I ordered custom wheels and they were delivered next day. Although 1 of the 4 was the wrong rim, the correct 1 was delivered the next day. They were courteous, and efficient in the mounting and balancing process. He even special ordered wheel locks that fit my rims at no extra charge. And put them on for free when they arrived! I will definitely go back when it is time for a new set of tires.

Auto tech said he couldnt do my alignment due to the aftermarket suspension but he made it happen. Now my car drives straight. Awesome customer service an affordable price. Only 60 bucks.Did the service in a timely matter. I will recommend this shop to freinds an family.keep up the great work Tire dopot.

Very friendly and helpful place. We were 3 hours away from home. Had been turned away by one tire shop already. On our way to see Disney on Ice with a baby. Had a tire issue. Pulled in to see if they could look. Less than 5 mins later. They fixed my tire. We had a screw and they put a plug in it. Very thankful!

Came to tire depot wanting to get some used tires after my usual spot was closed. The gentleman told me it would be a certain price but reduced it by 10 dollars for new tires. Also got an alignment. Good deal for alignment and was happy with the results on my Honda Civic. The gentleman who does the alignments (this was on Sunday) he did an amazing job with it. Car feels so much better after it needed one! So I do recommend coming on a Sunday to get the gentleman who works on getting the alignments !

They take the time to balance the tires with weights. Not sure if others do. Price was right. Only $250 out the door for 4 tires. Expect the job to take 1 hour.

If I could I would give this place a ZERO! They wanted to charge me $60 to simply remove a bad tire off the rim and replace with a tire I bought elsewhere. I have the wheel off the car already....after explaining this to them for nearly 15 minutes because they can barely speak english he throws out a number...$60. Stay away from this place as they will rip you off!

They do the job professionally or they dont do it. And they are always honest with work, I would prefer you to go there if you want to get the job done the right way.

My low pressure light came on. They not just looked at tire but took it off to look for leaks. Then the check all the pressure on all the wheels.Great service and it was at no charge.

I come here because they most of the time have the best price and they do the work fast .

Had these guys balance and put tires I brought in off of tire rack. They took over 2 hours to do so, everyone there seems to move in slow motion. After driving it home I found the front shakes (did not shake with the old tires) and they had failed to balance the tires properly. I came back to get the tires re balanced and they said they were to busy to help me. I came back again another day and they took the wheels off, went in the back (the balancing machine is back there I guess, if they have one?) and eventually came back out pointing out bushings on my car being bad as the cause, even though the shake definitely started once they replaced the tires. The shake was still there after, but again this took another 2 hours of my life, so I was happy to leave. I have since replaced the control arm bushings and the car still shakes, now I will pay someone else to balance and align my wheels as it seems these guys are incapable of doing it correctly.
