Awful customer service! Sold me a dead battery. When my car would not start they were completely unhelpful. Said that something must be wrong with my car’s computer and that I should get it towed. Terrible staff and absolute garbage inventory!

On my advice I sent my husband to this store to have our check engine light be checked. I did this because I saw an ad on TV that Autozone will do this. He arrived and was told by the employee that he could do it but that it would only give him a code and he doesnt know what it means. The employee sent my husband across the street instead! Just so Everyone understands, ALL I NEEDED WAS A CODE! I could and would have looked up the code online. I am very unimpressed that Autozone advertizes something and then an employee sends them elsewhere.

Dont really like this place anymore was my favorite the manager accused and a slick way he accused me of bringing back stolen property which intern refunded. A $4 AC valve stem and tool kit I asked the guy all these valve stems Universal he replies yes and they werent I return you get mad and even give me a receipt

I visited the other day and received the most awesome customer service from Gary and Larry. They went over and beyond to help me find a headlight for my boyfriends 18 wheeler. He was on the road headed home around 8:30pm when he called asking could I go get a headlight for the truck because they would be closed by the time he arrived home. I went to Advance Auto and called ORiellys and both places claimed they didnt have it in stock. But when I got to AutoZone those guys with the help of a customer who is a mechanic googled and found the one I needed. So again thanks Gary and Larry for you extraordinary service.

Always shop around for the best price between auto parts stores. Most of them will price match so it will save you some money most of the time.

I recently visited to purchase a headlight bulb. not only did the cashier look up what i needed but he went to the aisle and showed me the part i needed. he also asked me if i needed help installing it and he helped me in less than two minutes. your associates are very friendly and helpful. i will be passing this experience on to all my girlfriends as i am over 60 and most of my friends are not auto friendly like me. thank you again for their helpfulness.

Had called ahead for a specific part, but the employees made sure it was exactly what I needed when I asked them to look at the part that needed replacing. They even offered to help me install it, but I just asked how it should be done. Gave me some handy info, and pointed out a good video of the work being done. Definitely sticking with this store for my vehicle needs!

Find just about everything you need

Gary was exceptional. Come see him if you need anything. New silicone Rain X wipers are the way to go which he also installed for me without having to be asked.

I am not fond of any one of the locations. Quality not there customer service not there and friendly staff not at all.

20 plus minutes to pick up internet order placed last night. Tried twice to tell me FedEx had to come and bring two oil filters and a cap tool that they stock. Then tried to charge me again after they took forever pulling the parts. Train your people. I likely pick one of 3 competitors within walking distance next time.

Because I feel like when I go to AutoZone needing whatever they are very knowledgeable and also very helpful and most of the time they come to me before I come in the door well you could say Im a regular but they keep me moving and keep me on the road and I have come to understand that they know what theyre talking about have never yet been sold a bad part or have any problem with the parts that I purchased would I tell anyone about AutoZone I tried to tell the people that shop at Advance Auto to go to AutoZone better service better quality yeah thats my spot

I was looking for mud flaps for an 18 year old Ford F350 dually...an item that I hadnt been able to find from several other parts stores, as well! They didnt have them or have any suggestion as to where I could find them. They brought out a mud flap suitable for an 18 wheeler (it was way too big!) & suggested I cut it to size. I didnt find that to be a viable solution.

I can find what I need and a friendly service.

If I could give ten stars, I would. I came in late last night to get a bulb for my turn signal, but had no idea how to replace it. The woman who rang me up was super friendly and helpful, and as soon as she heard I didnt know how to replace it she came right out to help. She taught me how to change it on my own, making sure I understood exactly what she was doing and how she did it, and she was careful to check and make sure it was working before I left the location. She was super knowledgable and gave me some other tips about my car while she was working (I know basically nothing other than how to pump gas and change a tire). I didnt even remember to get her name, which I really regret, but nevertheless I cant recommend this location enough. She saved a poor, dumb college student from a ticket I definitely wouldnt have be able to afford, and I am beyond grateful.

Both employees incompetent. Said they did could not help me figure out if they had my correct transmission fluid in stock eith their system and didnt know what a valve stem remover even was when I asked where the tire tools were.
