I just had my car repaired in this service king branch. It is through an insurance arrangement. Overall speaking the experience is great! Sean and Stephanie and taylor are very friendly and kept me informed on the progress. When I got my car, the car was very clean, and they even folded the clothes that I left in the car! very considerate! I am driving my car now with no problem. I highly recommend this service king branch !

This review is purely for the GM, Sean Smith. A rude, inconsiderate poor leader with even poorer business practices. Stephanie at the front desk is amazing, very sweet and super helpful. So is Taylor. Not only was my vehicle not completely repaired (I had missing pieces of hardware when I picked it up). But it wouldn’t start properly, and the bumper rattled. The ball was dropped with communication and execution as well as assuaging the actual issues. The mechanics were attentive and caring while Mr.Sean couldn’t even take the time to problem solve. My key had not been properly programmed. My back tire was on 15 psi. Where was the quality check? Where is the accommodation for the customer? Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. My advice, get rid of Sean and hire a leader who knows how to put the needs and concerns of the customer FIRST.

Very good paint and body shop; however, there was an issue that they could not resolve. The silver trim piece on the bumper has a relatively largish gap where it attaches to the bumper. Most normal people wouldnt notice it though. Probably the best overall body shop Ive used. Val is professional.

They kept me in the loop as to where my truck was in getting bodywork and paint done. Time was to be about 10 days. Only took 6 and great paint and work. Thank you for getting this all done for my 11 year old truck !!

I took my grandson VW Jetta to the Richmond location of Service King.They did an excellent repair on the front fender and wheel. Additionally the car was totally cleaned outside and inside. I appreciate very much the service and follow up provided by the Service Clerk, Ms. Stephanie. She is upstanding, it was a pleasure to do business with this shop.

Awesome location. I used USAA with these guys and literally all I had to do was drop the car off. They took care of everything else. I hit a poor deer which completely smashed the front of my vehicle. Shocking how much damage it did. But Service King returned my vehicle as if nothing had even happened. Its been a few weeks now and so far everything seems to be in working order. If youre looking for a place to fix your car I cant see this place being a bad choice for you. Im not really sure if the cost is comparable to other places as my insurance took care of the bill but I imagine they are in line with other car repair places in the area. And if that is the case why not pick a location trust will do an excellent repair job. And hey, their location is brand new to boot!If I was to pick one negative thing to say I guess it would be the time involved. I dont know if its a matter of them needing more time to actually repair it or if the parts took longer to get there...or what. But the initial estimated time ended up being several days after the fact. Worth Covid going on, it wasnt a big deal to us because were not exactly driving around right now but I could see that being an issue if time isnt on your side. I never did bother asking why it took longer than was originally estimated but Im guessing it probably had to do something with parts because they replaced quite a bit inside that vehicle engine compartment. But than again I dont really know so maybe just make sure you ask and good then to that date of possible.Ill say this though, you are definitely going to get back a car better than what it was before it got wrecked.

After scheduling a time to come in and get my drivers side mirror fixed. They tell me that the company sent them the passangers side instead. Maybe they did, but my guess is they ordered the wrong side. Still a waste of time. They had the mirror 2 days before I came in. They could have verified the had the correct part.

I stopped in for a quote on the 23rd.Left a business card,email and more. I am still waiting on a emailed quote. Im guessing they cant handle or remember request even after leaving a business card and them taking pics of my truck. Time to go to Caliber Collision.

Being a family man, Ive had my share of driving age kids involved in car accidents luckily no injuries just a lighter wallet. Most of the time I would take these fender benders to the dealership but because it takes too long or more expensive, I gave Service King a try. Tell you what,they dont disappoint. From daily status of repair to awesome customer service, this recent repair job came out like the damage never happened and in record time to finish. My thanks to Shawn and Val for making this ordeal less stressful and getting my kid back on the road again.

I visited for an estimate on a minor repair on my vehicle which turned out to be the highest I received compared to others. Needless to say, I didn’t use their services for the repair. The receptionist at the front was friendly and expedited the process.
