I started at Service Dept being assisted by Marcos who is great btw and ended up looking around the lot for a possible switch. I was not sure but with help from Jose Jay Candelas the transition into a new vehicle was awesome. Very smooth and closer and finance were also very friendly and not pushy which I love. Parts and service - very professional. Even though I did not pay for some things to be installed, I will do it myself; they were cool with it and did not pressure me. I did get a second opinion on my transmission needing replaced. It was confirmed that I should get it done soon. I will be back.

Wonderful experience! The shop was not too busy, so I was in and out quickly! The kind man that helped me was very helpful, polite, and caring. Professionals all the way!

Parts desk was extremely not helpful. I went to exchange a part and instead of offer guidance the man was rude and insisted I had installed the part and kept handing it back to me aggressively tell me he could not help. I very rarely leave reviews and especially not bad ones but I couldnt leave this unsaid. Please train your staff to be a little kinder and helpful. When a vehicle is not running properly it can be a stressful time and it would have been better had he offered me some guidance instead of being rude and sliding the part back across the desk saying he couldnt help me.

The sales mam was fine ..but the guys they prepared the contract was different history..we told him..we dont want extra warranty..and he put it any way..part is my fault i dont read verry well the contract before sign in..any way all ready sign..is the part i dont like besides that averting is good ...

I went in for a recall and they did a full inspection which I didn’t ask for and said that my car was leaking oil and that it would cost over 3k to fix it. So I took it too my regular mechanic and he said that it was in fact not leaking oil. They probably just wanted to take advantage of the fact that I’m a women so yea don’t go here

I was happy.with purchase until i mention a dent in the car. I would think .they know customers. Will ask for a discount .but.i think Some one knew about it .and didnt say nothing when they show me the suv.the back door was open .SO I NEVER SAW THE DENT. .LONG STORY SHORT.i got 4 trips. Out if schedule. Late to my daughter..video.dr visit. And i about 2 hours of head ache each day.right now. I am late to work. And upset. Because i get paid hourly..first time in my live i go to this dealer. I wont be back.

He discount the part so I didnt pay any taxes and even went out to my truck to make sure I was getting the right part.Id recommend this place over any other nissan dealership. Horrible 1st time experience which the advisor was aware of .Evelyn who schedule & assist the advisors is Very Rude and i will never come back . I feel I was being taken advantage of because I was a female with the advisor: Initial appointment set up I advised what the issue and part needed but got the our guys gotta check it out script.$149 for a diagnosis, diagnosis cameback in which is the same repair I advised, also asked multiple times will diagnose fee be applied to repair. I was told yes. Advisor nick said no its not going back and forth He did not want to apply the dignostic charge to the $1012 repair that I had the funds in hand. All awhile trying to upsell things I didnt need. Got the job done somewhere much less and great customer service. I do not and will not recommend this location they over charge .Evelyn has no customer service skills very unpleasant experience with her.

I went in at about 9-930 in the morning on a monday, so there was only a couple cars ahead of mine, which needed a diagnosis for it not starting or starting very slow. within about an hour or so of leaving (in a lyft they called me since i was within 10 miles of my house !!! awesome!) they called me with the diagnosis of a bad battery, which they then began to swap out and double check. a couple hours later they called again telling me it was ready to go, called me another lyft back, and by 2:30 i had my car back, freshly washed and starting again! covered under warranty so i didnt pay a dime for a battery that i was told wouldve cost over $500 without the warranty. very satisfied with my experience with the service department, and will come back here for any other service i need, as well as stuff like oil changes too since they were very quick and provided the rides home and back to the dealership. thanks guys!

Nissan dealerships are constantly trying to screw me over with my Titan. Every repair is constantly overpriced. The changing of Led lightbulbs 150.00 each! I regret buying this truck. I will not buy another Nissan.

We went there to purchase a Nissan Leaf at the end of its lease terms. The purchase price and purchase fee of the car were pre-negotiated and agreed on in the lease. They tried to hide an extra $700 in the MSRP line of the car and refused to break it out into another line item when we asked. When we showed them the terms in the lease, they said all dealerships do it this way and would not honor the lease terms. That was a lie. We went to Empire Nissan and they immediately honored the lease agreement price.

When I purchased our vehicle and took possession of the car I forgot my moms handicap sticker in my trade Angelo went above and beyond to bring my moms sticker to our home, he was absolutely pleasant and very professional and thoughtful he gave me excellent customer service that’s why I’ve purchased 3 rouges from Riverside Nissan. All the people I dealt with that day were absolutely accommodating excellent employees

I recently came into the Nissan Dealership for a regular oil change, and I dealt with Nick as my service advisor, who always helps me, and is great. I had my oil changed and my transmission diagnosed, as it was feeling like something might’ve been off with it, and with the help of Nick and the service department director Ryan, they made my experience with them a good one. I’d recommend bringing your vehicle here for your service needs, as this service team does their best to make sure they take care of your needs and that you leave happy.

I was a victim of the bait-and-switch scam by this dealership. VANESSA SOTO, Internet Manager, is the #1 DECEITFUL and DISHONEST player. I did the online purchase order on a new 2020 Sentra advertised on their website. She called me a few times; and even a day prior to my appointment. She even sent me an email 2 hours prior to my appointment to meet with Luis Alvarez, a different salesman from the original assigned salesman IRVIN SOLIS. IRVIN SOLIS called me the day before my appointment. He assured me my Sentra would be ready for a test drive. He was supposed to assist with my purchase. IRVIN SOLIS didnt show up at all. No message and nowhere to be found. IRVIN SOLIS is the #2 DECEITFUL and DISHONEST player. And beware, he even FORGED my signature on the delivery confirmation form on a different Sentra which I had to purchase.I live 50 miles from the dealership. I planned very well my schedule that Saturday 07-03-2021. I was assured throughout the process of no surprise markups on my online purchase order and the availability of my choice 2020 Sentra. Upon showing on time to my appointment, the new 2020 SENTRA was sold last night! OH REALLY?I had to start from scratch. The dealership tried to sell me certified Sentras. It was so much wasted time. The brand new 2020 Sentra which I was supposed to purchase had a factory rebate, >$3,300 dealer discount, and came with all dealer installed accessories. I had to settle for a 2021 Sentra with no rebate and dealer discount that was bear minimum. Dealer accessories were removed to lower the total purchase price which was considerably still higher than my budget. If I live nearby I would have walked out.Please beware of the scam this dealership practices. VANESSA SOTO and IRVIN SOLIS may sound sincere and nice. They are hypocrites.This dealership is not the place to buy your vehicle.God knows who are sinners!

I had not buy a new car in a long time and I was kind of confused with all the new gadgets, installed options, safety and entertainment features the new cars come with, Anthony walk me thru every feature my new Altima came with. Horrible experience. They push the sale very hard. They only care about making the sale regardless of your comfortability. They discount but the price does not really change. Once they feel that you are not going to go through with the sale, the mask comes off and they will let you know that you wasted their time. Its crazy to think that as a fan of Nissan, they were the worst experience at a dealership i have ever had.

My experience was great. Juan and his team made me feel like I had a 700 credit score. They picked me up when I let him know I didnt have a ride. They made sure the gas tank was full. I highly recommend them dont take my word for it go see for yourself.

Called today (2/2/2021)and spoke with Kevin in the service dept. I requested a copy of my service records via email. Kevin took my email and assured me he will email them with no issues. Quoted me couple mins. 3 hours after and no records emailed. They are very good about follow up maintenance for a sale but can’t seem to follow up on a simple favor. I spent over 1k in maintenance here with Nick but it looks like I will be taking my services elsewhere. Also spoke to a gal after and she said that she could not email and I would have to go in person, it’s 2021 and they can’t seem to figure out how to simply email that info over. She did confirm afterwards she will email info over and still waiting. Helping your loyal customers goes a long way. You lost a customer of yours.

Terrible experience. As an active duty military member I felt very disrespected today when I tried to purchase a vehicle from there. Upon presenting the online price, one of the sales persons attempted to force me to over pay for accessories that were not required. Upon telling him I was not interested, he told me I wouldnt be able to find a car at a better price. I said I was not interested. The sales person got upset and told me to leave and better luck finding one. He gave me my license and wifes ID. I asked him for my personal information I had provided such as social security numbers. I grabbed the form to show him which form and he pulled it out of my hand and slammed the folder on my hand. He than remove his masked (which is mandated to be worn to protect every one from covid-19) and started raising his voice. He stated he had to keep it. I asked why if we never reach a deal so there was no point in running my credit score. He said he had all ready ran my score, even though it did not have to. He than ripped a copy of the sheet and handle it to me in an aggressive manner before storming off. I can say they lost a customer but for the safety of other customers and employees I would hope something is done about his unethical behavior and lack of following safety regulations. God Bless.

I will admit service was great, thanks to MARCO he was excellent. However, the vehicle is NOT! This is the second time I’ve had my transmission rebuilt. I’ve spent over 5 thousand dollars in 5 years on this transmission. That makes me very upset and disappointed . That is why I am campaigning to everyone I know, or even do not know, NOT to ever buy a Nissan vehicle!
