They seemed to be friendly and upfront. I only had an oil change so it was something simple. But there was no drama and no up sale. I will go back and update when I do.

This is the best repair shop for Volvo, mini, BMW, Mercedes, or really any other car! Ive been a customer since 2008 when we bought our XC90. They have treated me like family ever since. They do high quality work and are honest about why they do what they do. Theyve walked me through their repair process, shown me the problems, and done an amazing job at fixing all of my problems. I have been going to GT Imports since I bought my Audi A6. They always do my oil changes and services. They have also replaced my motor mounts. They have always been upfront and honest with me. This is appreciated in the automotive field.

Car info: 2014 Volvo S60Check engine light came on, took the car to the dealership and they wanted to replace the breather box for $721. GT got my car in right away, repaired the next day and I saved a lot of money! Their open communication and follow through has been impeccable!

In the area for a few months and was in need of a good mechanic that specializes on foreign vehicles. GT Imports fixed my fuel tank issue quickly and let me know if there were any other issues that needed to be fixed. It was great talking to the staff. They are really nice. Its a family environment at this shop. I will be taking my car back to this shop again.

We started with GT Imports about 2009 by taking a Volvo we were purchasing for our daughter. They checked it out and it was a great car any repairs we needed we took to them. Then we purchased a Volkswagen for us and again took it to GT Imports. We never took our vehicles to a dealer again. GT was able to do anything we needed. The staff and the technicians are all very personable know their customers and their cars. I highly recommend GT Imports for your vehicles needs.

Been shopping around for an independent shop qualified to take care of our Mini Cooper and BMWs. Stopped in for a visit recently to check things out. Scott, Ruby, and Gary took the time to show us around their facility and answer any questions we had regarding our vehicles. We returned several days later with our Mini Cooper which was in need of some maintenance.Laura stayed in close communication with us as they diagnosed several issues and concerns. Prices were reasonable and much more competitive than the stealership. Workmanship was top notch and clean...so refreshing.Great experince!! Looks like we found our new repair facility. Had my Audi A3 worked on here. Had it towed 25 miles because I wanted a good outfit. . As far as shops go it’s hard to find mechanics like Gary. Had some communication issues with office. Not overjoyed with my experience as I was told on phone certain things were done that were not. But at the same time my car was a mess after working on it myself. The guys really tried to help me out. The service I’d say is well above average. I’d def recommend this place if you have an Audi or euro type import. Thanks for your help guys-

Ive been a customer of GT Import for over a decade. Theyre a small family-run business. Ive spoken with Scot, Laura, and Ruby many times and find them to be genuine and friendly. The level of technical expertise is at least as good as what youll get at the dealer, and the prices are much more reasonable. I recommend it to anyone who needs help with their vehicle, whether a minor oil change or a major issue.

These guys are awesome! Gary, Scott, and the entire team are experts and very trustworthy. I have used them for a both basic oil change and major repairs. They explained the options and never pressured me. Its hard to find good mechanics, I highly recommend their shop.

Crooks, disguised in nice guys! They charged me 1200$ for a 2 hours labor job pretending they fix my car. They keep my car for almost 2 weeks to seal 2 injectors. Ill fill up a claim at the Federal Consumer Protection and Ill ask for my money in the Court. After I drove the car for 10 miles the engine light pop up and the car had the same codes like it had before. When I brought the car back they asked me to take it to a VW dealer. I sugest you to do the same things if you are scamed by this shop . Ill update and share my story on all local groups to be sure that they wont gone scam other customers

Ever since discovering GT Imports, my older Volvo goes nowhere else. Gary, owner, used to service my car at the Volvo dealership. GT Imports is BETTER! Gary and his team really understand Volvos and other European makes and constantly keep up with continuing education.. Other team members are expert in Japanese models. The service - from the time of making an appointment until the problem is resolved or maintenance is performed - is never disappointing. This is where you bring your car if youe serious about high quality repairs and service performed by really nice people who are trustworthy and honest.

A woman can go in there on her own and be confident shes going to be treated fairly .Years ago,, I told a coworker that I trust the work at GTImports with my life. GT Imports is the only place I take my Volvo. As a life time European auto owner, Id say, Gary Trees, the owner, is the smartest guy Ive met in regards to auto repair. In addition to being factory trained, hes a straight shooter. Its a family run operation - I think Ive met the whole family. His son works there and is also a master technician. My past experience with mechanics has been less than stellar. The mechanics Ive used in the past usually have tried to over sell services I didnt really need. Gary and the GT Imports staff are just the opposite. They explain or show me exactly whats wrong. On more than one occasion, when Ive expressed a concern, they have assured me there was no issue yet and in how many miles I should have it re-assessed. For European car owners in Riverside, I cant recommend GT Imports more highly.

I have had my BMW X5 and Lexus 350 serviced here for the past five years and Scott along with his crew are always on target with any diagnoses made to determine the problem and Quick and efficient with my repairs. They are fair and honest, no up-sell here.

Im pretty picky when it comes to letting someone work on my 02 Acura TL. Up until 2007 only the dealer had serviced it. Fortunately, a chance review that I read in Yelp introduced me to this little gem of an auto shop hidden away near the Tyler Galleria in Riverside.I finally know how folks feel when they find a great place to have their car serviced -- and GT Imports is that kind of place for me. They treat their customers well; their service is outstanding; and from the owners, Gary & Ruby Trees on down, theyre just down-to-earth, good people to deal with.So if youre looking for an auto repair shop that does good work at fair prices -- add these folks to the top of your list! You wont be disappointed! 👍 Oh, and Im still driving my TL in 2021!

GT Imports is an absolute GEM in the automotive industry. For years Ive heard people say take your car to a dealership, you cant trust these mom & pop shops but anyone who has bought a car at a dealership knows theyre all dishonest crooks. GT is family owned and operated and they are nothing if not honest. They have never talked down to me about what was wrong with my car, instead they clearly explain the issue and all of my options. They are always willing to answer my questions, no matter how silly and everyone is friendly. Its a blessing knowing these guys are down the street and I would recommend them to everyone, regardless of the car you have. If they dont have the answer they know someone who does.

GT Imports is great. Ive taken my car to the dealer and to major chains and no one has done a better job taking care of my Volvo. Chain shops never seem confident with Volvos and the dealers are pushy. This place is family owned and family friendly. I highly recommend them.

I have taken my Mini to them and when I got home my entire driver side inner fender got completely ripped up on the way home because they fasteners where never put back on and was just pushed in place. I contacted them to have them repair it since it was there mistake and was told they would never mess with the inner fender. In order to put a Mini in service mode you need to take off the bottom of the inner fender to get to some of the screws and bolts. I will never take it back to them. They cant even fix there own mistakes and now its going to cost me even more to fix there issue.

This is the best place to take your car, hands down. True, they specialize in BMWs and other imported cars, but they also really know their stuff when it comes to Toyotas. They are fair with their prices and theyre honest! Yes, you read that right. They saved me over $1000 on a job and I am forever grateful.
