I ordered my first time from their online store and it was hands down the best customer service I have ever received from an online store.The buying experience online was easy, fast and I was more than happy with the product I received (not to mention some cool samples I got on the side.)Nothing beats the handwritten note with each order. These amazing gals really do care about their business and their customers. Ill definitely be going back for more...and more! Just wish I was closer so I could go to the store to meet them in person.

Wow! This is one of those stores that I didnt really know I was missing until I walked in the door. When I walked in, I wasnt sure what to expect, because I think the store is fairly new, but I was so surprised by how many cool and useful products they carried. The store was pretty small, but they did have a lot of different products and brands, despite the lack of space. I wasnt searching for anything in particular, but I did find some really cool lip balms, bath washes and a sea salt scrub that is one of the best Ive ever used. Oh and they have a great selection of natural products, which was really nice. The staff was great and the store was really beautiful. I also really like that they had pre-made gift baskets... It would be a great and quick solution for a birthday present in the future. Overall, VERY happy with Elements!

Great skincare selection for oily to very dry skin.The bath products are rich with luscious scents. The perfumes are lovely and not what you can find anywhere else. We throughout store.

From iconic luxury lines like Erno Laszlo, to the up-and-comers like Peter Thomas Roth and Coola suncare, you will find anything and everything here. I love their candle selection, the multiple price points, and the incredibly informed owners! I adore the Shop Small movement, the Shop Local movement, and women-owned businesses.
