These guys were awesome. We ended up with a dead tire about 15 miles away. I called, they had the tire in stock, the price was fantastic for a new tire. They had us ready to get back on the road in about 30 min. We were extremely pleased with the level of service we received.

My fiancé popped his tire right before a long trip and these guys really came through for us. They personally went and picked up the tire we needed in order to get him back on the road. Then when we got there, they replaced the tire, balanced it, etc, within 30 minutes. Staff was super friendly and knew what they were doing, and didnt charge an arm and a leg. We will definitely be returning.

Had a really good experience here. Google maps will take you all the way down the backside of the building but theyre actually the first tenant on the end when you come in, and you actually enter on the front side of the building. I called and was able to set up a time for them to look at my car the same day. Luckily the issue I was having with the AC in my Subaru was minor, so they were able to fix it while I was there. Will (the owner) was super friendly and honest, and kept me well-updated as he was working on my car. He was also eager to help me understand why and how things werent working properly, which was really helpful. I plan on taking my vehicles here in the future. Would definitely recommend

I’ve had several of my vehicles worked on here throughout the past 5 years now. I’m pretty picky about who I let work on my cars, and I’ve never been let down. Love the employees they are all very helpful. Clean waiting room, Good pricing, great customer Service, very flexible around your schedule and I love how they take the time and explain why, what it is that needs to be fixed, needs to be fixed . Will continue to take my cars here and continue to recommend buffalo tire to my family and friends. Never been disappointed.

Good guysBroke down on a Friday evening with a water pump problem. They worked on the truck until it was done, stayed over to get me rolling again. They were fast and accurate. I recommend these guys to hotshot drivers that travel through this area.

One word: Outstanding.My wife and I were driving north from Florida on a move with the USAF when I noted the tire pressure indicator light was illuminated in my wifes jetta. I pulled over outside of Richmond, VA and checked all four tire pressures, noting one was markedly lower than the others. Upon attempting re inflation, it quickly became evident that there was a leak and a quick yelp and Google search showed that Buffalo Tire was the closest shop. Concerned due to the fact that it was after 4PM, I called and was assured they would take care of us.After a patch attempt, it became obvious that the tire was shot and we were provided a thorough and courteous explanation of our options. We ended up replacing a pair of tires, however it took until well past normal business hours to get the job done. Furthermore, the technician had to dig the wheel lock key out of the spare area in the trunk which involved unpacking part of the trunk and then returning each item! Thats above-and-beyond service!They even let us have our two small dogs in the waiting area as we had no where else to take them.These guys are top notch. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended.

Ive never in my life experienced such kindness from anyone! The owner of this shop saved me when my jeep broke down on the side of the road. He stopped to make sure I was alright and ended up fixing my car in the dark on a cold night. He had other plans, but decided to help me get where I was going. This was the night before thanksgiving, I was to visit my family in northern Virginia, I was alone, and I dont know much about cars. I would drive four hours just to give this man my business. To meet a complete stranger that would go out of his way to help me, has me lost for words. There are still caring, honest, kind people out there... Truly the kindest man that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I would recommend this establishment to anyone! Thank you again, you saved my holiday! :)

Great prices, quick service, fantastic attitude. There are other places that have a nicer building with a top notch lobby, but I was looking for tires not a vacations. They handled of the specific I was looking for and got me in and out the same day. Highly recommend.

The best auto repair place Ive ever been to! They are trustworthy and do excellent work. Ask for Scott, he is professional and will take care of your car. Recently, they had to repair struts on my car that had become dangerously loose; they may have saved my wifes life with this repair. I highly recommend this shop!!

Blew a trailer tire on I-95 during our trip to Florida. Did a Google search to try to find E rated trailer tires that most regular shops dont carry. When I called they were as nice as could be. Had plenty of our tires in stock, and even gave us the best directions to get there easily in a 67 ft rig. They were able to fix the motor home a/c while we were there! Couldnt recommend them more highly.

Buffalo Tire has performed work on my vehicles since I moved to the area. They are always fair, fast, cost effective and easy to deal with. Recently I took my 17 year old grandsons SUV to Scott for a part replacement. I asked him to go over it for safety concerns. He was amazing! Listed every thing out for me and spent time on the phone explaining what needed to be fixed. As soon as possible, the SUV will be back on the Buffalo Tire lot for additional repairs. Thanks guys for such great customer service.

Took my car here for inspection and the tire ending up falling off on the highway about a month later.. Told them what had happened and even though it wasnt due to their work, they fixed it because it wasnt caught.. They gave me no issues at all and were extremely nice about everything.. I would definetly recommend this place for any of your cars needs. I appreciate them being so helpful.. Especially (Will) I believe.

That decision was to get a new vehicle and not give them money to repair my old one. Then they took it one step further and helped me find a safe and economical used vehicle that I could afford. Got a 4 lift with some new tires and rims. The Truck looks so much and still has the same ride as before which is exactly what I wanted. Top notch shop for tires, rims and lifts.

The last two years I came here for state vehicle inspections. in 2016 I got a couple parts replaced and this year ine of them had malfunctioned. Buffalo Tire took initiative to find out they had replaced that specific part the year before and replaced it under warranty for free. THATS customer service I appreciate!

I hate putting out money for new tires but I knew I needed them. After looking around I finally decided on Buffalo tire. They took the time to explain the differnet brands, options and what made the most sense for me. I went with the bridgstone tires and noticed a differnce in the traction and driving of my car right away. I appreciate the help that I recieved from the folks at Buffalo Tire and would recommend them to anyone in the Richmond area looking for tires or auto repair work.
