Pretty easy to get to & actually does have a free RV dump station, kind of dirty. Right on 528.

I tried to use Applepay to prepay at pump #6 and it took all the money in my account. Then the pump wouldn’t authorize. I went inside to find out what was going on. The manager said it would take 3 day to clear. Made no sense. I said just authorize the pump he wouldn’t do it.So they stole my money. I had to go down the road to get gas! Do not shop there!!!!!!!!!! Ever!

Falsely advertised as open 24/7. It’s 12:10 AM 05/04/2021 and it’s closed. Wasted my time driving out here.

This location is awful, i wish there was another Speedway closer to my home. They are ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING on the cappuccino machine. Its now been 5 days. I go every morning for my coffee and have mentioned this to them several times but they just ignore it. They always have empty shelves for snacks and drinks and the 2 ladies in the morning are always smoking cigarettes by the front door and are never at their cash registers when youre ready to check out.

Me and a friend were out on a trail last night and decided to stop by here on the way home, I wanted to try the Mountain Dew citrus punch fountain drink flavor. I got myself a cup and filled it up only to find out that they were all out of the flavor and they didnt even put a note saying that the drink needed to be refilled. All I got was a taste of sparkling water next time, put a note when youre low on drinks I was very disappointed when I didnt get the taste I was expecting.

Morning guy is super rude! Wouldn’t use a different register so my card couldn’t be charged and just stood there staring at me like an idiot. Never use this station!!

This gas station has an RV dump station and fresh water hookup on the south side of the building. Dump stations have become hard to come by in this area lately. We really appreciate that they offer this!! Ill be using these stations from now on!! It has good space to get in and out of easily while towing.

Definition of lazy, lousy, lacking, loser service. Was buying $12 worth of food and $50 in gas. At register to the 2 cashiers: Me: I need $20 cash back. Them: We cant do it, no cash in either drawer as the female cashier slams the drawer shut as if I didnt see multiple $20s and all the other bills in her drawer. $62 worth of sales out the door never to return. And I travel 550 every day, so thats a lot of lost sales. The next station was delighted to help me. Pathetic

10:30pm on a Friday and they ran out of regular unleaded gas?? Seriously, wth? This was the third time Ive visited this place and each time Ive been disappointed, so I wont be going back ever. I strongly recommend people stay away from this place.

I went in there to buy a pack of cigarettes and some cigarillos mind you I’m 19 I can legally buy tobacco anywhere in New Mexico so I go into the store and wait In line for a cashier and I get up to the counter hand him my id and I ask for a pack of cigarettes and cigarrillos so the old man working tells me he can’t sell me the items because my id is vertical which doesn’t make sense because I can’t have a horizontal I’d till I’m 21 and I wasn’t purchasing any alcohol anyway I proceed to say so what do you mean and he said I got a call from corporate and we can’t take vertical id’s anymore so I said ok and left no problem but then I went there the next day just to see what’s going on and I go ahead and buy the things I was trying to get and the different worker had no quarrel with my I’dSo I don’t get it does giant not take vertical id’s or is the worker there just incompetent??

This is my favorite giant store because its the closest one to my house but the store is always clean and the people are almost always friendly

The graveyard guy was super rude! I showed a friend my go to ice cream that she had too try one day not even picking it up.. closed fridge grabbed chips a drink couple snacks about 15 bucks in merchandise to be yelled at where did u put the damn ice cream. Excuse me i never took it out of the fridge. Then was told i probably stole it! When i asked the cashier his name he refused to tell me. Refused to tell me his managers name and just pointed to the door and said look for the number. I literally had to go to the cooler ask the other worker to come out and assist me. I ended up not getting anything, and also didnt call and tell but Morgan needs a customer service lesson!

Usually Giant has higher prices than anyone around, but this Giant is close enough to Murphys that it has to lower its prices to stay competitive. Turns out they are actually cheaper than Murphys for higher grade fuel most of the time.

I just walked in this morning since they changed to speedway. 5 employees and no one helped me. Im not going to stand at the register counter for more then 3 minutes. Id rather go to the warrior down the road from now on
