The impeccable and incomparable customer service at Walter’s Mercedes is unlike any other Mercedes Dealership or business for that matter. The customer service is great, but there is a complete detachment between you and your vehicle. While some people might not want to know what is happening to their vehicle at that particular time, I like the engagement because it gives me the confidence. Otherwise the only guarantee that the vehicle has been worked on is the Mercedes word of mouth.

I had order a gasket on the phone with Jessy and told him it was a a oil filter housing gasket, I get there three days later and he brings out a oring for the oil filter, and he tells me thats he thought I said that even though I made it clear, if I wanted a oil filter o ring, I would of said it, A GASKET is not a o ring, waste of time, not even realizing he screwed up, he asked if I wanted to place another order, I said NO THANKS

The re-call for my air bags was performed, along with a 17 point inspection, and front headlight bulb replaced, and they even washed my cars exterior & cleaned the interior! Stella & Brandon M (Service) were AWESOME!! and acted fast. I purchased my vehicle 4/2021 from Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Ontario. I called Fletcher Jones to inform them that my car was over heating. They responded by saying we have no loaners can you bring it in next week? I was dumbfounded (mouth dropped) I panicked. I immediately called Walters Mercedes in Riverside. I spoke with Stella in the service department & she told me to come in immediately. Once i got there Stella had everything in order & set up for me. I was greeted by Brandon M (service) he was very helpful & kept me informed with any & all updates pertaining to my car. He walked me over to pick up the loaner & as i was pulling off i felt a burden lift off my shoulders because i felt that my car was in good hands. Brandon Monaco was very courteous, greeted me at my car. Went over the paper work and what would be checked and done to the vehicle, making sure that all my questions were answered. Texted me with updates and came and fished me from the waiting room when all was done.
Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light error. The techs were able to diagnose and correct the issue. My car is back to normal and running great.
Being 3000 miles from home with an air conditioning blower on the fritz with record heat in Riverside, Walters MB - Riverside, coordinated parts and repair appointment to get me back on the road without impacting our travel schedule. Austin Schneider, service advisor adeptly handled affairs when the ordered parts were not received on time; arranged Lyft transportation during the extended repair time; and was obviously embarrassed when the installed blower did not function properly. His performance reflected well on Walters MB - Riverside.

Brought our recently purchased C300 in for a windshield repair, and speaker issue. Austin Schneider took my appointment and took immediate care of me when I arrived. I was very impressed when Austin called to let me know that he personally was with the technician looking at the speaker concern, and he even went so far as to adjust the sound settings to give it an even better sound. Car was washed and ready when promised. Pick up was quick and easy. I feel that Austin is an asset to Walters as I am a Service Manager myself and always like to see how other dealerships take care of their guests. I was very impressed and know a good Service Writer when I meet one. Austin surpassed being a good writer in my view as an excellent Service Writer, which is a hard thing to come by. All in all any service needed on our C300 will be going to Austin.
I was a bit unhappy with earlier Mercedes service at 2 dealership in S California. Joseph Loera single-handedly changed my assessment. He gave me excellent service and injected confidence in my desire to come back again.

I mention that my driver front tire was loosing presure,It was checked and nothing was wrong.I was only inform that I need it new rear tires, I order them n didnt get a call that they were received, I took my car to another tire place and they gave me the same tires for the back 300.00 cheaper installed and aligned, and they find the leake in the front tire,Very desapointed that you did not find the problem in the front tire.

Worst experience I have ever had with any car related business. What should have taken days took months. What costs were going to be minimal were outrageous. I needed the wheel alignment checked after hitting a pothole that caused a blowout of one tire and damage to another. I was concerned that the impact might have caused damage to the suspension and steering systems as well as the undercarriage. Made an appointment with J. R. Rodriguez at Walters Mercedes in Riverside. I have used Walters since 1980 or 81 for all of my Mercedes servicing and J. R. since he began working for them. Both J. R. and Walters exceed my expectations. I would not consider going elsewhere.

The staff was professional and very nice. I was happy that this dealer accepted a coupon for the services I needed performed on my car, however at other dealerships Ive been to, I like that a loaner car was offered while your car is being services. I came on a weekend day (Saturday) and I dont have very many off days, so the weekend is my time to run my errands. It would have been nice if a loaner was offered so that I wouldnt have had to inconvenience someone else for a ride to the dealership and home again. Aside from that fact, I would have given the dealership 5 stars because everything else was right on point in regards to the service.
