I really don’t like to write negative reviews but I’m just so frustrated - this Walgreens has been awful. I have never had a pharmacist so non-Chalantly tell me they “think” a medication is safe for me to take while breastfeeding. Like she didn’t even care that I could harm my child by taking the medication, she just looked it up quickly and said it seems ok but didn’t try to get confirmation.When asked if they had any children’s Zyrtec in stock, she told us that Zyrtec can’t be used for kids under 12... my daughter has been taking it for 2 years off and on as prescribed by three different doctors (not to mention it says on the bottle it’s safe for kids TWO and up). According to their website, they did have some in stock, so my daughter suffered through the night for no reason.Yesterday my prescriptions were charged way more than usual and when my husband asked if she used the RX insurance, she glanced down and said yes... I was contacted by the Rx company today and told they messed it up and I could have saved more - even though I have been getting these same scripts for several months. 🤦🏻‍♀️Finally, We wait in line for 20 minutes or more every single time, which is so frustrating. Looking back, we have been surprisingly patient and we are always very kind, but no effort is put in on their part to maintain positive relationships with us, so we will be switching pharmacies.

Tom is incredibly rude. I couldn’t find an employee to unlock a shampoo for me so I went up to the counter and asked the employee Tom if he could help me in the shampoo isle and he didn’t say a single word just let out a “huff” and walked to the shampoo isle and then I said “It’s this one online and it says it’s here in store for 11.99 but it’s 16.99” and he said “I can’t do anything about it” very rude so I said okay then I won’t get it and left. I’ll go buy it from cvs with that attitude.

Ive never had a pharmacy waste so much of my time. They fill the wrong rx, then ask you to come back after you wait in line, twice... I drove out of my way to get here after work to get the rx that they were supposed to fix just to learn it cant be filled for another 5 days... like what a joke. Pharmacy closes at 9 but in reality its really about 7. Really? Get good

The worst Walgreens ever! They have thee most stupid pharmacy techs and even the pharmacist is dumb! Horrible customer service and don’t know their job. Unhelpful and again stupid. My husband went to pick up his insulin and they were out as they always are of everything I matter how much in advance you refill. He asked the pharmacist if he could check if another location had it as it was kind of important and the pharmacist said “ can’t you do it I’m busy” wow.

Darlene, the cashier in the morning needs a customer service training class. Walked in to send a package through FedEx, it honestly seemed like I somehow insulted as soon as I walked in. Completely rude from the start all the way to the finish. Please Fire her.. guaranteed the other reviews about the morning cashier are about her as well.

Good walgreens to shop however dont shop in morning. Morning shift is the rudest cashier and she full of negative energy and full of attitude she claims to be the supervisor. She a Karen. That my experience but be aware before going in. However the best best walgreens is Bernalillo love the staff and managers. Bernalillo store is more welcoming!! Recommend going there before shopping at this location.

Not a fan of the Walgreens pharmacy lunch break. Why not shut down the whole store. Twice post surgery meds were delayed because of this...you’re in the retail business. Act like it.

Im an MA and i was trying to call in an RX and I will ask my patients to avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. This was the worst experience. It took me 20 minutes and getting hung up to finally get a hold of the pharmacist who was incredibly rude and told me i should have left a voicemail even though theyre answering service didnt give me that option. Its good to know theyre at least consistently horrible.

Horrible pharmacy!! They count on you not to count your meds cuz they steal them specially Controlled Substances. Im not the only person to complain bout this problem either and police have been called on their pharmacy techs for stealing their patients meds.

I received my medications from the drive up window and I noticed that one of my meds was canceled by my doctor. I wanted to explain it to the clerk but he wasnt coming to the window. Seeing that there was a long line of cars behind, I decided to just go around and walk in. Waiting in line for about 15-20 minutes cause of one clerk handling the counter and window, I finally was able to talk with the clerk and explain that I wanted to return these meds. Well he didnt want to hear that, and stated to me that they cantexcept these medications, store policy, which I kind of knew, I was trying to explain to the clerk and to his manager that I just went around the building and came in.They wouldnt hear it, you drove off and we cant accept them back.Well now Im out of 39 dollars and I have some meds that I dont need. Walgreens management and staff in the pharmacy area should read up on 101 customer service.

Friendly enough service but the wait for pharmacy was unreal. Waited in line for upwards of 45 minutes just for them to not have the prescription ready and somehow were having all these difficulties. Then they said they didn’t receive the electronic mail from the doctor. An hour to be sent away without the prescription. Not okay.

Pharmacy staff is very “rough around the edges”. I always feel like I’m bothering them based on their demeanor. This is the closest Walgreens to my house, so I’ll continue to come here. Maybe give the employees more breaks or more customer service training so they’re not so annoyed all the time.

I agree with the man who voted to replace them with a Whole Foods store. What an improvement that would be. Always an awful experience at pharmacy. The man he mentioned is a flat out jerk and apparently is the pharmacy manager. That explains why it is so badly run. I waited there yesterday 5 minutes while he stared at a computer screen and another employee talked the whole time, 5 minutes plus to a customer on the phone who was trying to decide what to get. Apparently he is too full of himself to help a waiting customer or take time to efficiently run the store. I asked the woman at drive through to help me and he started yelling at me. No explanation for why he had time to do this, but not check me out. He yelled at me for beeping while in line at the drive through one time, two months ago. The last time I was in line at the drive through, I waited over 30 minutes. He has to bring up something that happened months ago. He enraged me. I told him there was no customer service, he should be nice to me as a customer and I would take my business elsewhere. I just went in for prescriptions, not a fight and did not nerd this aggravation. He had time fir all thus, but not the 30 seconds to check out my prescriptions. No one was in line for once, they still made me wait, it was ridiculous. I complained to the store manager. She could not help because she wasjust a manager - said a bigger manager would call me today. I left practically in tears - who needs this? I am currently waiting for the bigger manager to call me.

Pharmacy is a bit slow...but i totally appriciate the volume that they take care of ...its a big deal people !! Be alitl more patient..they are humans...not robots and the demands of people with their drugs it fricken rediculous. So take a breathe and sit in line and calm down lmao

Good place for fast stops. Staff is helpful. Prices as clearly marked and compatible with other nearby stores. Hardly ever a wait. And cashiers have good attitudes.

Just came from Urgent Care on 528 tonight, & I selected this Walgreens location being its close to our home. I presumed my script would be filled fairly quickly but, I was wrong ..it would take 1.5 hours for meds to be ready because they had to type the prescription, blah, blah...which seemed to be a nerdy excuse. The Doctor electronically sent the script to Walgreens at Enchanted Hills but this place isnt a healthy place to be a part of ones recovery team! They have lost our business!

I was treated with poor customer services by the pharmacy this evening. A dark brown hair female wears glasses who works at the pharmacy was racist. I felt humiliated and she made me feel bad. Im surprised by all the reviews of this store. Pharmacy Department needs to improve on customer services and respect and be kind.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to. Rude employees, slow, incompetent and has NEVER answered the phone. Tried talking with manager and he didnt care and was just as bad, no wonder this location is a nightmare. So sick of this location I moved my prescription to another pharmacy and I wont be shopping there either. ZERO STARS.

Today I want to give Briana 5 stars. She obviously cares for customers but also cares about her position. I always come here and dont always get the best service, most of the time its an insurance issue and how the insurance works with the pharmacy always seems to cause a snag. I was frustrated and aggrevated because these snags are always present during renewal. She handled me and my problem very professionally and I commend her for her patience and professionalism.

If I could rate a 0 or negative star I would. The pharmacy staff at this location are not only rude, but extremely unhelpful, uninformative, and outwardly unhappy about their jobs. I constantly receive wrong or contradictory information about prescriptions and am never treated with kindness.

The staff is super rude every single time I have to deal with them. The staff acts like they are bothered by serving you. I think they are in need of some serious customer service training or they need a morale boost or something. I will be switching where I fill prescriptions.

Pharmacy staff was horrible I called was on hold for a 10 minutes the phone kept ringing and then would be placed back on hold until they eventually just hung up on me. I called again same thing was put on hold for a long time so I decided to go into the store there was no customers and the girl was eating chips behind the counter right by the register she told me to wait before she could help me while she laughed and hiked with the staff and finished her chips. Just very unprofessional.

I will drive to the one in Bernalillo before I ever go to this store again. I mostly dislike all Walgreens since their big expansion twenty years ago. So much is from China, I dislike the NICE line of products. This Rio Rancho store is weird. Everytime I walk in it feels abandoned. I had same experience with pharmacy. Ive had same pudgy cashier three times where I had to Initiate courtesies but by the fourth visit she lectured me three times within ten minutes. Total lack of courtesy or CS. This time I spoke out! Avoid this location. This store should be closed.

Always helpful and on time, usually early with my prescription. Some times there is a line of 5-10 minuets, but if you can’t relax for that long maybe you should re-evaluate your life a bit.

Went to pick up a prescription, about 5 pm Waited in line for over 30 min.and not one of us had completed a transaction. One person was getting all the attention. No one else was being taken care of, What should have been a 5 min transaction I finally left without my meds.

Both the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pain Management have been inundated with complaints from patients and doctors – not only about Walgreens – but about other pharmacies also making it harder for opioid prescriptions to be filled.The Academy even created an online complaint form for doctors and patients who are having trouble getting prescriptions filled at Walgreens.The individual in the pharmacy with brown hair and white coat has an audacious attitude, and is very displeasing to the customers who own homes in the Enchanted Hills area, and pay taxes for this business to operate in the area. This particular brick-and-mortar location is not necessary for the territory, and personally suggest a Whole Foods distributor to be in their location instead. Petition for better quality of products for the upscale area, as we can pick up our medications from a different store, like CVS across the parking lot, for the identical medications. Remember the atmosphere of the boulevard requires an upgrade to exemplify the architecture of homes behind this type of business. Thank you..Concerned voter, citizen, and consumer.
