I asked for assistance in scanning and sending affidavit and employee sent previously sent affidavit. His actions were influenced by old white employee.

Staples tell ( we cant fix it Its TOo Old ) { if we get data off of it it cost starting at 75 and turn around time be more than 3 weeks) .,...any way my TWIN sister look at it and told me the following1) Cost FREE BC U R MY FAV BROTHER2) IN 15 SECONDS SHE {GRABED 3TB OF DATA} and dropped it on a USB driveI want to know Y Staples could not tell me ( move data on a USB drive of 3tb).Tisk tisk tisk.,............
The folks here are wonderful. Helpful and friendly even during these unknown times they dont let their customer service drop
Its a Staples. The store, like most, is poorly organized and looks like it was yanked from the early 90s. The printer section looks like it was ransacked, and every test printer I tried was low on ink. It isnt that the store is dirty, it just feels dated and poorly maintained.Signage faded, a sign of dying retail. Honestly, why does Staples exist at this point? The UPS center was piled up with Amazon return boxes going out, so they are just a Amazon return point that looks like a K Mart that has been neglected.The printer I wanted to see in person was also 30 dollars more expensive than Amazon and I couldnt test it out. Ill pay extra to shop local retail, but only if they provide the service and not act as look but dont touch facility.I went ahead and ordered the printer on Amazon since I couldnt test it out anyways. Since Amazon now does same day delivery, it makes dated retail stores like this with poor displays even more pointless.
I don’t understand why staples has a computer station when there’s one guy who is always on it. I’ve been there 3 time to use the computer but it’s always used by the same man. Very inconvenient. There should be a limit on how much time you can be at the computer work station. It’s unfair to others to come to STAPLES, and stay on the computer the whole time.
Got a very large print made here and it looks great! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Very unprofessional and rude customer service representative at the print desk. I walked in, asked for a 15 page color document to be printed. I stood there waiting for the woman to walk over and the the document, because she was just sitting on a computer. After about 5 min when I asked did it work she acted annoyed and said something about cant wait to get out of here and get a chai tea. Then I was charged a 3 dollar fee for express service. When I asked what that fee was for, she said well you wanted it now didnt you? When TH did you think I wanted it!? This fee should have been presented beforehand and I would have used the printers self service instead. Also, the total was 15$ for an approx 15 p. Color document. Completely ridiculous price, and horrible/rude people. How do you stay in business? I believe the customer rep was either Jennifer or Caitlyn, as that is the name on the business card I was given at 5pm the day this review was left. The general manager should really look into th aptitude of the print staff to deliver competent and customer oriented business, because this was a complete lack there of.
Half the employees either weren’t wearing masks or were wearing them incorrectly. They also did nothing when shoppers took off their masks. It’s companies like these that are why the pandemic is still getting worse. I wish I could give no stars. Won’t ever feel safe coming here again.
I have been here quite a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. Some of their things are a bit pricey, but this review is mainly about the service! I was getting ready for an event happening this Saturday and decided to make some copies today at Staples. I wish I remembered her name, but the lady who helped me at the copy station was very nice and accommodating especially when I was being wishywashy. The copier mustve gotten jammed but the man working there was also helpful!
The Copy/Fax/Print station is horrible. The Customer Service members having uptight attitudes towards guests. Act as if they don’t want to help people at the copy and fax machines... even when they do attempt it isnt good. Attitudes should be left at home. Need more training
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience trying to order custom prints! I had always heard how great Staples was at doing custom prints so I naturally went there to have some prints made last night. they only had one employee behind the counter and she was with a customer. She said she would be right with me however 30 min later I still had not been helped. Finally, they asked someone over and they did not know about custom printing so I left for FedEx. I will not be going back and I will take all my jobs to FedEx where they quickly helped me and will have my custom order ready next day.

Good for one stop school supplies. Wont get the lowest price. Shop for sales. Some items way overpriced. Store needs to do digital coupon app. Can sign up for account for points but takes a while for then to add up. Easy and plenty of parking. Good customer service. Near eateries, bus and clothing, shoe and speciality stores. On bus line.
They dont value their customers OR employees. Masks not required and I dont feel safe.
Go to store for standard office supplies. I buy ink and toner at competitive prices. All kinds of pens, markers, etc. Very helpful staff.
This location is HORRIBLE & BAD SERVICES @ the printing areas. I dont know where they hire these people. They dumb as a rock & Lazy!!The black man. Hes very rude. These people didnt seem like they want to work. Not knowledge at all. Need more training. I rather go to FedEx or Officemax pay more & get more knowledgeable Sale Reps & good customers service. Dont waste your time @ this location. Give Negative 10!!

Decent experience, my opinion may not mean much cause I only went in to their print section which doesnt really count as entire store right! The print associates seemed a little too busy/uninterested to attend me who is the only in line.. 😞
I love this Staples location - they are ALWAYS helpful!The staff are courteous and polite and when I cant find something, they go above and beyond the call of duty to help find the product. They also give me good advice and guidance when I am purchasing something major like a computer to fit the needs of our office. When something doesnt work out, they are helpful in either getting it repaired or finding another product.Actually, I cant say enough good things about this Staples location from the Manager Sonny to the clerk at the desk.I would highly recommend this store!Dr. Hadeed
I have never done a review in my life until my fifth time going to this location to print. Every single time I go here to print, they are slow, unhelpful, nonchalant, and ignore me. I’ve never spent less than 30 minutes here because of how slow and unhelpful they are. I only kept going here because its affordable but not anymore. I’d rather pay the extra money then step foot in here ever again. And if you do self print good luck. They refuse to help you and if the printer messes up or if they withhold any information from you to print what you need, which they will, they’ll blame you for the mistake and still make you pay for it. I wish I could give them zero stars.
Today was my official last day visiting the staples on willow lawn. I watched an employee break out into a fight with another women in front of an entire store full of customers. I had my children with me and they were scared to death. This wasn’t the first time I seen this young lady act totally unprofessional while visiting the willow lawn store. I hope actions will be taken so that will never happen again. I will never be returning to this store!

I had an issue with a calculator I purchased several weeks ago at a different store. I had all the packaging and even the bag I took it home in, but couldnt find my receipt. The manager on duty took care of it immediately!!! I am so grateful and will return again.
Went during VA tax free weekend, associate was friendly polite just had to bring a little patience but they had everything I needed for work and school supplies.

Rude salespeople just ignored me and my wfe waiting in line to ship a box vis UPS. They were not all all helpful when we finally got one of them to help us at the counter. The UPS Store folks just down the street were very good.

Took a long time to find what I was looking for. All associates were elsewhere or busy stocking shelves. Cashier did a sufficient job and was ok if you can overlook her unfriendliness.
It was alright. Training experience people have their own circle of experience they expect it the same way all the time you have to train the experience you expect surely the experience all laughter because they just learned a new experience.
My preferred place for the print...still can reduce price of using the computers feel its too costly...also can speed up the number of delivery for ths UPS post...
OMG!!! Worst customer service ever. Asked the manager, who had his head buried in his phone, a question and the cashier had to ask him too because he busy to respond.Ad baiting, dont stock a computer that is on the front page of the ad and be just shrugged his shoulders and said they had 1 in colonial heights

Ive been to this Staples 3 times now and every visit has taken 5x longer than it should. They never seem to have enough employees working, and when you can track an employee down, they seem unmotivated and are very slow.
