I need to hail praises for an employee in Pasadena, California. Yolanda goes above and beyond her Call of Duty. She spends time with me when I need repairs and is quite knowledgeable of the ins and outs of my mobility van. Shes very patient and explains how things work. Thats a big help to me. First off I am more then grateful to have been able to do business with Lena and Marty these two worked together as a team. Not only did they make sure I was approved for the perfect van for my daughter, they brought the van to us and walked me through everything I needed to know. My daughter was struck by a truck 2yrs ago and I have been her 24/7 care giver since she is bed written. We are both so blessed and grateful for this opportunity God brought to us. Not only can I take my daughter to her Dr. appointments myself I now can take her shopping and on short trips even to the movies. Her children will be able to be in the van with her. God is awesome! Hello..bought a used van they told me it had new tires..Carlos when they delivered it said that was not a problem..Here we are 6 mo later and Carlos said he would handle it..they tried to sneak the tires tires..it had 2 new tires and 2 used ones..Carlos again said he would take care of it..Carlos said we will come get monday..it has been several weeks have passed..thats a true sales person..all Mouth..would never buy another van or any other equipment from them..waiting for my call from the main co.too see what happens

I would not do business with these people if my life depended on it. I couldnt even get as far as getting a simple bid from them without being utterly disgusted at the customer service. I am in the process of getting assistance from the Regional Center with the ramp modification portion of a new wheelchair accessible vehicle for my nine-year-old daughter with cerebral palsy. In order for the Regional Center to help, they require you get three bids from three different vendors. I had already gotten two quotes, one from Golden boy mobility and one from Aero mobility. Both were wonderful to work with, I was able to get a bid with no issues the same day After a few simple questions over the phone. For the third bid I called MobilityWorks. The first lady who answered the phone asked me what I was needing and I told her. She then told me that I would need to set up an appointment to come in for an evaluation and then they could give me a bit. I said oh, I was able to get the other bids without an appointment and I know that Regional Center uses the lowest bid regardless, so is there a way I could just get the bid first? With a whole lot of attitude, she said let me transfer you to Leena. THEN I WAS HUNG UP ON. So Im thinking, oh she mustve just hit the wrong button and we got disconnected. Well when I finally get connected back to where I was, Leena answers the phone with even more attitude, so Im assuming the last lady told her what I was wanting. She was talking to me like an invalid and so now Im getting irritated. She proceeds to tell me that she doesnt even know what I want. I told her that I assumed someone would go through the basic questions to figure that out, but before we could even get to that point I was being talked to like Im an idiot. So at this point Im confused because theyre acting as if I am asking something completely unreasonable. Me and this lady end up yelling at each other back-and-forth and she tells me that IM being difficult. Even though I requested the exact same thing from two other companies and it was not a problem at all. I just cannot even believe that these people, who provide a service for families with disabled children, can have such ugly nasty people working for them. Even if they did provide the lowest bid, I would never in a million years do business with them. Worst company Ive ever dealt with in almost 10 years of being a special needs parent.

They were great before I bought the van. They came to my house for my husband to sign and went to the VA to get it signed. However, my husband died and I wanted to sell it back but theyre customer service was lacking. It was hard to get ahold of the manager. She didnt respond right away. She was sweet in person but over the phone it sounded like she could care less.

I have never been more amazed by the work of the employees ... JESSIE is the most honest and compassionate employee that is working.. we are so happy to have found this amazing business an will continue to use them for all of our needs... JEREMIAH is one of the most knowledgeable employees and has so much amazing training an such a big heart .. LENA was so great with getting us in quickly an squeezing us in to fit our needs for our lift an had such an amazing heart .... THANK YOU TO ALL THE AMAZING STAFF

Bought a used mobility van from Mobility Works. It was broken from the first hour and had stayed broken. Had to take it back repeatedly for repairs, but problems continued and continued. Their motto is “love it” my response is “loath it”. They finally agreed to buy the van back, but I didn’t get all my money back and it cost me so much having to hire transportation service while paying the monthly van payments because it was constantly broken. My actual review is ZERO stars for ZERO integrity - stay away from them!

10/20/2015 - I purchased a 2015 Dodge Caravan (modified for my disabilities), from the Riverside, Ca., location. The staff (both Lena Bushman and Carlos Landeros) were extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking great service and a smooth transaction.

*****Update: they cant be bothered to look up my number and call. Sends spam instead. No they do not care anything about customer service. Just a half hearted you do the work of getting a hold of us...we cant be bothered *****No stars. They have no idea what customer service is. They argue and talk over you. When something isnt done they take zero responsibility for even little things such as they had van for two days saying they would fix a few things and detail it before pick up. They had two days and did nothing. Not even a quick dust let alone repair . When caught they gave a sob story about employee emergency. Within the first month they used same emergency story a total of 3 times. If you prove and I mean PROVE they are wrong about product they try to twist what is being said. Took advantage of my newly widowed mother and her disabled adult child. If their mouths open they lying thru their teeth. van is 4 months old and still not working. Go anywhere but here. This is for mobility works riverside California I cant speak for the others. I predict they wont even reply to this. Shows who they are, eh?

Last weekend my wife and I were at Better Life Mobility Riveside show room. We were interested in buying one of those black MV-1 vans. Everyone in the office were very polite and helpful in providing information and tips about financing and rebate. After family consultation we finally decided to get our self-brand new MV-1 with deluxe package. Van is just great. Great powerful engine, very spacey and with great interior. We are so happy about our new vehicle. Guys you are great. Thanks ones again.
