My husband and I traveled thru KY on Sept 22, 2012 for vacation. We had major truck problems with our SUV. We drove to Auto Medics. Without notice, they fixed our problem so we could continue our vacation. The owner and staff were very knowledgeable and made sure we were safe to drive 6 more hours. We spent a week on our vacation driving our SUV to South Carolina and drove home 12yrs. Still today our vehicle is driving safely. I would recommend this company to everyone. Id give them 6 stars if I could.My truck broke down on I-75 late on a Saturday afternoon. The tow truck driver called Kirby from Auto Medics and told him our plight. Kirby came in ON A SUNDAY MORNING and fixed my truck, replacing both a cracked wheel bearing and a frozen caliper, as well as mounting my spare. Much like the review of the people heading to South Carolina, we were thrilled with the effort he put in and we made it home safely Sunday evening. If you are local, please consider bringing them your business - they are good people.
