Researched AAA for a certified Auto Shop. AAA recommend Super Auto. I read other favorable reviews on the web so I made an appointment with them. I dropped off my car. They called me with a detailed list of everything the car needed and gave me the price. I also described an additional problem I was having and had forgotten to tell them, the person on the phone knew exactly what it was. ...Family and I were mad at Ford Service department, as while the car was under its warranty and we kept telling Ford about it the Service department said they had no clue what it was and would need the car for a few days and need to remove the whole dash which was NOT included in the warranty... Super Auto fixed it for less than $100 and did not remove dash. Please go see them for all your Auto needs.If you have AAA you get a discount.Tell the Customer Service Lady that Tall Mary Little sent you. 👍

Left a message requesting a return call. Nothing. Scheduled an appt online. No response. No confirmation. Nothing. Must be nice to be able to ignore potential customers.

My AC compressor went out so I asked for it to be replaced and a fuel recharge. When I was called that it was ready for pick up I went and the AC was not working. They said I had a leak in my condenser. When I went to get the condenser replaced and a recharge AGAIN, my air was barely working and it was only working on 1 side and my car started squeaking. When I drove back so they can check it out, the AC stopped working altogether. Poor service, they have a lousy desk clerk who is unprofessional and acts like she hates working there. The company is completely untrustworthy. If you want your hard-earned money stolen then come here. They will take care of that. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

I am so happy that I chose to go to Super Auto Repair. My cars transmission went out and Enrique checked it out thoroughly and rebuilt it for me. I am so pleased with the work he did, he fixed everything and is very honest. I am super pleased with Helen, the manager, she is so sweet, she has the best customer service, she smiles and greets you and makes you feel like a valued customer and even follows up every step of the way. I have never experienced such good treatment from an auto shop before. Thank you!

Super unprofessional service I took my suburban to get the Ac repair. After the truck was on the shop for 5 days I take it home and notice that all the rear vents only work on speed 3 .I called the shop and let them.know they said to take the truck back so they would check it after 2 days they had the truck they said it would be $360.00 for the part it needed which I said No since I had just paid them over $1,000 for them to fix the Ac.I take the truck back home the next day we try to turn on the Ac none of the rear vents worked. I called them back and to my surprise they said they had forgotten to put the part back in the truck and they has already dispposed of the part like really why???? I take the truck back and ask them.to fix my truck the way it was all of a sudden they found the part .I ask the employed to see the part and he approached me shows me the part and says es LA.misma parte madriada que tenia .wow super un needed after all the trips I had to make and over $1,000. Please be careful wow how can you say you didnt do any business with me when I was at your shop and spoke to your disrespectful employed I have the pictures of my suburban in your shop wow instead of trying to fix the issue and making an apology you decided to denied it .very shameful what you guys just posted if you like I can show you all the evidence I have .

Fast and good service

My car stopped on me with a fuel injector that was stuck open plus a coolant leak. Cruz and the mechanic, I think Enrique took time to explain in detail what was going on with my car and the reasons for their service recommendation. It felt great to feel confident and sure about the work being done and to feel that youre dealing with honest and sincere people. I got my car back today but its driving great so far.

The receptionist is always friendly and respectable.I have learned about my car through the patience they use in describing every car issue. The mechanic team is great and would not trust car my anywhere else.i highly recommend them

Finally found a AAA authorized repair center here in Riverside I can count on. I had a leaking radiator and they were able to fix it on the same day. Also they suggested I have my hoses and thermostat replaced at the same time. Exactly what I was thinking. They read my mind. Their Mechanics and staff are excellent professionals. Their prices are fair. You cannot go wrong bringing your car to Super Auto Repair. Cruze thanks for all your help, it was nice meeting someone as knowledgeable as you.

My cars gas pedal became sticking very much. So today I went to this shop to clean the throttle body. The work was well done and it solved the issue completely. I like the manager very much; she was extremely friendly and she gave me good advice. However, I think the price was a little too high. Overall, I still highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Very happy they take car max cars because sometimes you cant schedule an appointment if your car needs repairs. They provided me with a ride home and pick up when my car was finished. I can honestly say they are a great shop 5 stars.

They explain everything in great detail and even showed me things that I didn’t know I had problems with. I don’t mean they got me to get extra things I didn’t need done to my car but they went through the motions of actually showing me real problems that my car would have broken down if I didn’t get them done. They won’t charge you for just looking at your car which some places will tell you they need to do before starting anything. Go here first, talk to them about your situation and they’ll work with you.

If you haven’t been to Super Auto Repair of in the city of Riverside, there’s probably a possibility that your car is more than likely not being well serviced. From Gibson performance exhaust to clutch masters, fass diesel fuel systems, comp cams, method race wheel, these guys are the absolute best at what they do.

So I called here this last Wednesday asking how much to fix front struts on a Nissan Sentra the lady who answered supposedly took my number and said she’ll call me back telling me the price and she never called me and it’s saturday already ! I don’t know if it was because I’m not a AAA member I don’t think that should matter smh but she never got back to me so they lost a customer.

I recommend this shop to everyone, it’s not the usual mechanic shop he will take u out of the waiting room to physically show u what’s wrong with your car & what he is going to do, awesome place & the service writer makes u feel welcome every time

We went in to get our air conditioning looked at..waited 10 mins to be told we needed to make an appointment in order to be seen..their site says schedule appointment..but says nothing about walk ins being welcome or not..should probably be more specific about that.
