Needed a tire that the bigger stores didnt even carry. Walmart tire center had it and at a affordable rate. Thought it would be much higher in price. Quick and proficient

Worst place people just stand around and do not work, what they are best is looking around at each other and talk. they do not care about work. they like to make people wait. I know if I go to kwik lube I know I can get out in 20 minutes or less. I made a bad choice coming to Walmart. it simple oil change service not major fix for things like this people I would advice you to just go to people u know obviously the manager is in the same group and does not know any mnt skills.

This place is a joke. I stopped by to have a valve stem replaced. They didn’t have the valve stem that fit the tire pressure sensor that was on the rim. They, as a courtesy replaced the whole sensor free of charge. This would’ve been great except that it was on the complete wrong tire! How you miss the flat tire is beyond me. The employee then tells me that they’re not going to replace it again for free. Which was fine..... I would’ve payed for it in the first place but they placed the last one in stock on the wrong rim. Already frustrated I told them to just put a universal valve stem on the car so that it’ll hold air. Only to make matters worse after waiting for 3 hours to get this all completed I went back to my car only to find my cooler that was in the back seat spilled everywhere. Never again will I visit or recommend this Wal-Mart or any Walmart to anyone ever

Fast and friendly

Started calling at 6 oclock to get a quote on tires. Once I was put on hold for 18 minutes. The 2nd time I called and asked if there was anyone in the department and was told yes and transferred again. The 3rd time I finally got through to someone at 6:25 and was told they were getting ready to close and thats why they were not answering the phone. However, I have been trying since 6 and they dont close until 7. I wish I had the ability to stop doing my work an hour before I was closing.

This Walmart is rough compared to others. Customer service is lacking, store cleanliness and even the auto care service center is poorly staffed. Produce is rarely fresh, so youre forced to dig until you find a non-bruised or over ripened piece of fruit or vegetables. Overall not worth the visit. Yes, the prices are more affordable, but the hassle is not worth it. I would rather just pay a little more elsewhere for better service, quality and store cleanliness.

Hopefully this Auto Care center is under new management by now. Thankfully I dealt with a gentleman who knew what he was talking about and had decent customer service skills. If pushed, this Auto Care center will give you a fair deal, but it is a little bit irritating that you have to push for this. The first time you have them look at something they sometimes dont do it right; at least, this has been my experience. The manager of the department has always gone back and corrected the mistake free of charge. This is a definite perk, that they understand that their employees can make mistakes, but both of the last two times I have brought my vehicle they have made mistakes, and I have had to get them corrected. Fair, but troublesome sometimes. Still, I think its worth the trouble.

Only take your car here to get tires put on if you want to deal with horrible customer service and problems. I was not the only customer there at that time who had to deal with problems and poor customer service. Had to get the tires put on at another place and they had no problems doing it. Management is rude and customer service skills is terrible. Employee was unprofessional.

No one answered the phone at all 5 attempts. Operator states that Ill need to come in to schedule an appointment so I went. Took 30 minutes to schedule and confirm my tires were in stock. Staffing and scheduling of lunches should be reviewed and changes should be made. Staff looked overwhelmed but were apolgetic

Took time to make an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced, dropped the car off 10 mins before the appointment time, got the car back 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Should have been 30 to 45 mins. top. My last time at Valley View Walmart . Staff to lazy for me..my time is too valuable for this bull****.

Well Im on my 3rd trip and tomorrow is my 4th and still my tired are not fixed and the excuse they use is were under staffed. I worked for Walmart for 5 years and I have never seen a tle in such shape as this one. It should be looked into. I finally have had enough with they way they talk about management not working with them as if they are better than them. And not being team players with each and helping each other. What is going on? You should help each other so you can provide better customer experience but instead you are leaving people with a bad taste in their mouth... I watch people make complaints yesterday and you give back money to the customers because of careless mistakes that if you didnt have customers wait 4 hours for their cars and coming back 4 and 5 days for work then this the department might make money. 🙁

Customer Service is horrible. The men that works in the autocare dont do a good job. They really need to shut it down. They install my battery and didnt put the cover back on. I ask can they check the air in my tires, they give you a nasty look. Customer Service is terrible since the last service manager left.

TLDR: JV operation. Sloppy work done.I hate to say it, but it seems like these guys take no pride in their own work... Maybe its because they have no stake in the welfare of the business, or just arent that passionate about the work, but my first experience at this Auto Center was really sub par.I got an oil change and the customer service rep was polite, but the fine details surrounding the transaction are what through me off.No one called to tell me my car was ready, I just had to assume to come back at a reasonable hour. When I called several times at various times no one answered the phone. I called 4 times and waited about 4 minutes each time. After a while I was more interested to see how long it would take to get through, rather than actually talking to someone. I was more curious at how poorly manged this place was.Lastly, once I picked up my car, the oil maintenance light wasnt reset. So it still said I needed an oil change... I checked my oil and it was indeed changed, but then I had to reset my indicator - not a big deal, but just another detail that makes me hesitant to return to this spot. It just seems real JV. Im not expecting the best auto service in the world by going to Walmart, but Im expecting a certain level of basic quality. These guys didnt deliver.My only other experience with Walmart AC is at the Christiansburg location. Ive gotten my oil changed there a bunch of times. In the future I may even take the trip down there just to make sure I get a job well done.

You have to make appointments here for service. Made an appointment at 2 and took them two hours to put on new tires. Once I left my TPMS check light came up and in the morning one of the new tires was all the way flat. Had to be late to work and put on the spare tire. Took it to the Walmart in Bonsack and they said the tire was damaged. Save yourself the wait and bad service and go to Bonsack. First time here and will be last.

Went to get my oil changed . It was the worst experience of my life . Only had one other car took them 3 hours . Then one of the guys named shawn qas so disrespectful. Then when i talked to the store manager, nothing happend . Been going here for years and never had a problem until today . I will BEVER GO BACK . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL THE LUBE TEAM IS AWFUL . PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE .O they didnt top any of my fluids off they were supposed to . The worst service of my lif ever .

The guys working tonight were great.

I have changed my tires here 3 times now. If they are not bussy they will have it done in an half hour. The longest wait was 2 hours as they had a few cars in front of me. Tires are probaby cheapest at walmart than any other place.

The worst tire and lube team I have seen from the supervisor to the crew. It is bad when you have to supervise the supervisor and his 4 guys on a tire change/rotation.

Took way too long for an oil change, then had to bring it back because THEY DIDNT PUT OIL IN!!!

2 hours to get 4 tires which I bought new from them put on. My truck almost fell off the jack. At least they didnt charge me.

The hours were supposed to be until 5 or 6 on Sunday, which was the day I was there. TLE was closed and the only employees from TLE I saw were in the store stocking. When I asked if they were open, he just said no.
