If your going to force a person to wear a mask (muzzle) the least you can do is have them available. The lady rudely ask me where my mask was then I informed her I didnt have one and ask do you have any, she said no but you can buy one. Definitely not using this gas station ever again.

Love this place, one of the best gas stations / convenience stores in the state. A huge and unique selection and a beautiful and clean storefront. There is a lounge area and fast food place. The bathrooms are almost always clean.To you one star reviews: understand it is difficult to run a convenience store and this is a gem compared to most of the chain stores and Alsups in town.Support this local business because it is really hard to compete with the corporate stores. Latitude is a huge convenience store that has just about anything you can imagine inside of it they have Fountain drinks coffee all kinds of food hot prepared food and there is a Macs steak in the rough next door thats actually connected to the convenience store

When ever I get the chance to stop at Latitudes I always have to get there Green Chile Stew the potatoes and pork just melt in your mouth it’s that good.

They have a good selection of everything from high end alcohol to pedialyte and actually very good produce and good gas prices and everything in between, theyre more like your neighborhood grocery store and since they are in my local neighborhood I am here practically every day,even a good wine selection and microbrewery ale selection.also very friendly staff, fast lines and a couple self check out stations, also open 24/7/365 which is my favorite part about them

This isnt your average convenience store. its like a mini supermarket and mini liquor store, that also sells gas, which is AWESOME they have a great selection of everything you would expect to find, and a TON of stuff you would never think a gas station would have. lots of fresh food, fruits and veg, great candy and snack selection, and a bunch of frozen foods, dairy case, and school/office supplies. strangely enough, they have incredible prices on milk. if you need a few things, they are better than running into walmart, alberstons, etc. their beer, wine, and liquor selection rivals many much larger stores. they will not disappoint you.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at this gas station. After standing in line to be helped the cashier Diana had the nerve to walk away to take a break after the general manager Bernadette had asked her not to leave her register, do to her already having multiple breaks through out the day. After walking completely around the counter and in front of me. Diana stated, she can help you and pointed at her general manager. The lack of respect that this cashier has for her company and GM is in need of some attention.

This store continues to be clean and have the nicest employees (afternoons anyways). There is no store in the area that compares to this one for product variation and aesthetics.

Honestly I shop at this gas station regularly and normally don’t have any complaints but today my 46 year old mother had went to grab me a hazy ipa and a white claw and she was turned away because she used a old Id due to misplacing her current one so I told my mom it was cool I’d just go pick it up once she got to my place and could watch my daughter and when I arrived and grabbed my drinks they turned me away “because they turned someone else away who tried to by the same two exact drinks”. I think this is absurd that two people can’t have the same drink choice and on top of that both of us being over the legal age to purchase alcohol.

Cashiers are completely clueless! The sign says a certain price for cash *but*“YOUR CASHIER” has no clue if a debit card is same as cash. I wouldn’t of had to go inside if your card machine was working at “YOUR” pump #13. One would assume that the transfer of funds would be part of training but if the trainer has no clue then it makes sense! 10 people in line all the time. “EVERYTIME” I come there is a new cashier who has no clue how to perform normal daily job duties while also unable to answer customers (that “SHOULD” be valued) questions! I understand what a debit card is. Maybe “YOU” should explain to the new cashiers this week proper procedure. This is my second bad review & experience. No Coincidence!HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS & HOW THEY SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Terrible service, waited on hold for 25 minutes so decided to drive down there and still never picked back up the phone so a total of 32 minutes on hold. Get there and the older woman is taking forever to take everyone’s order then decides to start getting drinks instead of helping the next people. Then the manager brittani comes out and starts spilling drinks and confusing orders.waited over 45 minutes for a double rough dinner and a kids meal....... terrible

Breakfast burrito was the worst...dont recommend getting breakfast.Lunch burrito was way better.

For a gas and convenience store, this place is great. The store is exceptionally large for a gas station, and they have a great selection of stuff. More like a small grocery store. They also have a Mac Steak in the Rough fast food restaurant inside. There are several tables on both sides of a fireplace for you to eat your Macs, or whatever else you bought in the store.

Im not too sure on the negative reviews here. I have been buying gas at this place for a year now and buy incidentals as well. I dont know first hand about any employee issues but I can tell you that Ive never had anything but good to excellent service. I even recommended a special micro brew beer that I love and they brought some in for me. They typically have the best gas prices (especially if you pay cash) and their food is good, my kids love the ice cream and their coffee is good at a good price. Im a fan :)

They used to have a really good quick food selection. The quality has gone down recently but the prices went way up. You can still eat at Macs. Gas prices are reasonable.

I have to say that this is THE nicest convenience store in the Albuquerque area. A welcome surprise in a sea of meh. Hot foods, liquor, great drink area and they post their gas prices on Facebook. Whats not to love?

Not well stocked. Always out of something basic. Its a convenience store so everything is over priced but thats to be expected. Better than average variety of items if only they could manage their inventory better. Unfortunately this is a problem all over New Mexico. Its an unacceptable and unexplainable issue. Update: As of 2/12/19 this store still has restocking issues of basic items convenience store items like Pepsi products and water. And because the owner responded to this comment saying that it would be fixed but nothing has changed for over a month, Im lowering my review to one star and I will not be wasting my time shopping here again.

Best pirced gas you can get, pair that with a rewards system that is constatly saveing you on gas. I love how clean and tidy the whole place is inside and out. The bathrooms are always is spectaular condition. Super freindly staff and a very welcoming gretting when you walk in. I love the burrioto thing by the registers. Such good cheap and fast burritos.

I bought a 6 pack of beer and gave the lady 100 doller bill. She held the change up and down really quickly I didnt count it till I got home in ABQ sure enough she kept the 50 doller bill that she held up.the hand was quicker than the eye.shes a pro.dont know if she still works there or not.

The cashier was very rude and judgemental. I went in for a pack of papers. Her response was we dont sell those we dont like that business behind us (Verdes) or the type of people it brings in. This was a very uneducated lady.

The long post below is most likely the owner posting as a customer, all comments are his policys. This owner is a bigot to his employees. He tells them off in front of customers. The female employees are his main target.He fires on personal whim and threatens unemployment for all matters. The last review was not just a disgruntled employee. This place is a great place to do business and does have several outstanding employees, however the rate of turnover will eventually change that. I am not a disgruntled employee. This is a great place to do business, however the employees are required to put on face while their jobs are always in jeopardy be careful about any petty complaints it may cost them their jobs.If this owner treated his employees fairly this establishment would be a triple A establishment.

Ok, so I dont have any problem believing the horrible reviews from previous guests. I ate at Latitudes today and I was very disappointed. I brought my children with me today and the experience overall was very, very bad. I had an $8.99 Turkey Club sandwich. The croissant that it was served on was obviously frozen at some point. I was looking for some turkey on this sandwich, and on one half of it there was none, on the other half there was maybe 1 1/2 to 2 oz. of turkey. What a rip off!!! My daughter had the same sandwich. On top of paying $8.99 for a counter service sandwich, you are tricked into paying for a side item. We ordered an order of fries for all three of us. The fries were not cooked all the way and very greasy. Also, the menu doesnt mention that the sandwiches come with chips. Thats why we ordered the fries that we planned on sharing. When the food arrived at the table, one basket didnt have chips. Do the sandwiches come with chips or not? The sandwich without the chips had the nasty, greasy, undercooked fries! Why didnt the third sandwich have chips? This is a counter service restaurant inside a gas station / convenience store. We ordered our food, got our own drinks, and went to find a table. Half the tables were dirty, but we managed to find one that was clean. They appeared to have enough staff to manage to clean the tables, but they didnt. I also found a little surprise in my sandwich basket which appeared to be some sort of pizza sausage (Gross), I immediately discarded it. My sons Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was the highlight of our experience. His sandwich was just ok. Didnt appear to have any cheese on it, but we did see a little. 94 Rock ran several radio ads pimping this restaurant. Thats probably why I tried it in the first place. They talked about how your food was prepared by Chefs. I saw a couple of employees dressed in chef coats, but I find it hard to believe that any chef would put his or her reputation on this garbage. Nobody ever came by to check on us and I was disappointed enough to take it as a loss and accept it for what it is. Gas Station Food at Best! Next time I will go to a Giant gas station and microwave a burrito. I feel ripped off! This place really sucks!!
