I called Prestige after my BMW stopped on me on the side of the road. Anita told me to bring it in immediately. After having it towed, JoJo explained what was wrong with my car in terms that I could understand. He suggested the most reasonable repair and exactly how much it would cost. I love the service and the personality of this place. They provide quality service and very fair pricing. They are honest about what needs to be fixed and what doesnt. They are excellent at what they do. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We use our car to deliver and purchase merchandise so we need the cars to be reliable. Every single time we need any repairs, Jojo is ALWAYS making sure it gets done right. We absolutely trust and will not go anywhere else but here for our car repairs. Its not very often you can find a reliable business but happy we found them. 😊

Jojo and Anita are great, honest, hard working people. Right off the bat they treat you like a friend and always take the time to communicate with you. Their prices are not rock bottom, but they are very reasonable and they go out of their way to make sure my BMW (which has over 200k miles) is in tip top shape. I would not be able to afford a BMW if it were not for them.

Traveling from phoenix on a hot Friday afternoon in late April. All of the sudden A/C goes out! What do you do!? Drive around L.A. all weekend in 90 degree weather? NO! You go see Jojo. He replaced my A/C condenser in just a few hours for a reasonable price. His wonderful wife even dropped us off at the nearby shopping center so we could continue to enjoy our weekend while he had the car.Highly recommend this shop to anyone. Didnt even charge a tourist or rush fee.Thank you again friend!

I took my car in for a failed smog check. The people at Prestige communicated very clearly with me about my vehicle. When they found out what was wrong with my car they did not charge me for the diagnostic and referred me to another shop that specializes in my car issue. The shop they referred me to was also very fair, and up front about costs. Not knowing much about cars, I appreciate when I feel as if I have been treated fairly and not given a run around. I would definitely recommend this place.

Before you buy any BMW, have PRESTIGE to check it out first! Saved me from getting my wallet vacuumed from a poorly maintained F10 550! Whewww!!! Great honest folk!

Long story short Chris Hughes is RUDE! He didnt want me to test drive the car but wanted me to work with numbers. If you do decide to visit ask for someone and GOOD LUCK.

The guy was unbelievably rude! I was there to return malfunctioning brake pads of my girlfriends car, and he said whatever he could to my girlfriend. Why? because simply my girlfriend couldnt bring the car back to his store to change the brake pads! (brake pads were gauranteed by manufactury! and he just give my girlfriend back 75$ out of 250$ that was charged in first place!)I am giving two stars just because of the girl in the office, who was understanding and tried to help me to leave his store ASAP to dont have to listen to that stupid guy.BTW, I did not feel safe there. Please dont go there alone. If you really want to go to this store, ask one of your friends to join you.
