Alex and his team have gone above and beyond. We were spending hundreds with another mechanic for 2 yrs. in Orange County who couldnt figure out what was wrong with my 2007 Audi. Alex came highly recommended, so we took my Audi to his shop. Alex has a God given talent because he figured out and fixed what the other mechanic couldnt in one visit. This is the first time I am writing a review for anyone and I feel it is my duty! Alex is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. He treats you like he is your best friend from the first time you call the shop. He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers even if it means diagnosing your car for 6 hours and only charging you for 1 and a half. He spent so much effort diagnosing and fixing problems for me even if it meant creating a new innovative solution. Brought the car in with 3 codes, all are now cleared and replaced some hoses along the way for me! Also want to thank Aaron from Driftmotion for recommending me to this guy. I feel at this point, Alex is the only person I can trust with my car!

This shop is amazing! Alex treated me like family from the first time i gave him a call. I was referred to Tek One by Aaron from Driftmotion. I called Alex and explained that my Lexus SC300 motor had a complete overhaul by a family mechanic and after putting the motor into the car it wouldnt start up properly. I had managed to get it started but the idle on it was very strange. It was very low and would die out when you press on the gas pedal.I could not figure it out and neither could other mechanics. I had changed spark plugs, wires, checked all vacuum lines and check for gas leaks and pressure. It did not resolve the issue. On top of the, I had also swapped the automatic transmission to a 5 speed transmission.I had arranged to bring it to Alex and he was very understanding. I dropped it off to Alex for him to work on. Once i arrived I noticed other performance and modified cars he had there which gave me relief to know Alex and his team could fix my problems up right away. The next day Alex called to update me on the status and gave me some information on the problems. Him and his team were the only ones who were able to fix the issues of my car. He discovered some improperly installed parts that my family mechanic had installed. Alex corrected all the issues and perfected the 5 speed transmission swap. Alex did an amazing job and worked on it very fast as well. Alex and his team treated me like i was family. I even felt like Alex was working on my car as if it has his own. He didnt leave any details out. He payed so much attention to detail that he informed of the future parts needed to be replaced and also the small parts such as 2 bad gauge cluster bulbs. Alex made sure him and I test drove the car together to be sure I was happy with it. I mentioned to Alex how much i appreciate his work. I was very thankful to have my car back up and running after sitting for 5 months without it being driven. I highly recommend this shop! I definitely will go back for regular maintenance and I will even be taking my other cars to him to take care of. Its tough to trust a new mechanic but Alex and Tek One worked miracles for my car.

To all of those out there reading this: TekOne was the first shop Ive taken Melody too since Ive owned her, and I am so very glad I did. If you want a pleasurable customer service experience, then show my people some love and I promise you they will return the favor in kind. This Master Techs experience with my particular brand of beast is well documented (even if he didnt receive his JUST DUE) and hes the real deal. Dont be like these bozos out here that take credit for TekOnes handiwork AFTER they leave the shop - thats just stupid and looks bad for everyone involved. I will most certainly be back my people!!
