This paint shop is the best in the I.E. better prices than online, without the wait. Great variety. But best of all, they are incredibly helpful. They help you understand the products you are buying, not just taking your money. If you have any issues, the owner encourages you to call him or the shop for guidance. The atmosphere is that of home, you are greeted with a fist bump all around. Highly recommended

As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place! They have just about everything I needed to get started on my project car. Everyone there is great, very friendly and customer service is very up to par. My guy Kevin helped me out find the right products I needed for the job. The kid is young but very knowledgeable. I was skeptical of all the extremely positive reviews; but I was proved wrong. I am a pretty savvy person, but have never took a stab at paint work.Danny took the time to accurately color-match the paint of my truck, set me up with the proper primers, walk me through the gun set-up, and give me a few pointers on how to shoot paint. He was very thorough and I left ready to tackle the job. So I went into 1 stop knowing very little about paint and body work. I was hesitant of going in at all thinking this was a Professionals only type store where if you dont know what your doing theyd laugh you out of the place and send you to Maaco... NOT the case at all! Danny and the girls at the counter have spent hours showing me the correct methods and materials to get the job done right. If you listen to what they tell you and use the right materials you can be a beginner like me and paint your own vehicle! That being said I have some of the tools already and spent a TON of time prepping and learning but its a fraction of the cost at a reputable paint/bodyshop. I got great results and now Im working on color sanding and buffing, another skill Danny is showing me how to accomplish. He even took the time to demonstrate a test section on my vehicle and it was over 90 degrees in the parking lot. 5 star customer service at a reasonable price. Thanks for all the help, and confidence to get this job done. I really appreciate it.

There were many times that they could have up-sold me on products I didn’t need and yet they never tried to and were extremely honest about what was actually needed. This is a family owned business that has amazing customer service, I drive out to them even though I have other shops much closer. They will always look out for you as a customer and know what they are talking about.

In multiple Occasions I have had issues with their color matching, first time I just wanted a color made by the code w nothing to match to, and yes I know the chances of the color being different but not something purple when I ordered “platinum silver” then the owner accused me of tinting it myself... second time was more recent when I dropped of a piece on a Thursday and didn’t receive a call back at all... went in on the following Wednesday and “Danny” said it was done the second day and then put all kinds of word in my mouth on why he couldn’t give me a courtesy call on when it was completed ready days and days later... Danny also told me I don’t deserve the same customer service that his buyers that spend thousands of dollars there do. Last time I go there or recommend them for anything.

Walked in a complete stranger, stuck around and became very good friends with everyone here. After a few shops couldnt match my paint right and their prices were very high, the family here at 1stop took care of me, and many Ive referred to as well. Prices beat any other place and they are VERY helpful if youre a novice painter. Danny and his pops really know the buisnes, listen EXACTLY to their instructions and the job will come out great. Dont listen to any negative feedback you hear from others. These guys treat you like family wether you spend $5 or $1000.
