I brought my car for oil change and battery checkup.The manger said they have to replace the battery. The price for the battery is $308. I asked him if he can find a less expensive battery. He said not for a Mercedes!!! (BTW its 10 yrs old Mercedes, $8K value).When I picked up my car I found out the battery was $199 (Part# 9849 at NAPA – See attached picture of the battery). Thats the price for general public and of course they always get a huge discount as they are partnered with NAPA Network.They charged $60 to find out the battery have to be replaced, $145 to put the new battery in place and $308 for the $199 Battery. (see attached invoice)When I complained in a very respectful way, the manager was very rude and disrespectful.I drove the car for 15 miles and I got the dashboard warning of Low level of oil (See attached picture). I checked the oil level (after 2 hours parked in my workplace). It was under Minimum!!!! They charged me for 7.5 Quarts and my car normally needs only 6.93 Quarts (As per Owner Manual). Who could believe they really used 7.5 Qt??!!!Pay attention. Oil change and battery replacement could cost you $654 there (see attached invoice).AND the Worst of all: they removed the battery side holder but they did not put it back. They left it in the front, next to the hood lock. (see attached picture). So only one side of the hood is locked. Im glad I found out about it before I get into the highway where the half-locked hood could make a disaster.This is a scandal. How could you stay in business if you are non-professional, you extremely overcharge your customer and you neglect his safety... and on top of all that you are rude and disrespectful.This is a ZERO Star review.Update:After posting this review. Somebody called me and introduced himself as Gerry, the owner. I thought he wants to apologize and make it right but he said in a very disrespectful way :if you think our prices are high, you have to find another shop for your next repair needs, we dont want your business anymore.Im still chocked for the way he is treating his customers. If your shop is very busy (because there are only few shops in our area) you should be grateful. I dont think anybody who sees my attached invoice ($654 for oil change and a basic battery replacement) will chose to be your customer.

Right away when I arrived, they filled the tires and performed the inspection so I could be in my way. On top of that, they were so friendly and professional! This is a great family-run business that care about their customers I look forward to seeing them again with any vehicle needs and issues!

This auto repair shop is an honest family run business. I was working out of town and started having an unfamiliar noise while driving my jeep wrangler especially at low speeds. I was thinking 🤔 maybe a problem with a wheel bearing or something of that nature. But low and behold I had loose lug nuts on my rear tires from a recent repair performed by another shop back home. Not only did One Stop not try to sell me something that I didnt need, they could have potentially saved my life considering my rear could have come off while driving. A huge shout out to RJ on the front end for being professional, courteous, and getting vehicle in quickly. Thank you to the mechanic that found the problem quickly and efficiently. I am extremely impressed with this facility, and would highly recommend for anyone & everyone to give them a try!! Its hard to find an auto repair shop nowadays that treats customers right!! These guys are top notch!!

My tire rapidly lost air pressure on 95 while I was driving to South Carolina for a wedding. I was close enough to be able to drive to this auto shop once my tire light turned on. I had a bolt in my tire and it was recommended that I replace all 4 tires as I have AWD and it was best to do so. They were able to work quickly to get me back on the road and they gave me a great price for the tires. They were all so friendly and caring which made this experience much better. I will definitely be coming back to them for future work when needed. Highly recommend

Normally I dont leave negative reviews unless its really bad. I will say RJ at the front desk had excellent customer service. For the most part, my experience wasnt too bad until I actually dropped off the car, thats why its a 2/5 instead 1/5 stars. Before they even took my car back for a state inspection, the tech said Im not putting a sticker on that! My vehicle has DOT approved Mickey Thompson ET Street R 305/45/17 tires that are basically brand new (~500 miles). They do look like drag slicks to somebody that wouldnt know the difference, but the tech didnt even measure the tread depth to prove they are within spec and approved for road use to pass inspection. Needless to say I went elsewhere with my car and will more than likely not be returning for future business, or inspections.

These guys have done the oil changes and inspections on both of my cars for the last year, wonderfully may I add. One of my cars got a blown radiator a week ago, they towed me in and fixed same day for an incredibly reasonable cost! A week later my other ride has some questionable transmission issues the dealership wanted $2k to probably fix....the folks at One Stop save the day again with a tow in and timely actual fix- for WAY less than the dealership! I highly recommend having your services done here!

I had a terrific experience today being referred to RJ at One Stop Auto Repair! I had an urgent need to have the Positive Terminal replaced to properly secure my new car battery (existing one corroded and not able to attach securely). I called RJ immediately this morning (referred by Jim at Carmax as they were booked 2 weeks out). RJ instantly answered the phone and was personable, professional and had an immediate sense of urgency which I greatly appreciated. He told me that they could take my car today to repair as well as perform state inspection. I dropped my car this morning and had my car back by noon at a very reasonable cost on top of it all.I am so grateful that they came to my rescue during this urgent issue and I felt taken care of from beginning to end....a trusted, dependable and quality resource for my car. RJ and team (Jessie too!) were wonderful!

Ive had speedy service and reasonable prices for several different things, several different times, from here. Most recently was a serpentine belt, I called and-same day it was done. I went shopping for a few hours, came back and it was finished. But I did notice there is a pretty big lobby to wait in if youre stuck with your vehicle.

I dealt with RJ and he was great to work with. He got my old car running again and it is driving better than ever. He really went the extra mile to find old parts and offered very fair pricing. He is a man of his word. He told me what he could do and when, and he came through. I will be bringing my cars there from now on.

So incredibly nice!! Boyfriend and I are driving our Toyota Dolphin south from Vermont and the engine started making a weird sound. They said they were really set up to work on an RV but to bring it down anyway so they could give us an idea of what was wrong and where to go from there. It turned out to be a very easy fix they did it in less than five minutes and we’re so incredibly nice!! Highly recommend

I was one of those unfortunate souls that decided it was a good idea to purchase a KIA with the Theta II engine. However when the eventual engine failure happened; I took it to One Stop, explained the issue, and they worked with me through the entirety of the warranty claim process which ended with my claim being approved and a new engine installed. One Stops team of technicians took care of everything during that process and had be back on the road again within a few days of the claim being approved. Highly recommend this shop! I may have found my new go-to mechanic. One Stop Auto Repair got us in and out in about an hour for an oil change and inspection on a busy Saturday afternoon. Even though they officially closed at 2pm, they made sure that all of the vehicles they were working on were completed and back to their owners before they left for the day. There was a vehicle being serviced while I was there that was waiting on a part and even though the part had not yet arrived by the time I got my keys, I overheard the woman that runs the desk tell the other customer that they will have the part on the vehicle and back to them that day so long as the customer was willing to wait. Just seems like good people doing good work. I am looking forward to doing more business with them.

I am from out of town. This shop was recommended by the tow truck driver. I found this shop to be professional and very courteous. They actually referred me to another shop when they found my warranty would only cover work at Toyota service centers. They called the Toyota shop for me and asked them to work me in ASAP and asked them to give me a ride to my meeting. They got my truck started for me so I could get to the other shop. I highly recommend this honest shop.

First time going here and was very happy. The staff is very friendly and down-to-Earth. They did my oil change and state inspection super quick—and I was especially happy because the last time I had an oil change at a different dealer they told me I needed brakes right away. But OneStop assured me I still have plenty of time on them. That shows this is a dealer you can trust!

Ive taken several vehicles here and everytime they get it right. The dealership tried to charge literally an arm and a leg but One Stop has always been very reasonable with their pricing. They are dead on when diagnosing an issue and quick to fix it. I definitely recommend them!

My wife and I used to live right down the road from One Stop and found it one day when I needed some work done on my Jeep. Firestone and other mechanic shops wouldnt take us on a walk in so we went to One Stop and they got us in immediately. Since then we have gone to them for everything (Oil change, tire rotation, tune up, you name it). We have moved down to Chesterfield and still refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and professional and they know what they are doing. I recommend One Stop to anyone that asks where to go for car maintenance or mechanical work. They are truly the best around.

I’ve been to this shop three times now and every single time, I have an amazing experience. I dropped my car off today because it stopped accelerating quickly and the engine was misfiring. Turns out I needed a new catalytic converter. They completed the work in less than four hours. Not only that, but they were super communicative and even tried to educate me on car maintenance in regular terms lol. The pricing was also really competitive and fair. Special shoutout to Aaron who did the work. Super nice and very down to earth but also very concise☺️

Honest Mechanics!!!!On my first visit I brought two different cars to them. One in relatively great shape...the other the exact opposite. The first one I didnt expect any problems, and didnt receive any. The second one had a number of issues that I had shopped around and was expecting in the area of $500.00+. They were extremely honest with me, and upfront about pricing. They also had a GREAT amount of common sense and didnt use an overpriced fix for an old vehicle. Ultimately they ended up saving me money and helped me figure out my next steps with the car. I have referred at least two other people to them...because finding an honest and forthright mechanic is extremely hard these days!! THANKS ONE STOP!!!!

I came in early for a state inspection and was really happy with my experience. I was greeted by the owner when I arrived and checked in right away. The inspection itself was done quickly and someone made sure to check in with me while some recommended maintenance was done. I never felt forgotten about--something Ive felt A LOT at my dealer. I left happy and with like-new headlights.

Went here after reading reviews and due to breaking down near location. Somehow ended up paying almost $600 for a job worth $300 at max (based on two other estimates I got after service from other reputable shops). Technician didnt put parking break cable back together so had to endure additional costs on top of that after the service was complete. Word to the wise for this shop... be fair to everyone and dont tax someone because they have no other option.
