I didn’t know where to start and Kenny returned my call quickly and provided me with clear accurate info on pricing, best value, best providers for parts, and fair and accurate labor information. When the cost of the engine exceeded the value of the vehicle he gave me information on selling it. Someone who helps you when there isn’t money to be made is someone you should trust when there is. Contacted them to get a new engine put in my car priced 1600 took them a whole month and when I finally got my car all of my dash lights were on my engine still had 197000 miles on it but the new one that was supposed to have 86000 miles on it so at this point I’m unsure if they even replaced my engine and also what took the cake is when I went to pick my car up my new radio set and remote was missing and replaced with an older set like howwwww I went offf it’s no wayyy why is my radio missing he offered me 500 back ..I accepted it but it was so unprofessional the whole service was TRASH !!!

Our transmission failed on the way to the beach for a weeklong vacation last Sunday. I called Ken and he was extremely helpful. He called the auto parts store and had them retrieve all the needed repair parts and fluids for me then met me at his shop 30 minutes later. Ken and Eddie quickly repaired the car and we were back on the road within 2 hours. I was extremely pleased and impressed with their customer service and quality work! Thanks so much Ken and Eddie!

My husband and I ran over a wheelbarrow tire late Sat night. These wonderful men, Eddie and Kenny, not only responded but were open Sunday. They came in on their own time and took a look and fixed our car. We are from Augusta GA and they made a horrific scare into a wonderful experience. They were wonderful. If we lived anywhere close wed be regulars. The outside looks a bit rough, but the people within were amazing.

Ok so here we go, we had a 2005 Acura MDX with a new transmission. we drove it to California and back after it had over 200K on the engine. Great family/boys trip. Truck belongs to my son. I say son you change the oil and schedule the timing belt to be replaced its a honda if you dont do this the engine will blow my son will do it next week two weeks later timing belt goes engine is shot. call around hard engine to replace several versions nobody will guarantee price. I call Kenny he give me used engine cost and labor I say great!! have car towed to his place. Gave him 1700 Cash up front (was nervous as hell, I dont know him he dont know me not best part of town). We hit several snags a long the way all of which require additional money which I only sent an extra 250 (again I have restored several vehicles so I know the mechanic is always going to ask for additional cash at some point and I have learned to say no and cut my losses and leave it up to the courts if I have to. needless to say no problems with the cash. Kenny stayed in touch returned my calls tried his best to explain the delays and we communicated. Now the biggest issue here was time. It took more than a month to complete this job. I am cutting them a break here because I have talked to several folks who explained that Honda made several different engines for this model Acura and it can be a pain even with the vin to get the right one used which is why folks generally go remanufactured and it ends up costing more. there were some additional cost at the end that I had to pay like alternator and axle replacement but it wasnt to bad so they get a pass on that as well. I would give them 3.5 stars if I could because of the amount of time, but the quality of work they did on the truck has proven to be awesome!! we have driven the truck from Richmond to va beach and back several times no problem Richmond to Baltimore several times no problem. check engine light came on but probably EGR issue. bottom line truck is running good and the mechanics he used did dam good work!! If you have the time dude was trustworthy and got the job done. Kudos to you and your brother!! good work!!

My car failed transmission due to 2 motor mounts. I took it to the shop and Eddie fixed it on the same day (Sunday this week was my only day off). I couldnt ask for any better service. Eddie made the job look easy because they had all the right equipment to do the job with great and seamless customer service. If they have a diamond instead of a five stars, Id give them diamond rating!

Bottom line: rude know it all people. See belowI called this shop because my check engine light was on. Never actually took my vehicle to this guy.The representative for this company said that if you have a Nissan it has a transmission problemI explained that it was most likely not a transmission issue as the code is for a sensor of the vehicle and that I just bought this car. He kept insisting that it was a transmission issue and that I would have told you to buy a different carWe even went over the car symptoms I had and NONE OF THEM MATCHED for a transmission issue. Yet he STILL kept insisting, forcing me to hang up.If that were true and that every single Nissan with a check engine light on had a transmission problem then Nissan would be out of business. You couldnt pay me to take any vehicle to this guy. Drive right past this business. These other positive reviews seem FISHY.

Hey I had Transmission problems they diagnosed fast and accurate I have a 95 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 They did a clutch kit and problem was resolved So far so good my only problem was gear shift boot was messed and broken but other wise fast and grate service eddies is a grate guy and cant complain with Warrantey given ...

I let these guys to replace the head gasket and head studs for my mustang. They did a great job and the price is very reasonable as well.

I called the shop to see if they could check the transmission fluid and the guy that answered was very rude. He said i need a diagnostic, but when I hesitated, he said well if you have a problem with $65, then what are you going to do if you need a new trans? He wanted me to commit to coming over but I said well if Im not there between 10 and noon, then he interrupted what I was saying. Ill never go there.
