The pink hair guy and Josh were extremely nice, helpful and patient. I was unsure what I needed to do so the pink hair guy took the time an explained all my options. An he helped me figure out what would be the best for me. I highly recommend this place. It was busy but they were still very nice an patient.

I just want to thank Ian at the Valley View TMobile store for helping me this evening! I had been going through a two day ordeal online and on the phone and he fixed my issue in 5 minutes! Super friendly, super helpful and I’m super happy!!

Ian who works there as of July 2021 is highly knowledgeable, smart, friendly, and very importantly, patient. He was extremely helpful with my multiple issues I needed resolved, and I left his care with all the answers to questions I first had when I arrived at the Valley View Roanoke VA T Mobile store! It was not the bad but not the best experience. It took so long and the guy helped me partially. I still had to go home and do stuff to my phone that I think should have been done at the store so I am not happy about that. The purpose was to get a phone through Tmobile to turn off hold phone but I still had to pay old bill to have phone use because Tmobile locked phone could not unlock phone until 48 hours spent 35 dollars to use phone.. I had pay whole lot more for bill I am not real happy.I was frustrated but needed a phone for business purposes.

From the looks of the reviews Sprint must be writing there own . First Sprint didnt Honour their contract ; when it come time 18 months they Chose what they felt like I should pay and the amount kept changing over a 3 day period. Money wasnt the only problem; my phone wouldnt work with in 7 miles from my house. Any time off of Wi-Fi the phone wouldnt work properly . After many hours on the phone with them I decided I would no longer keep an account with Sprint. I have been with Sprint before and paid that plan off . I was in great standing with them . I went back 18 months ago because I couldnt find what I thought was a good deal with anyone else . I choose the 18 month plan because they claimed it gives you many possibilities to buy the phone or return it if you need something else. I learned the hard way that this plan is not Accurate and they were trying to make me pay way more than phones are worth ..I decided to return the phones and go another way. Sprint refuses to take the phones back in any store in Roanoke Valley. Finally I was forced to do the return by mail and was told that am responsible if they get lost, stolen or damaged. And also learned that all the insurance that I paid wont cover mail service. I think there needs to be new laws to protect the customer. Sprint has done as much as possible to make this process hard and difficult. I will never use Sprint again and I paid my bill on time every time . Word to wise if T mobile runs there stores like Sprint they wont be in business very long either .

I had the absolute BEST customer service from L Robbins in this store !! Along with the DM josh . L was Absolutely wonderful with helping me get exactly what I wanted. Very friendly and excellent with providing the best deal along with professionalism. I walked in just looking into seeing about the trade in your phone and get an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I left with everything I wanted !! Seriously L deserves to be recognized for his position at T-mobile and I recommend this store for everyone ! If you’re looking for caring, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and hardworking people, then go pay them a visit ! Thank you again L !! You’re the best !

We were told that when we switched to T-Mobile that we didnt owe any phone payments because the phones we traded in cost more. Now were being told that we have a 24 month device payment on all 3 phones. The total cost of all 3 phones was only $900.00. I traded in phones that cost $1200.00 just for 1 phone. NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT!!!

Very convenient location right next to JC Penny mall entrance, plenty of pkg, good selection of inventory. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Cant wait to get my new phone!

Made out that their service was so great but T-Mobile has had some of the worst customer service I’ve come across- and that’s saying something ! The manager of this store promised to go above and beyond to help me resolve the problems T-Mobile created but didn’t follow through. It has taken many months to get my service straightened out - good prices but many many hours on the phone to get anything accomplished. T mobile has made me cry more than once. Buyer beware.

Best sprint store experience I’ve ever had! There was a guy named Justin there that helped me get a tablet for my daughter for free and still got my bill lower than it was before! I highly recommend this store

The service here is excellent. I came in with questions about my bill and I left very satisfied. I was told the store is under new management and they are doing a great job!

From the time that my husband and I entered, until the time that we left, there was nothing but exceptional customer service. We walked out with 2 phones and wifi for our car! They also made sure we knew all of the ways to get the most out of T-mobile such as T-mobile Tuesdays. Overall great experience and left feeling like a million bucks. Thank you!

One really knowledgeable sales guy in this particular store. Otherwise terrible service anywhere on the outskirts of Roanoke or Salem and their coverage map doesnt reflect the multiple dead spots we experienced, even at major intersections or inside many businesses where AT&T or Verizon would be fine. And their customer service via phone is just as useless as everyone elses. Im not sure how they justify a prepaid price thats higher than AT&T and on par with Verizon, but we had to go back to AT&T.
