This place is truly a lifesaver. I had my muffler break a couple years ago, and I knew that’s what happened again. I showed up at Ms Tuffy and Bill and his crew were lifesavers. I was treated with courtesy, and professionalism. I believe I showed up around 1:15pm after not having an appointment my car was fixed by 3:50pm same day. Bill and the crew are amazing. Price was fair and everything was shown and explained what was wrong with my car. My husband and I will definitely be coming back here for oil changes and any other work that needs to do done to our cars. Thanks everyone!

Really great place. I originally came here because it was pink, which sounds silly, but it was cute. When I called and came in for an appointment, I was made very comfortable and the staff was nice.Bill was really great to me and caring and took care of my car for me and was sure to explain it all in as little technical terms as he could so I could understand. He even took me out to my car and pointed out what he was explaining, which I thought was super helpful. The prices arent too bad, especially because comparing it to other places I had been to before here, they were overcharging for something that I ended up getting done here that was less expensive. And he made sure to try to get things done as quickly as possible so Id be safe on a roadtrip :)All in all, Ive had great experiences here :)

I had a hole in my exhaust on my Nissan Titan that I was going to replace myself with a cat back kit when I had the time, unfortunately the whole exhaust broke through and hit the road this morning when my fiancé and I were on the way to work. Seems we were out of time. I called around 9am and explained the urgency and they took me right away. We dropped it of 15 minutes later and it was fixed by lunch time. Fair price and great work. It sounds so good I don’t know how we suffered through the way it was before. I highly recommend Mrs. Tuffy to anyone needing work done.

They are one of the most untrusted people around, I got my car worked on 2 months ago and I had to get it fixed for almost the same issue, they did not give me all the parts I paid for and I just would not trust them with my car. It’s better if you pay the bit more for another place than get your car worked on here. Unless you want to make monthly trips to fix your car

From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was friendly and helpful. I had a small exhaust leak and had been told it could be fixed for $900 elsewhere. Ive been taking our vehicles to Ms Tuffy for about, oh, the last 11 years. With my wife and three boys that are now in their 20s, weve consistency have had 3-4 vehicles, most of them older. Hence, weve spent some time at the Ms Tuffy. And despite a short period about 6 years or so ago when that had a whole different crew, they have always been top notch.Their friendly, interested and caring demeanor is not a charade. They want to get things right at a fair price the first time. Heck, from my experience, they go out of their way to do things right. On the rare occassion when I wasnt completely satisfied, they went out of their way to rectify the situation.Today, I only had an inspection, oil change and tune-up, but the Bill (the guy behind the counter to who keeps the place humming and a guy who I could stand there with and talk to all day and many others do) asked, please call me tomorrow and let me know how the car is performing.In respect of your time, I wont bore you with how theyve come through in the past with a new transmission, sway bars and control arms, alternator, brakes, mufflers, starters and a few things I cannot pronounce.To wrap it up, yes, I am a creature of habit, but Ms Tuffy is been one Im not about to quit because they do what they say theyre gonna do.Thanks!(and no, I am not an employee, a relative of an employee, shareholder, relative of a shareholder, or writing this review to count as public service in exchange of jail time. Returned home from abroad to find that my truck was four months over due for inspection. Ms. Tuffy is my #1 go to when it comes to service on my vehicle. The team there goes above and beyond to make sure that not only is the customer informed about what is going on with their vehicle, but also that the are comfortable making these decisions about services selected.It is definitely true that people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care. Bill and his team do just that they care.The other day (Tuesday) my car was making some strange noises in the wheels. I had people tell me it was anything from the wheel bearings to the axle being broken and if I dont fix it that it is very likely that I will be in a accident. With this in mind my first call was to the dealer that sold us the car. I was thinking who would know better then the dealership. They showed no concern for me or how I was feeling about the situation. They told me that they probably can get me in next Wed and that it would be $110 to tell me what was wrong. I felt uneasy about that so I decided to tell them that I would call them back and let them know.My next call was to Bill at Ms Tuffy. He listened to what I had to say about the vehicle and showed concern for my safety. I asked him how long it would take me to get an appointment and he said Bring it in now!. I was excited by his answer but told him that my job probably would not like me leaving during the day. He made an appointment with me for 7:30 the next morning and that he would make sure that I got to work on time by letting me use a loaner while he checks out my vehicle.When I came in I decided that since I am a Auto Care Card Customer that I would use one of my free oil changes and since they told me the last time that I had an oil change that they were concerned that my car had an oil leak that I would have the gaskets changed to stop that problem.Once that work was done Bill called me and walked me through the issues with my car. He talked on my level and explained to me exactly what he recommended to get fixed. He did not take advantage of the fact that I knew very little about cars and that I was a women, like some other smaller shops do.I decided to follow his advise and get the work done to make it safe for myself and my family. From now on they will be my 1st and only call in regards to my vehicle since I am confident in their services. Thank you Ms Tuffy for being the best car service center in town.

Bill is the best! As a woman and mother of 2 daughters with cars, I am so relieved to have found a shop that doesnt take advantage and try to over-sell. Bill doesnt recommend anything that is not necessary and goes out of his way to make sure there isnt a recall or that the issue wouldnt be covered under a manufacturer warranty. I had a horrible experience after the wrong ignition coils were put in my car. After paying over $800 To be assured that my car would perform better, it was 10 times worse than before he worked on it. He did a refund but not for the full amount stating there was nothing wrong with the spark plugs. I will never return. He is extremely nice and reasonable at first to earn your trust and then he hits your pockets deep for work that isnt up to par.

They do great work, are always competitive in their pricing (and usually save me a huge amount of money over the dealer), and--most important--Bill runs his shop with ho Seth and integrity. Just went there today to fix an issue with my breaks that another shop couldnt get to for a few days. Going in I did not expect to have my breaks fixed that day. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome by Bill. After I explained my issue he quickly found the problem, showed it to me, and explained what needed to be fixed. It took about an hour to get everything fixed which was way shorter time than I expected it to take. Bill recommended something else I should fix in the near future that I would not have even known until it was too late. Overall very friendly and quick environment. Excellent job. I was able to get same day appointment to get an oil change on my camaro. When I went in to drop my car off everyone was very kind there they made sure they had a good number for me. One of my lights were out and they fixed it and didnt charge me for it. They took the time to get it right, communicated with me throughout repairs, and had loaner cars available to make sure I was never without a ride. I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler… It still has the factory wrap + extended warranty on it. I could take it to the Jeep dealership but I trust Bill and his staff at Ms Tuffy implicitly with all of my family’s vehicle care. I have always had A+ service and being a female it’s oftentimes hard to find a good mechanic to trust. I grew up in a junkyard so it’s kind of hard to fool me when it comes to things and I have caught people in the past doing such. Bill and his staff are 100% honest. They’ll take the time to tell you exactly what was done and why it was done and answer any questions you may have. They will also provide your old parts back to you if you desire. I’ll never go anywhere else for my automotive care as long as Ms Tuffy is around.

Love that they took me at the last minute! The bonus was that they dont charge for inspections. I was a little concerned as to how my experience was going to be. When I walked in, it was cozy, but somewhat unkempt. I pay attention to those details. So, my first thought was that I was going to get taken to the cleaners on trumped up repairs. Im very relieved that they not only passed my SUV, which is in great condition, but they were very quick at getting it done! I recommend that you visit Ms. Tuffy.

I came by to get an oil change, not scheduled. They worked me in immediately and were very thourough as usual. I overheard the manager telling his crew specifics to look for and address because he remembered me and that I commute over 80 miles each day. A minor issue was found with one of my lights and they addressed it as part of the service. The service is the best Ive ever experienced and they have earned my trust. I drive approximately 3000 miles per month and trust my car in their hands.

I went in for an oil change and they told me it would be at least an hour and just like every time I come here, I hardly waited at all. Everyone is always very nice and honest with extra work that needs to be done. Love this place!

You never like it when you have to spend a bunch of money on repairs to a car. It really hurts when you feel like you are being lied to. I absolutely did NOT feel that way at Ms. Tuffy. Mike explained to me the options and worked with me to get the most reasonable deal. They worked me right into their schedule and got the work done and went out of their way to try and make me a satisfied customer. You cant ask for anything more than that. So you may not like having to spend the money on a repair, but you definitely will not feel like you are being cheated.

After calling numerous places to get a state inspection, Tuffys was the only place that I could get one and be able to wait for it, and this was on a Saturday! I did not have to wait long for the inspection to be done. I was especially happy that it was free. A very good experience. I plan to return for other services.
