The pharmacists there are so helpful & courteous. The pharmacist told me that he hoped Id feel better soon. He should train all pharmacists on personality. He was also helpful with getting the right thermometer. Oh my goodness! This is the place to go to get the needed pharmaceuticals for yourself or a loved one! Awesome!

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Received 1st covid vaccine. Didnt give me a vaccination card, no lot # or other info available on app. After administering shot, she got up to go talk to someone for 2-3min before even putting the bandaid on. Didnt ask me to wait around 15min before leaving. A complete mess.

This Walgreens store is wonderful. I drive past 2 other chain Pharmacy stores in my neighborhood to get there. The pharmacy staff is excellent, helpful and always go above and beyond regardless of how busy they are at the moment. The other retail staff are also always friendly and courteous. The store is clean, well organized and bargains are easy to spot. This Walgreens store has become my go to for pharmacy, pet supplies, greeting cards and seasonal items.

Shop in that store on a weekly basis tonight went in there to return something instead of the manager being professional she sat there laughed talked about the product that was purchased. Then when she refunded a lower amount than what it was she then stated it was on sale find no problem. However when I go into an establishment and spend my money and return something whether I bought it or not I demand and would think that respect would be given but instead encountered nothing but complete unprofessional customer service due to that I will never shop and that store again I would rather go to a CVS where they would appreciate my money time and I will be swapping my prescriptions to. Walgreens customer service has really gone down the tubes if thats the people theyre putting in place to manage their stores its pretty sad when I used to work at Walgreens out of high school and it was a great place to work and Shop now it seems like they hire anyone because the professionalism and the people that are in there do not hold the motto that Walgreens used to have or maybe Walgreens just doesnt care and this is their new motto.

Mindy is the shining star here! I’m not the biggest fan of Walgreens Pharmacies but I am a fan of this one. Service is always extremely fast, courteous, and helpful. They always seem to be stocked with whatever I need! Their night time crew is what keeps me coming back. I prefer to feel like a customer and human being when filling my prescriptions rather than an inmate checking into prison and Mindy and the evening crew do a great job at this while at the same time adhering to laws and company protocol. It seems every other pharmacy I visit I can sense the negative energy before I even walk through the door. It’s almost like other pharmacists are anticipating or hoping for some kind of confrontation. It’s like the whole RVA pharmacy dynamic changed.

The staff was professional and understanding. The pharmacy was scheduled to close, however, they assisted me with patience and professionalism.

Have been there many times and people dont realize everything that they have inside from a small selection of groceries to a full section of birthday Christmas and wedding cards and gift bags and I was there even a week before today and got my passport picture taken this Walgreens is awesome!

Went here for a routine flu shot. The pharmacist, Waiman, was wonderful in helping me! Cant say enough good things.

Brought a head wrap and the other was free but had to get rain check went back 3 times but still had not come in then went back 4th time and had some come in but she said did not have priory that one was purchase so lwould have to purchase half price l need to know whats up with that lbrought the head wrap in March and it is now July😩not happy

I have been in many walgreens in the city of richmond virginia and this is one of the cleaner and friendliest ones Ive been in.
