Easily the worst car experience of my life. Don’t recommend this place. I should have done my research and saw the other reviews about the people taking advantage of elder and women. Told me I needed more than just my brake pads changed. Brakes felt terrible after the change. When I left, something fell off or out of my car on the freeway and it drove different. Ended up having a family friend change them and returned the parts and got a refund at this place.

I hardly do these but I just got my car back and I have to say I had a great experience here. They did an amazing job and were honest. Which is a big deal for me with mechanics as I have always had bad experiences with mechanics lying and then over charging. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, great prices and service. Told me it was the clippers fix that then its the brake booster. Got one of my brakes back snapped in half idk how that would happen on its own. Ga e me false parts that was wrong with my car turned out it was just washers that they didnt put back on my brake booster .shxt hole shop

Got my breaks done here the guy at the front is the best he helped us out and got our breaks all fixed and the car runs nice and smooth he even helped us get the best deal he could I definitely recommend this place as it was recommended to me.

They were quick when I went there to get an alignment and they inspected my car for other things. They advised me on a job that my car needs done however the quoted price was much higher than other locations. Do your homework.. staff was nice.

They didnt put the cover tl my air filter back on correctly. My check engine light went on so i took it to auto zone to see why my light went on and the code came back for dirty air filter and mass air flow sensor. Popped the hood what to u know cover to air filter not put back on with clamps, air filter that just replaced a week ago at brake masters was filthy and had to have mybmass air flow sensor cleaned smh!!! Would not recommend

Quoted me at $1600 to replace pads, calipers and rotors. Went across the street and the guy quoted me at a little under a thousand. Don’t waste your time or money.

$100 for an alignment is a lot of scratch. Especially when all they are doing is setting the toe. That said he asked how I heard about them and gave me $30 off when i mentioned Americas tire. Plus they are open later on Saturdays.

Went in for lugnut replacement and now my car pulls to right, called Sergio to see if this was normal we didnt get good results. This is very disappointing I would have never taken my car there. I am never one to complain but this is really ridiculous.

I came here to get my brake system checked, looking for minimal repairs to become an Uber driver. After about an hour I was told I needed $1500 worth of repairs: new control arms, drums, pads, shoes, alignment, etc. Then, I took my car to my familys trusted mechanic who told me I only needed $600 of repairs, and that my control arms could be sold as brand new. This business is trying to rip you off. Never go here for anything you dont absolutely know you need.

This place is dishonest. If you are a woman especially, dont go here. They lie. Sold me extra brake pads when I did not need them. Called manager about it and he never got back to me to make it right.
