Highly highly highly recommend coming to these guys for any used car. I just purchased a car from them and had an unbelievable experience. I was texting back and forth with one of the owners and we basically handled everything that would typically take hours at a dealership prior to me coming in. When I got there you could tell that my car as well as the others in the dealership were in tip top condition and priced incredibly fairly. I maybe spent an hour at the dealership before I was driving off in my vehicle. All around great group who is looking to improve the traditional car buying experience. Thanks guys!

Just recently purchased a beautiful 2013 Range Rover sport with low miles. It is in immaculate condition, almost like new. I cannot thank Jamie and Elliott enough. This was the best car buying experience we’ve had. My husband and I had been shopping around for a used luxury SUV since we are expecting our first baby and we were definitely impressed with the vehicles they had to offer and the treatment we received. We initially saw the vehicle on line but were kind of skeptical since we had never really heard of the dealership, but as soon as we arrived we felt at ease and fell in love instantly when we saw it in person. Elliott made the transaction as smooth as possible and definitely got us the best deal possible. This was by far the smoothest and most professional car dealership we have dealt with. I bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. The salesman Jamie informed me that they serviced the Jeep oil & filter changed, vehicle washed/detailed, air filter replaced, cabin air filter replaced/cleaned, alignment performed...I decided to check to Cabin air filter to see if it was replaced or cleaned... to my surprise there was no FILTER..I then checked the air filter DIRTY never been replaced...terrible service department..

Riverside Direct Auto (RDA), bringing the Used back into used car sales. Buyer beware is still in good effect here.In an age of internet sales, a lack of transparency, old school sales tactics, and lack of specific knowledge of their inventory is absurd. My experience with this group felt like dealing with a cliche used car sales lot from the 90s. Whether it was the tired tactics (e.g. I need to go talk to the head guy, and get back to you, before making a negotiation decision), or not being able to answer specific questions about the car on their lot (e.g. does not know if the vehicle have braking or suspension options), or lack of transparency (e.g. please provide me a copy of the internal mechanical inspection you mentioned, which was never forthcoming), in all cases RDA failed in my opinion. Even after having the vehicle inspected at my cost, by an independent Porsche dealership, in which the dealer found thousands of dollars worth of repairs, RDA stepped down instead of stepping up. Upon providing the inspection report to RDA, asking for them to either fix the issue, or reduce the price by the amount so that I could fix it, they squandered the opportunity to take the high road, and instead complained about the cost and tried to use this to increase their negotiated asking price on me! My advice, run, dont walk, away from this business. And, anyone interested in purchasing a super clean Porsche 718 Boxster (VIN: WP0CA2A84HS220820) off their lot, feel free to reach out, and Ill be happy to provide my pre-purschase inspection by an actual Porsche dealer, along with the estimated costs, so you know what your buying into.

Beware of this place. They are not upfront or transparent at all. We saw a listing for a a car we were interested in. I called and confirmed that it was still available. My husband then drove and hour and forty five mins to the dealership . He looked at the car and wanted a test drive. While he was driving he heard a noise and asked Jamie the sales person what it was. He said oh it’s just the catalytic converter. Ummm say what ?? He said that they had it looked at the Toyota dealer down the street. That it was fine . Not once was this disclosed when I looked at the listing, the phone call to see if it was available or when my husband arrived and was looking it over . My husband asked what they were planing to do about that issue . Jamie said they were not doing anything and that not taking money off to fix it. Then had the nerve to call around to tell my husband how much just the parts would cost. Why would he do that . Very bizarre and very scam like if you ask me. When my husband asked for the report from the Toyota dealer he said oh sure and went in the back to find it . Then came back and said he didn’t have it. Wasted our time and we’re very shady. They are affiliated with the Dutton Cadillac dealership . They are just as bad . I was furious that out time was wasted driving so far to look at a car that was clearly not sound and would not pass state tests with the very pricy issue with the car. I called over to riverside direct auto and was put on hold . I then called over to Dutton Cadillac to complain. I asked for the sales manager. He was not in. The man on the phone asked if he could take a message. I proceeded to tell him what had just happened to my husband. He agreed that o had every right to be upset and he would feel the same way . He said he would pass the info to the owner. It’s been over 4 days with no one calling to apologize or make things right. Shows how upfront both dealers are . Stay away !!!!!!!!!
