Very happy to share that we received outstanding customer service from the entire team at Hendrick Collision!!My daughter’s 2020 Subaru Forester was rear ended on West Broad Street last month and fortunately no one in either vehicle was injured. After contacting our insurance company, they provided us with a list of recommended collision repair shops for our consideration. Rick Hendrick Collision was the second of two shops that I visited. Upon arriving I was introduced to Johnny Guerrant, Production Manager and Estimator. Johnny was incredibly engaging from the get-go and proceeded to tell me that I’d be leaving that day with a full written quote. I did not have the same experience at the first shop I visited. Johnny also shared that his shop was Subaru certified and that he would only use genuine Subaru parts for my repair, not off-brand generic parts, to ensure the best quality fit possible. I never got into this level of detail during my interaction with the first shop I visited and wondered whether that first shop would indeed use Subaru parts or less expensive generic parts. I was immediately impressed with Johnny’s friendly engaging style and his willingness to answer all my questions. He even scheduled me for a repair appointment a couple of weeks out (between COVID parts shortages and their busy workload I wasn’t surprised by this) with the understanding that the final decision was mine and I’d call him in a day or two to let him know which shop I’d select. After sleeping on it, the next day I decided to give Hendricks Collision my business, called Johnny back and confirmed our date. We dropped our car off on a Monday morning and by Friday Johnny called to let me know it was ready to pick up. Upon arriving at Hendrick Collision one of Johnny’s co-workers greeted us and drove our vehicle right up to us for inspection. After completely replacing and painting the damaged rear bumper cover everything looked immaculate!! The bumper fit and paint match were superb!! Johnny came out, shared that everything had gone well, and inspected the vehicle with us. Based on our experience Johnny went above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome for us. It’s so refreshing to work with a team of professional craftspeople like this that genuinely care what they do and provide superior customer service.We were extremely pleased with this outcome and highly recommend Rick Hendrick Collision!!!!p.s. The day after we drove the repaired Forester home my daughter asked me whether I had just vacuumed the interior of her vehicle. Lets just say that it came out of the repair shop noticeably cleaner than it went in :) When I told her it wasn’t me we realized that the Hendricks Collision team must had done this for us. Very nice gesture on their part!

I am a return customer here because they did good work the last time I used them. Tammy and Melissa were very nice. I would have given five stars, but the bag of quarters that I used for paying tolls was stolen out of the center console. I cant in good conscience leave a good review when the staff steal from customers. I know its partially my fault for having faith in people not to steal things, Im silly like that. Dont be silly like me, take everything out of your car before you drop it off.
Johnny Guerrant and his team restored My 06 Mustang GT project car to showroom quality after some fool hit it in a parking lot. I was sick when I first saw it, but now it looks showroom new. They cleaned it and returned to me looking perfect. Great professional job. They are all a credit to their industry. And Tammy is Wonderful to work with getting all the insurance paperwork squared away and keeping me informed about the process. Never too busy to help you. GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANKS TO ALL.

Tammy the lady up front was very nice and pleasant to deal with.The mechanic was very professional but also had a Pleasant demeanor.
Used their service for body work and they did a good job, there were some minor deficiencies I noticed and bought to their notice. Mitch went above and beyond to rectify them and I am thrilled. Waiting for my tail light cover replacement. I would definitely use their service in future and I recommend them. Also they do provide Life time warranty on the service.
Johnny is the BEST. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind and demonstrates his strong willingness to help. Hendrick Collision has done work to my car 3 times in the past 17 months. The entire process was seamless, very well communicated and informed right from dropping off and taking on time committed delivery. Special mention to Mitch for his ability to make things simpler by explaining the issue and the repairs that needs to be done. Tammy at the front office has been great for going the extra mile to explain the series of steps involved in the repair process. I have had to use services of other body shop/collision center in the past... but, must say that Mitch and his team are making every attempt to redefine the customer experience in this business. Top notch service for you and your car. They fixed up our front end after a minor fender bender, great job. But better still is how helpful the staff was when it came to dealing with a) insurance company, and b) ar rental place. A and B did everything to take care of themselves, but Hendricks ran interference for us, especially straightening out the mess caused by our rental company., Enterprise, trying to add new fees almost daily.

I was recently involved in a crash with my 4 months old honda and I was really nervous about getting it fixed due to bad past experiences at other shops.Luckily, I choose Hendric and I had really great experience getting my 2020 Honda Odyssey fixed. Melissa was my estimator and she was really professional and kept me in a loop through out the repair process. The quality of repair is 20/10 and they finished repair before the time. There was a small issue and they even worked that out with my insurance . I highly recommend this place.I would like to thanks everyone at Hendricks for their professionalism and quality of work.

Good customer service
After some mild disappointment of not being able to take my car to my top choice due to some insurance issues I had an open mind for this shop. And I just wanted my car back. After what felt like forever I finally got to go get it. However, I didnt get any calls about anything. All communication was when I called them. No big deal. When I first got my car back it looked great! Nice and clean, fresh paint, the works. The next day I noticed my hood wasnt quite right so I took it back.When I picked it up the small spot that wast right was fixed, but now one entire side was misaligned. When I asked about it, I was informed that the side that was off couldnt be fixed without making the other side off also. Ok, whatever.A few days later I notice one side of my bumper is popping out. So I take my car back for the bumper, and that gets fixed in 20 minutes. Great! I ask about the hood again, and get the same answer.After another 3 days, my bumper popped out again. At this point I was so disappointed that I called my insurance to put in a formal complaint. This is when I found out that no one kept him in the loop either.He called the shop and they had me come back in just so they could take pictures to send my adjuster. I live 30 minutes from the shop so this was a huge inconvenience. As well as the person taking the photos not seeming to care.After all of this, they want to give me a loaner so they can put two parts on my car. It shouldnt take that long so I dont need a loaner. Id rather be reimbursed for all the unnecessary trips up there. When I called today after discovering yet more issues, they told me the one part they were waiting on came in, they were waiting for a loaner car even though I told them I didnt need it. I shouldve been called when the part came in. I am beyond frustrated with this shop and the people. I dont recommend this place for anyone.

Great collision center. Recently had to hand my baby over to them and they succeeded in securing a customer/promoter for life. I mainly dealt with James(?) Castle who went above and beyond in getting my car back to me, in better shape than before the accident, within a time crunch that my family had for a trip that had been planned for a while. I did briefly speak with the shop manager Jeanette who was just as fantastic. All in all, great repairs and great people. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of body repairs and paint work.

These guys went the extra mile to fix a water leak in my 20-year-old Honda, when no one else in town would even look at it. They worked tirelessly trying to find the leak and instituted some creative fixes. They communicated with us throughout, emailing and texting photos, and were faithful to the budget we were trying to stay within, since this wasnt insurance work. Super impressive customer service, and I would definitely recommend them..
Without a doubt David deserves 5 stars with the way he handled himself. His customer service is one of the best I have ever had anywhere! I previously read reviews concerning this establishment and it was recommended to work with Diego Pinilla. I was fortunately assigned to work with him and he did a tremendous job guiding me through the process of getting my car fixed and keeping me informed along the way, took over any dealings with insurance company. They did an amazing job on the work done to the car. For such an inconvenience to having being involved with getting your car fixed after an accident, Diego helped streamlined the process and make it a positive experience overall. Highly recommended to have work done at endrick Collision and to work with Diego.

Im not quite sure of what happened with the quality of service that I received during my first two experiences with Hendrick, but this last experience is somewhat frustrating and disappointing.I took my car there for some cosmetic work to the front bumper, both driver and passenger side finder, front light lens and to replace my windshield due to a dump truck unloading small rocks on my car while driving on the interstate.The initial contact with Hendrick was great, but soon afterward it started to go downhill. I was told that my car was completed, but the lens were on back order. Since i was in a rental and didnt want to go over the cost allowed thru my insurance, i was told that i can pick up my car and bring it back in once the lens arrive.I arrived to get my car and found chips that were suppose to be fixed. I spoke with a female who was very apologetic and advised that i could bring the car back when the lens arrive. Ok, i can live with that.As i am driving away from the dealership, i noticed the same 3 chips cracks were still in my windshield. I immediately called Hendrick back and advised them on the the windshield. The manager apologized and ask me to just bring it back when the lens arrive.Forty-four days later, i have not heard anything from Hendrick. No update arrival time for my lens, nothing! Im not a hard nose costumer, but i think the most courtesy thing to do is to keep your customer informed. Im thinking they just totally forgot about me. They received the insurance check and my deductible and the car is only 65% done.i finally called and the collision manager was very apologetic and stated that one of the lens arrive. Shouldnt i have been notified of that?? Explain the other damage not completed as well and she gave me excuses, which was probably valid, but still frustrating. She was however, very polite and understandingOh, i just received a call from the manager. She advised that my second lens arrived last Friday!!!! Why werent i notified??For all of this, i should be reimbursed for my deductible.I will think twice about future business with Hendrick.

While they did a great job repairing our car they delayed us getting it back three times, which meant they had our car for just under a month! The damage we had should have taken no where near that amount of time to fix. Won’t be using them again

Held my vehicle hostage for 2.5months. Making every excuse as to why they couldnt get it done in time(4 weeks past due). Called in several times for updates during the process and was given the run around. Finally, get my vehicle back and drive off when my tire pressure sensor comes on and that I had issues with my lift gate opening and closing. They took my vehicle for another day and basically reset the tire pressure sensor which was faulty and reset. After driving off again, and tPr comes on again called manager and left message with no response or call back. Was so tired of dealing with them I just left the lift gate issue and the TPR issue alone. Big Mistake! 6 months later the headliner inside my vehicle starts falling off, and every time I turn on my ac a loud whirring sound occurs due to the headliner. My tail lights began to get condensation inside due to improper installation. My liftgate finally refused to open at all due to misalignment when it was re-installed. Chose this shop for good ratings. Turned out to be a bad idea.
I would like to say thank you, to the team at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC- Collision Center. I brought my Toyota Camry in on Monday May 15th for repairs after being involved a car accident, and my car was repaired and ready on Friday May 19th. Their professional and friendly staff eased the stress of a stressful situation. My paperwork was processed in a timely manner, and I was kept informed of the entire process via email communication from Mr.Davenport. To my surprise the team made an additional repair to my car free of charge. This was truly a blessing, completely unexpected, and greatly appreciated. I totally recommend their Collison Center hands down!
