Liked the customer service, but the only thing I should have realized that the apparel in these stories runs smaller than what the label says.

This store has the best supplies and everything I need. I recently moved from Chester Va to Mechanicsville Va and I would travel from one part of town to the other because they always had what I needed when other stores didn’t and prices were cheaper and always was treated with the utmost respect 💕💕

Prices are high but todays world its ok

This place takes mask wearing seriously. One customer was asked to leave and she did, but came back with her mask on. In any event, I went in looking for matching masks and head coverings. Even though they didnt have any, I was able to pick up some other useful items.

Nice selection, the women employees are nice. The man was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I was minding my business texting to be reminded of what hair to get and he told me to leave bc no phones allowed.

I been to that store three times and I love it so very much because I love that it a lot of great selections on wigs,weaves,ponytails, and buns and everything else. And the people who run the store are very nice and thoughtful. Big ups to k beauty! Thank you.
