Great customer service! Walked in less than an hour to closing time looking to switch from using MAC for the last 12 years. Thandiwe was excellent!!! Took her time to recommend so much! Got way more than I had gone in for👌🏽👌🏽

I visited this location looking for a product I use to wear. They dont sell the product anymore; however, Mary Elizabeth helped me find a substitute that worked better! She was very personable, patient, knowledgeable and friendly! I have been to other locations before and had reps who were not knowledgeable about what would work with my skin tone. Mary Elizabeth did an excellent job applying makeup to my face and made me feel beautiful even though I was having a rough morning. I was able to learn a few things about makeup application and what was necessary and what not for the natural look I wanted to obtain. I left spending a little more than I had anticipated; however, felt great about my purchase and even got a few freebies/samples! I wouldve given it 5 stars but marked it off one due to the expensive prices.

It’s an organized and neat store. My sensitive skin loves there products. Maria is delightful and helped me pick the perfect foundation color and brush to apply it with. Very pleased.

Service was wonderful. Everyone so friendly. Granddaughter is thrilled with her new make up and brushes.

I had a great experience visiting this store - and any Bare Minerals store - for the first time.The location was easy to find. The displays of course were attractive with ample lighting.Maria greeted me right away and helped introduce me to a few products, listening to my personal needs. She was great and didnt try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. We tried a few shades and talked about what my personal skin may benefit from.I left with a few samples and THOROUGH instructions on how to use them. I will be testing out her recommendations and back to visit this store again.

Bad customer service. She threw out the receipt when we returned something back. Not sure whats the rudeness for. Also, they gave us cash back because we paid by debit card.

Jackie has been amazing, she helped my wife through the entire hectic process of finding the correct Foundation and other products for her skin and it looks amazing! Highly recommended Location.
