I have shopped here for many years and have always been happy with their service. If you have a VW this is the place to get you hard to find items....... And to SirRedemption, no auto parts house will take returns on electrical parts because there is no way to tell if you have used it or not and you may be returning a defective part and they dont want to take a chance on selling to someone else. So make sure you need the part before buying it !

Charged $45 just to look at my old bug plus ten for a new gas cap. Went again because I was told to hold for a minute on the phone and he never called again for an hour, so I decided to go there personally. It nearly took me 30 miles to get there. When I arrived the guy in the front was just having a friendly conversation with a guy. I just wanted to get my bug checked if it had any problems. Starting my bug to leave, it began to stall. I looked back inside the store, the two guys where laughing at me( a costumer and the clerk). 1 week later my bug broke down. Wasnt worth the trip and never again.

Just not sure about this company.. mixed and cavalier service, support is not consistent, cant reach them by telephone, left voicemails and didnt get answers. What few parts I bought there were ok and reasonably price, hours of operation are ok but they only seem to be helpful with walk in customers, and even then there isnt anybody at the counter, a person has to ring for help. Theyre inconsistent because the first time I called them they answered and they dont seem to have ever answered since.

Whilst on vacation from the uk my t3 engine blew on the i15 highway on way to sandiego i had no phone i had iPad & managed to Facebook an urgent message to josh he was with me in 20 mins collected me on his A frame & fixed my engine that week now thats amazing!! friendly family business very impressed
