Fairly decent supply of hair products. They use to give more samples but I assume theres a shortage. Normally I can find what I need when I go.

My first time inside this hair store. What a pleasure to see that the inside was clean, smelled good, the shelves were clean (No black dirt). I didnt want to go to this store, Im so glad my daughter convinced me too. Ive been natural all my life and its hard to find real natural products. I order a lot online. However, this place had my oils, Shea butter for my skin. Containers were smaller, but Im fine with that. I have a new place to buy hair care.

Large selection of items, but staff seem to be following people around/watching them on camera constantly and are less than kind. Further they have a $5 minimum even when using Apple Cash. I will not be returning as I place high value on kind customer service.

Their prices are great. Most of the staff make you feel really welcome. The older lady that works with the wigs is such a kind, sweet, and thoughtful considerate soul. Not a fan of the hi-low steps in the store lol tripping hazard. Prices are fair and can be compared / competitive with other stores.

Its always a pleasure to visit this location. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Ms. Dorothy is a true jewel and shes the reason I visit this location...also they meet all of my beauty supply needs. I love the experience when I go there.

I hate going to beauty supply stores. There is so much stuff and always have to get help to find the same thing every time I go. They are not very friendly and not willing to help. Even if Im the only one in the store. But what options do I have. What I need I cant find in just any store.

Always feel welcomed here and love their merchandise. Been coming here for years. I highly recommend this store.

In my opinion, the prices teeter close to being rather expensive. I dont ever buy loose hair or wigs anyway but from them I do get a vibe from I dont like. Besides, I prefer Seven Beauty in Chester for my crotchet hair because shes friendly and great to talk to. I only shop here for nickel free jewelry and hair accessories, but even that is growing limited. They look to have a very big selection of items, the store is very clean and bright, but shop at your own discretion.

I just left ruby red on Jefferson David highway. Because the owner said their policy is to buy a cap before trying a wig. I gave these people that idea years ago when I move to Richmond. But my problem is I had just brought a cap a day before I decide to look at a wig, I explain that to the owner, then he say you need to buy a cap from us, then I said I here to purchase a wig from your store why cant you to provide caps for your customers.

This is a typical beauty supply store. It doesnt have everything that I was looking for, but its pretty big and has a lot.

I have been buying hair and other things here for years. And never in my life have i stole from them but today has broken the camels back. One of the guys took hair out my hand and said in a rude way dont open the hair like i was going to steal their product.. Today will be the last time i buy hair from them.. That was just outlandish.. Smh the hair is wayy to expensive anyway. Sorry not sorry..Update****This store has changed a lot still has the same employees but the owner or manger of the store is hilarious I love him to death! Im always in this store every two weeks and I wouldnt go to another one either.

Bought a handless blow dryer and they wouldnt let me open the box n store so really I didnt knw what or if I would like it so I go home take it from the box dnt like the way it feel n my hand tried to exchange not return it and they wouldnt let me do it have my receipt and the blow dryer never been used on the receipt it says wig and pony tale no refund others with receipt go back n there he put a sign up sayn wig ponytale and electric that was so wrong now I have to get the law involved just to exchange somthing now I want my money back wouldnt let me test it n the store is bad business and I definitely learned from this

I have always supported this store but today was NOT about customer satisfaction. It was all about money in my opinion. I will no longer support.
