We have used Mullins Auto Parts for our auto part needs for several decades and have been very pleased and appreciative of their ability to find what weve needed for a number of autos. They are professional and friendly and go the extra mile for their customers. We want to specifically thank Joe, who has been especially helpful and has kept us updated on when we could expect the parts to arrive. When we ordered a used part that he felt wasnt up to their specs he refused it and ordered again through a different dealer so that we would have a durable part. We learned during our last visit in November 2019 that Mullins has used tires for a great price and are planning to buy a set before the end of the year. Entering an auto shop as a young single female can be daunting and often leads to shopkeeps trying to upsell and take advantage of my lack of extensive auto knowledge, but I found this shop to be upfront and efficient. They worked to get me the part I needed as quickly as possible even calling neighboring shops to check their availability and they got me the cheapest price. Mullins is awesome nobody carries all the car parts and when it came to finding the right parts Mullins came through big shout-out goes out to Joe Ross who came through in the clutch

Sold them a 2004 Nissan Quest quoted at a certain price. The cost of steel dropped. Creating a $40 difference and they honored their pricing without complaint. It is hard to complain about that kind of service.

I bought a set of column switches for 95 sc300 that I matched specifically to my car. Despite that, after install, my telescoping function of my steering wheel stopped working. They’re saying that I had a “100 day parts warranty” despite that they didn’t even check the part properly before that. I don’t believe the 145,000 miles or around that they quoted whatsoever. Say they’re unwilling to do anything for me for the missing function because they sent me some parts they weren’t supposed to. How is that my problem? I didn’t sell em, come to think of it, I threw em out because I had no use for them. You shouldn’t comp my labor that I’m gonna have to put in to return this or put a new one from somewhere else when you didn’t do your due dilegence?!? What a joke. Never again.i get not being responsible for labor costs incurred if you check the part properly but you didn’t do that. Youre telling me that you had the incompetence to send me extra parts you shouldnt but you were competent enough to test the telescoping? not believable. I wasnt asking you to pay me labor, I was asking you to give me something back that was indicative of the labor I would have to do to send it back or replace it; youre putting words in my mouth. I would expect no less from you though. Ive had the telescoping working with aftermarket wheel, so nice try. It only stopped working with your part.

Everyone in the building is nice and friendly, prices are excellent, they dont ask for new part prices like a lot of other places. And if they have it but not on their computer they will send some one to look and make sure they have it or they dont.just my experience.
