for 20+ years. We have worked through previous issues in the past, but this one is completely unforgivable. As a result, they are losing four accounts and thousands of dollars. Were done.
Came into the store wanting to process a refund for termination of my account. The agent said he could not help me with that. Almost 3 months later I am still dealing with the scam corporate office who is refusing a refund on prepaid service I did not receive.Beware of this Company -very bad customer service!

I see all the bad customer service reviews and its 110% true they snag u to sighn up with them once they got u thats it . ive been a loyal customer for over 2 years bills always paid and had to fight to get a new phone . so u think u can call corporate and still same service none i dont know how they get away with how they treat people very angry and sad bout this company . please dont waste your time here so not worth it go to verizon or some other will save u so much trouble. U have been warned!!!!

Paid bill on time 4 past 10 years then virus comes along and late one month and I turn my service off $47 bunch of crooks do not use u.s. cellular this isnt the only incident Ive had with them.
The Valley View store is usually a pain but tonight it wasnt crowded and the lady that helped me was very polite and efficient.
Very poor customer service in following through with promotions promised. Rebate cards that were supposed to be delivered in one to two months took six to seven only after making three trips to complain about them not showing up did I get them then. As for their no hidden fees.... that has not been my experience and the employees, with the exception of one, speak to you in a very condescending manner borderlining just plain rudeness
