I enjoy going there as it’s right around the corner from my house. No one follows you around. The ladies at the front are nice and will help if needed. They have a decent selection of hair and products. Prices are fair.

Ruby Red is a clean, spacious, well organized, & well stocked beauty supply store. They have a huge selection of hair care products, & accessories. The staff is super friendly & helpful. The one thing I like the most is that they dont hover around you. They let you browse without the hassle. The next time im in the Richmond, Va area I will definitely pay them a visit again

Id like the store this was my first time in there didnt have enough time to really really look around but there was so much to see and on this particular day that was only had one person in the store that was able to help you but he couldnt leave his counter so I was pretty much on my own pulling stuff from here taking it there asking questions about it so thats why I rated it a 4 star come back later and maybe give it a five after I really experience the store.

Ruby Red had everything I was looking for from Leave-In-Conditioner, Hair Cholesterol, Leopard print earrings, tweezers & magnetic earrings for the kids. They have leggings, lingerie, sunglasses, wallets, purses, & all the latest hair colors, textures, & styles. Everytime I go here I spend more than I intend but I never regret it!

Great staff always helpful and nice 👍🏽 They don’t make you feel like you’re being watched which has happened many times to me before with no reason. I used to come here a lot as a youngster before I moved to Atlanta and when I come back I get the same nice treatment every time and surprisingly the same owner.

I go to Ruby Red on the east side but visited their other store on Laburnum a couple of days ago. They carry lots of wigs, weaves, crochet braids, bulk hair, jewelry, clothing, all kinds of hair potions & such. It is well lit and clean. I found a large assortment of crochet braids. I picked up 6 packs at $5.99 per pack of hair. A super deal and they werent even on sale. The staff was helpful & pleasant just like their sister store. I will definitely visit this store again.

Its just a supply store

Went in to get a couple of flowers and but they had these cute little hat clips that I purchased instead to make my mom some fancy slippers. You never know what you will find in here.

My visits here are always good. I love you too go here much but me and the females of mt fam Love Ruby Red (except when the ratchets chicks are in there.

This is my favorite Ruby Red location. They have the latest styles and newest product trends in stock well before their sister stores. Although I live less than 5 minutes from the Hull St location, I consistently drive to the North side because I know I will find what Im looking for here.

Ruby Red does have a lot of quality hair products and beauty supplies, but one day I tried to return an item that I purchased and the owner said that he couldnt refund me my money because It was open and I used some of it. But of course it would be open if I paid to use it, like thats like you getting a pair of shoes for somebody, and once you give it to them and see that they dont fit, youre gonna want to return them. Like Its the same concept. The crazy part was that the product that I brought had a quantity of 1,000, and I only used 2, and he still wouldnt take it back... So Sad. He was that stingy for some $3.
