Bill was super helpful on the phone. I have a gray market tractor (Mitsubishi 2201D) that I got second hand from an auction. I have been running it for about a year but have really wanted to make sure it is tuned up and has no problems. They were able to get me squared away on the phone, parts I have been trying to find for months they have AND they are getting me the proper maintenance manual. Unfortunately since the tractor is Japanese most of the documentation I have found is also in Japanese and I dont understand it. Thanks again for getting me a manual in English!!!
